"A wonderful hotel in the lovely town of Olhau."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel provided a luxury last night in Olhau before taking the short drive to Faro Airport. The staff were very nice, we had a great breakfast to set us up for the day and we had use of all the hotel facilities before flying home in the evening. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
"GREAT LOCATION BETWEEN OLD TOWN & NEW STRIP"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
LOVED THE HOTEL, GREAT AMENITIES, STUDIO WAS COMPACT & COMFORTABLE. HAD AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING FOR THOSE COOLER NIGHTS IN APRIL. STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. POOL AREA SPOTLESS. GREAT CHOICE & QUALITY OF FOOD IN POOL BAR DURING THE DAY. WAS SELF CATERING SO DID NOT USE THE RESTAURANT BUT USED 'RIVERIA' SNACK BAR NEXT DOOR CHOICE & QUALITY OF FOOD EXCELLENT, AS WAS THE SERVICE. VERY PLEASED WITH THIS CHOICE. GOOD FOR COUPLES, FAMILIES & THE MORE MATURE. WILL BE STAYING AGAIN!
"Great place!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
Really happy with the hotel! Stayed on the 25th floor, The view was amazing, rooms cleaned every day and very spacious! The staff was bind and helpful, very close to beach. Only one negative is the paid wifi which is also available only at the reception!!!
"nice quiet relaxing hotel, nice area"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
This hotel is about 5 km from the strip and a good 2km from the town. But it is all the better for that. It is a very relaxed hotel, nice amenities and a couple of beautiful secluded cove type beaches within easy walking distance. To be fair you would either need a hire car to get around or at least allow for a number of taxi trips when booking the hotel. (taxi to town around 7 Euro). Extremely quiet during our visit due to this being a particularly popular time for Spanish tourists..... Who are not visiting the Algarve as much as they did before the crash. Still it meant that we had near one to one service in the restaurant!
"Excellent hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 29, 2012
This was a great hotel in all regards except it may be too remote for some. There are a few excellent restaurants in the area but we had a car which allowed us to travel along the coast and into the countryside. The hotel does however run a free shuttle to a nearby beach and to Albufeira. If you're happy to stay on site there are great amenities with entertainment almost every night. Avoid room 242 as it is adjacent to the piano bar and you can hear every note!!

The former little white fishing village of Albufeira, now densely developed beneath a sea of apartments and mid-rise blocks, is the region’s most popular resort. The pretty Old Town is wall-to-wall restaurants and bars, though some local establishments and residential areas still remain. Its picture-postcard Fisherman’s Beach, with spectacular ochre cliffs and rock stacks, remains an iconic, albeit often very crowded, Algarve sight.
see all hotels in Albufeiranous avons eux la prestation par rapport aux prix , beau paysage , petit déjeuné copieux , repas soir simple, personnelle agréable
Very good beach
"Um Hotel junto ao Mar"
A localização é excelente, para não dizer que melhor é impossível. Não é muito moderno, mas é bastante confortável e respira-se espaço. A comida poderia ser melhorada: fruta só natural, sobremesas mais caseiras e mais grelhados. Faz falta um mini-bar nos quartos. As informaçõessão dadas e os serviços prestados com muita simpatia. Gostei muito da estadia […] e tenciono repetir. Read more
"Remote location"
The hotel is in a remote location and 'old'. Guests are mainly portugese. Food is below average. Staff is polite, and common facilities are good.
