"nice location but facility is too old"
The hotel is in a nice location but the facility is too old to be comfortable. The air conditioner is on but it hardly cool down.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Beautiful place to stay!"
We were there for 2 nights in July. Very clean rooms. Beautiful views. Comfortable Beds. The lounge was nice and the convenience of the coffee/breakfast cart in the morning was a plus. Wifi worked great for us.Genuine Expedia guest review
"very nice hotel"
everything was excellent. the only negative was they need air conditioning 2 weeks a year but happened to be while i was there. everything else was fabulousGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great option south of Yellowstone"
The lodge and setting is spectacular. Restaurant/bar service was a little shaky. No A/C in the room so keeping cool at night requires the windows to be open. Doubt this is a problem as nights in summer in this area dip to the 50's.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
There were no TV's In the cottages. Our bath tub didn't drain well and the walls were paper thin so we heard the annoying kids close to us and our neighbors pounded on our wall thinking it was us. The bed was comfy and the views were amazing from the Iodge. Be sure to try the huckleberry mojito....Genuine Expedia guest review

"Nice lodge because there's nothing else nearby :P"
Lodge is pretty nice. We got a private wood cabin with no television, which is better. Good free wifi to plan your activities for the next day. And the staff is nice and friendly. My only gripe was food service. We reached the lodge at 9PM and although they have 3 restaurants on the premises, I could go to only one since I had kids. And incidentally, […] they stop serving hot food at 9.30pm in the night. And the nearest restaurant was a few miles away. The next morning, we went to the restaurant at 11am. And they said, they stop serving food altogether between 11 and 11.30. :o) Perhaps if was bad timing on our part, but the lodge management should consider that visitors coming to this area may have varied timings and extend dinner service until 11pm and not have such abrupt discontinuation of service altogether in the morning. "What a View!"
While my room did not come with a view, the main lodge offers a picture postcard view of the Grand Tetons! We spent only one night as we were traveling through to another destination. Cabin room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside was the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lodge is wonderful; cottages not so much"
I should have read the fine print when booking this lodge. I thought we would be staying in the lodge. Instead, we were given a "cottage" room which is nothing like a true cottage. The musty smell, outdated bathroom, and view of a parking lot were not what we expected, especially given the outrageous price. The actual Lodge is incredible, so make sure […] you book a room INSIDE the Lodge. Lesson learned. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great lodge with amazing view!"
We spent a week in a cute cabin at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The view of the Grand Tetons from the main lodge are breath-taking!!! Lodge is a great home base for all Grand Teton trails. Not too long of a drive to Yellowstone. Great food at both restaurant, "diner", and bar. Everyone very friendly!Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed in a cottage that was a bit rustic but clean except for the carpet that was soiled from the dirt paths in the park. Main lodge public areas were spectacular; we did not see the main lodge sleeping rooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Jackson Lake lodge"
Fantastic family accommodation. Really enjoyed our stay. For a family of four, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. Grounds were well maintained and the view from the lodge of the Tetons was spectacular. Food was good, but limited offerings for families with kids - either the dinner or sit-down multi-course restaurant (bar restaurant would not […] serve food with kids present in the bar area, but out on the porch with the mosquitos!). All in all were very happy with our stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Older but so cool and fun!!"
While this is an older hotel, and the room did have an "older" smell, the place was pretty awesome. Great location and the lobby/main building is SPECTACULAR! Food was great in both the fine dining room (Mural room) and the kid-friendly soda fountain. The swimming pool area is great for kiddos and we were sad that we were only there for one night. The […] place has an old "resort" feeling. Yes, the rooms were old and sort of smelly, but the quaintness (no TV) and the surrounding views were magificient!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The location is incredible. The beds are extremely comfortible. A little dated in room decor. Our only issue was a drain back-up the made the bath/shower useless. The maintenance staff did fix the issue immediately the next day.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A small step above camping, large step in price"
I have a family of 4 and a dog, 2 kids, 3 and 4 years old and we stayed in one of the standard cottages. It was a roof over our head, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The lodge provided a roll-away bed for a reasonable charge for the two nights. The room was very hot when we arrived and the ceiling fan was broken, the lodge provided […] a floor fan, but that did little to improve the temperature even with all of the windows open. The restaurants there with the lodge are very expensive, they do have better than average food. There are kids menus, and the kids food is equally pricey. The lodge is very close to the national parks and that was nice, we were able to see some things in the morning and evening that we wouldn't have been able to see if we were staying further away. "Cottage Stay near Grand Tetons"
My wife and our 2 boys stayed 2 nights at a Cottage at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The cottages are best thought of as a rustic, comfortable alternative to camping, as without TV or A/C they are a step below a hotel room at a mid-level chain hotel. However, the location across from the Grand Tetons more than redeems the cottage limits. The main lodge is […] nothing less than spectacular due to the location, views, good food, and excellent customer service. The scenic boat cruise is a must do. Don't forget your camera. "Rustic cabin in great park location"
Arrived after midnight and got afriendly welcome. Cabin was easy to find, not flash but a good size. Air conditioner would have been good but coped with fan. The view of the Grand Teton mountains from the hotlel lobby upstairs was spectacular. We sat ouside for casual cheap lunch which was very good and unhurried. We could have watched the view all day. […] The Medical Clinic was excellent, the doctor assisting me with a severe mystery illness and providing me with meds so that we didn't have to make the long drive back to Jackson. The hotel is located right in the Grand Teton Park with great view of the Tetons from the main hall/dining room and bar. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms with no view, but it was clean and comfortable. Also easy walk to the main hotel for food, drinks and view. "No Maid Service"
After the first 2 days of an 8 night stay, we didn't receive any maid service. Granted we asked NOT to have maid service for next 2 days, but nothing was cleaned for the last 4 days. We did receive fresh towels, but that was it. AND it is a green hotel and we didn't want fresh towels- we kept our used towels on the rack as instructed. The bathroom was […] not cleaned and the beds were not made. When we complained, the manager (who never contacted us- but communicated through a desk clerk) said, "Sorry, you booked through Expedia- nothing we can do. We would offer you compensation IF you had not booked through a 3rd party agent." Hmmm is the sub-text: "Don't use Expedia"? At this price no small refrigerator, but it did have a Keurig. However, the "non-dairy" accompaniments curdled in my coffee. I didn't think they could go bad... just how long were they there? The lodge is not cheap, but no hot tub, or adult space. Pool is always crowded with rambunctious kids. Bar staff not the friendliest, but the lodge store clerks are very nice. The activities desk was also incredibly helpful. We would try someplace else next time. Tons of other places to stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful location but rooms are gross"
The location and views are beautiful, but the rooms are gross. Our room smelled musty like a wet basement. There were ants in our room and the shower/tub was moldy. There was no tv or fridge in the room and no air conditioning either.Genuine Expedia guest review
The view from the lodge deck is beyond words. Our room was very comfortable. It did not have AC, but it was not needed even at the beginning of July. Will definitely give this a strong thumbs up!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Rooms were OK. The location of the hotel is very good and beautiful. But its absolutely not worth the price you pay of it. Rooms and bathroom are small. But amazing view from the hotel and great breakfast, which is not free.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Does not live up"
The location is ideal, but the room rated as a low to medium type motel room at best. The soap and shampoo dispenser were both empty and there was a tick in the bathtub. The sink is painted wood with chipped surfaces, and entire room in need of major upgrade. Overall ok for $49 dollar motel room, absolutely not ok for this price. Wifi sketchy at best. "First Time at this Lodge"
Had myself and three kids checking in a little later. The staff was excellent at check-in. They were knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. The room was great. It was large, updated and clean with plenty of parking. One thing to note; no TV, fridge, or microwave in the room. We didn't miss the TV one bit but we did miss the fridge and microwave, especially […] after our experience trying to get food from on of the restaurants in the hotel. It had to be the worst experience trying to feed my kids I've had in a long time. Every seat in the diner was occupied so we had t wait to order take out. We waited a solid 30 minutes before we could even order and then had to stand and wait for the food to be cooked only to schlep it back to our room to eat it. Thankfully the food didn't get too chilled before we got it to our room, but it was cold before we were even halfway finished (this is where the microwave would have come in handy). It ended up going to waste as we also couldn't store the leftovers for the next day. If we ever return we will make sure to bring our own foods that don't need to be kept cold to avoid that experience entirely. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Beautiful Lobby overlooking Tetons!"
Stayed here after 2 days in Yellowstone. Lobby is very nice. 3 restaurants upstairs with huge lobby sitting area that has an awesome view of the Tetons out the grand windows. "Spectacular location. Probably the best view from"
Great location and unbelievable view from upper lobby and outside deck over looking Jackson Lake and the Grand Teton's. Great place to start our trip to Yellowstone - South Gate about 25 mins north. Also stayed an additional night on our way out of Yellowstone as JLL is about 40 - 45 mins from Jackson Hole airport - about 1/2 way between Jackson Hole […] and the Lodge. Could not get a room in the Lodge itself but many outlying cottages. Outlying rooms were not fancy but were very comfortable and clean. Only problem was we did not always get clean towels or coffee cups. Staff was very helpful and friendly - must do is a 2 hour (10 mile) raft ride down the Snake river - pick up at Lodge and returns. Would/will definitely return. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great stay and food place for Yellowstone"
Peaceful surroundings at the cottages. Stunning view at the main building. Great local food and only a bit pricey. Water bottle refill station is a nice touch. "Cabins in the woods. Beautiful."
Stayed here twice and I highly recommend it. Our first day June 16 it snowed.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not worth the price"
Rooms are very hot during summer season, not maintained well, extremely expensive and certainly not worth the value. They do not even provide a toothpaste if you have forgotten. They can certainly afford 50 cents of expense on $279 room rate per day. The only good thing about this hotel is good view and food in Pioneer grill.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Cabins old and tired"
While the Grand Teton National park is fabulous the cabins are long overdue for a renovation. They are not cheap and you would never pay that price for a hotel room like that outside the park. They don't look as if they've been touched in twenty years. The outside are a dreary brown and very dilapidated.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good and Bad of Jackson Lodge"
Jackson lodge is very good with quiet, clean, rooms. The only bad part you need to be aware of is that the Jackson area is expensive for families to stay. Rooms will run over $200 easily, and food will easily cost $40 a meal even for breakfast so you need to budget accordingly. Beautiful area, and Yellowstone and Old Faithful are about 1 hour and 20 […] minutes north if you want to catch one more park. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Amazing view of the Grand Tetons across a meadow where moose and elk may be seen grazing. We stayed in a classic cabin with our dog. "Not a bad choice."
We stayed two nights. Wifi was a problem in our room even after we reported walking three rooms away to be able to use the wifi. Nicely appointed for a 1950s type of motor lodge/summer camp. Restaurants were okay. We were lucky to be toward the meadow end. Some units looked very dark.Genuine Expedia guest review
Enjoyed staying at this facility. The shops in the lodge were reasonably priced. Food was a bit pricey but very good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Jackson Lake Lodge"
Overpriced monopoly for mediocre accommodations Only saving grace is its location to Jackson and other lakes. Seems things haven't changed in 20 years.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jackson Lake lodge. Perfect place to explore the Grand Tetons, horseback ride and then white water raft in Jackson Hole. Would definitely stay again. Loved the Pioneer Grill. Good food, atmosphere and great staff!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
