Hotel is poorly kept. People in middle levels at the hotel lack some training. But the worst is the poor condition the hotel is maintained. Feels likely you area in n old hotel with poor maintained. The bed rooms cleanness was far from descent. There were hairs on the shower room and the whole experience has been vary bad, to the point that we left […] the hotel after the first night. This is not what the Maldives has to offer. Do not waste a minute or a dime there. The rest of our rip in 2 different hotels in the Maldives were fantastic, but this is a must NOT go. Read more

The bill must be checked carefully when checking out. Actually you don't have to take the hotel's boat, you can also take the AIR TAXI, book it at the airport after arrival. The price may be cheaper with great view.

It was a very nice stay with sheraton full moon resort. Staff and the services were amazing. They were all nice, warm, very helpful, very accommodating and most importantly, they love kids. They even have a nice kiddie play area and even offer baby sitting jobs. We got two rooms because we were 3 and a half (baby), me and hubby were just unlucky with […] our room that didn't have a great ambience for sleeping. I think the ac wasn't working quite well coz even it was already on 17 deg C, it felt a bit warm and didn't help with some mosquitoes around. It wasn't an issue though for they did sprayed the room twice daily and even put up an electric mosquito repellant in our room. We just called the reception and request granted! All in all very worth visiting - food is just OK and CRAZY pricey (like everything in Maldives) but the island is lovely, the staff are great, it is close to the airport, and has everything you really want in a Maldives vacation - def.. the value choice for mid range luxury!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton in the Maldives. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Staying in the island cottages, our rooms were very spacious and well-maintained. We were offered towels and cleaning twice a day and enjoyed the selection of teas. The most impressive aspect was a beautiful outdoor shower […] that was very relaxing. The waters and snorkeling around the island are ok as much of the coral is no longer there, but there are opportunities to visit better reefs. Based on our limited budget, this hotel was very nice for our stay and allowed easy access to and from the airport. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and prepared us for each day. Nice resort. Great location, a short boat ride from the airport. Good food. Overall definitely worth a visit. However, the whole area is too expensive and somewhat overrated. The food and beverages are definitely too expensive.

Fantastic Resort - beautiful room with a great view. Great service, food, beverages. Highly Recommended! The only possibly drawback is that the Ocean Villas look like they have direct private beach access, but they do not, it is only a view of the ocean (still very beautiful).

The meals and drinks are very expensive and there is little to do besides swimming with nemo and his friends. Most people hung around the lobby using the wifi which was disappointing to see. I had an Ocean Villa and loved its privacy and seclusion. The villa grounds are separated by high walls. the room looks out over a patio and private pool to the ocean. There is no beach and the sea comes right up to rocks at the edge of the villa. That is great for privacy because there is no beach for people to walk along in front of the room. The […] villa was 10 min walk to the restaurants, bars & other hotel facilities. That meant no noise or disturbance & the walk was a nice way to get a little extra exercise. Of course one could call for an electric cart to take you to the various facilities. The room was wonderfully laid out . Bed looking out over the patio & pool to the ocean. The sound of the sea at night. Apparently a few guests complain of the noise of the sea, which astonishes me. I think it is one of the most wonderfully relaxing sounds of all, especially at bedtime. A decent desk for writing. Sofas. Poolside recliners. Hammock. All the faciliities are what you would expect from a 5-star resort. Wonderful staff. I absolutely loved this resort, one of the best I have stayed at. Very typical of other Sheraton resorts I have used at Mauritius & St Martin. Staff quality are always the real key to success & Sheraton seem to have figured that out pretty well. Read more

Of course it is hard to go wrong in Maldives. Even a 1 star hotel would be beautiful. The Sheraton is more conveniently located to Male and only a 15 minute boat ride. The hotel property is above average for Maldives. The service is more like Jamaica though. Locked out of my room for 2 hours at midnight with my crying 2 year old when the batteries die […] inside the door and no one came until 7 urgent calls later. Breakfast is only buffet. Lunch and dinner and drinks are awful services with waiters forgetting orders, hanging out and talking among themselves, 30 minute turnaround times for drinks, etc. And, compared to other Maldives properties, this was a hustler's hotel. Spa treatments start at $200 per person. Average seafood dishes start at $34 per dish for local fish caught in front of the hotel and run up to $110 per dish. I paid $400 per night for the hotel and $500 per day for food. Kids food were supposed to be included in my package and the hotel had every excuse for excluding and charging my 2 year old. $10 for french fries, etc. Kids not included in the room. Kids not included in the buffet for breakfast. Etc etc. I asked for a late check out. $30 per hour!!! first time in my extensive world traveling experience that has every happened. My husband and I relaxed for 10 days at this resort and loved every bit. The diving was beyond expectations of service, competency, and marvels. 今年春节期间在喜来登入住三晚，酒店离马累机场很近，乘快艇10分钟左右可以到达。我们订的沙屋，离海边有几十米。喜欢房间的露天淋浴和浴缸，可以充分享受大自然又很私密。酒店有几个餐厅，味道都很棒，最贴心的是有中文菜单，对于英文不好的，吃饭点菜都没问题。有一个小缺点，房间里没有WIFI，只有商务中心才有，不太方便。

水上コテージに滞在しました。海からそのまま上がれるのですが、上がったところにシャワー（水ですが。）があり、バルコニーに入る前に海水や砂を流せるのが便利でした。バルコニーから部屋を通らずバスルームに入れるのも良かったです。バスルームは広いバスタブと別にシャワーブースがあり、洗面台も２つありました。シャンプー等の補充はなかったです。言えば持ってきてくれると思いますが。無料の水は500mlのボトルが毎日４本あります。ライフジャケットも部屋にありシュノーケルする際に便利でした。フィン、マスクはスポーツセンターで無料で借りられます。但しその日の夕方に返却が必要です。ルームサービスも想像してたほど高くなくよく利用しました。味もとてもおいしかったです。

Very nice hotel ! Enjoyable staying there ! Better if there is snack shop there. One needs to improve for providng fish cooking for guest whom had caught any fish from fishing activity. They charged for US25 per person even you got a small fish (¬1 catty) to be shared by 2 persons and you must go to a designated resataurant there.

We would definitely recommend this hotel - mainly to couples, but there were a couple of families at the resort also that seemed to be enjoying themselves. We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon, and as I had seen lots of photos beforehand I had high expectations. Everything here was exactly as I expected. The staff were always helpful […] and polite, and we were given a wonderful complimentary 3 course meal as a honeymoon gift. The overwater bungalow we stayed in was great - so many amazing fish underneath it was like having our own aquarium, and great to be able to wake up in the morning and just climb down our bungalow stairs into the ocean. Food was great at all of the restaurants we ate at, and the chef at the Thai restaurant even came out to speak with us and tell us about the meal which was a nice touch. This resort (like most of the Maldives) is one of the more expensive holiday destinations I've been to, but it is the kind of place you would go for a 'once in a lifetime' holiday such as a honeymoon, so as long as you are aware of costs beforehand you can be prepared/save up beforehand and enjoy yourself. Fantastiskt hotell, bra rum (Island villa), mycket vänlig personal och god mat. Förhållandevis dyrt med mat och dryck, men det var ingen överraskning. Det enda som var mindre bra är närheten till Male och därmed flygplatsen (flygplanen flyger in nära ön)
