The hotel was located next to restaurants and the mall. Staff were very friendly and the room was nicely furnished. Breakfast was great with all the normal continental food items. Room rate was very affordable considering it was next to everything we neeeded to do. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Very impressed initially a great room for the price, but then - noise- walls must be paper thin, could hear people snoring in the next room. Talking, coming and going, maybe just unlucky this trip may try again in future. Breakfast was adequate, staff continually maintained the area.

when we checked in to our room the couch/bed was not put together as a couch. there was only a small amount of toilet paper with no back up in the bathroom. there was a dripping from the radiator everytime the heat kicked on.

Everything was wonderful, from the appearance, location, price, room, staff. The only problem I have is the comfort of the beds (and this may be just me personally) but they are very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a very good hotel for the price!

We were partway through a Lake Champlain bicycle ride when we pulled in here for a two-night stay to avoid the rain. We got a clean, comfortable room that was exactly as advertised. The suite was nice, though I don't know why there are shelves for a kitchenette without dishes or cookware...I am not sure anyone is going to visit and bring that stuff […] on their own. The bed wasn't a pillow-top like so many other motels these days, but it was cozy enough and the sheets actually smelled clean. The staff was very very professional and accommodating, to include storing our bikes. though there is not a work-out facility on hand, the motel offered a pass to a local gym for 3 dollars. I think the price was the most competitive of those listed. I would recommend they get a copy of the Lake Champlain Bikeways Map for their lobby. Oh - UNOs coupons were very appreciated. Read more

I stay here every time I visit Plattsburgh, its clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. This place is pet friendly and they treated my dog as well as they treated me. Does smell of smoke since some rooms are smoking but other than I have nothing negative to say. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

It was the worst! The room smelled of smoke and it was a non-smoking room. There were kids running in the hall at 1am until 3am screaming. There was a fight between a couple, a dog barking and the people on the floor above us sounded like a pack of elephants!

except for the residual smell of smoke, the hotel worked well... however, we did reserve a room with two queen beds AND a pull=out sofa and got the beds but a window cushion instead of the sofa... made it more cramped than anticipated due the fact that we had counted on the 5th sleep space for our family stay.

Only concern was the odor from smoke. This was the only negative. Smoking should not be permitted, especially for the benefit of those with allergies to smoke. The hallways smelled of smoke. Otherwise the staff was excellent.

Smoking and non smoking rooms next door to each other. Whole floor stunk like smoke including the eleavator. Nothing in your room but a hair blower, rooms very small. Would not recommend this hotel at all, will never stay there again.
