This hotel was close and they moved us over to one of thier hotel(St. Saviour) which I find to be too small and it was hardly enough room for two people.

My mom and I had a really nice stay at St Rose Hotel. Very nice staff. Walking distance to the sanctuary. Right in the middle of all the stores. Very... very convenient. Will stay there again when we come back.

This hotel was extremely convenient to the St Joseph's Gate of the Sanctuaries and the City Bus stop (2 blocks walk). You do have to walk up a slight hill and take elevators up into the lobby because it is built on a hill. There are also many restaurants and shops including a grocery store right around the hotel. The area seemed very safe. The desk […] service was not very good. I was never able to get my room phone to work despite repeated requests and the girl at the desk told me the City Bus did not run before 9 am (it begins at 7) and that I needed to take a taxi. The room itself was clean and very basic. There was only a very tiny narrow window in the corner and it was otherwise quite dark and bland. However I didnt spend much time in the room so that was OK. It was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast cost way too much for the stale croissant and bitter cup of coffee. It looked like a lot of tour groups booked in this hotel and had included meals but for an individual traveller that was a total rip off. The lobby did have a computer from which guests could access the internet. I did use this a few times since my room phone didnt work so that was OK. I think most hotels in Lourdes are similar to this so its probably about as good as you're going to get there. Read more

Location of the hotel is excellent for people interested in the shrine and processions at Lourdes. The hotel itself caters to large groups of tourists and the room I was given was like a closet.

very close to the Church,restaurant but it was so hot during the day when we are out and when we are about to rest for the night,very discomfort because there is no air condition.I will never stay again in this hotel only because of this reason.Next time,I will ask for AC first before booking hotel in Europe.

This hotel was in a good location for those visiting the Sanctuaries- a short walk to the end of the road. Although the description said that the hotel had been renovated the small single room I stayed in for one night had not and was old fashioned. I slept well. I suppose someone has to be next door to the lift! The Wi-fi did not operate in my room […] so had to go down to reception area to use it. There is a pleasant outside seating area for relaxing outside in the evening. car parking was expensive D and reception could have informed me it was cheaper to park outside on the relatively quiet road. Excellent location for the church & grotto areas. Although general public areas (Reception, dining & bar) very good due to refurbishment, our twin-bedded room would benefit from being refurbished. TV screen far too high up!

The hotel is overall clean and the decor can tell it's done quite recently. I was first checked in Room 509 which I thought it's great to be on 5/F, actually, it is on a mezzazine floor facing the road. This hotel is in a great location right next to the grotto and the main church of Lourdes. We arrived to 30 degree heat it being Late august so we weren't very impressed that the room didn't have air conditioning nor did the window in our room open! Overall the hotel was fine and we enjoyed our pilgrimage to Lourdes.

L'acceuil a ete bon, quoique, etant donne qu'ils en font une grande publicite,'on aurait du etre informes que leur parking est minuscule et que la chance de trouver une place pour notre voiture etait presque nulle. L'hotel est tres pres des Sanctuaires de Lourdes, donc c'est vraiment tres pratique pour les pelerins. Notre chambre (pour trois personnes) […] etait spacieuse, mais sans plus, mal illuminee et mal aeree. La moquette n'avait pas l'air d'avoir etre lavee depuis longtemps. La salle de bain etait propre.
