The lobby is fancy but don't be fooled. Elevators take forever to use. Rooms are huge but the colors used are just so boring. The view is nice up on the 25th floor. Free sauna is a plus. The buffet on 4th floor is a must try (best buffet i've ever had). Down stair is An Dong plaza, so convenient in term of shopping. Remember to stay away from rooms xx30, over on that wing you can hear the night club on the 3rd floor almost every night from 9 to 2am. I couldn't sleep until they moved me to the other side of the hotel. Restaurant inside hotel is expensive, try going across the street for Pho 24. Yum. No wireless in hotel. Lucky me, Pho 24 has wifi so i can check mail on my iphone.

The front staff needs more improvement. They did not post two payments I made and wanted to charge again at check out. Insisted I did not pay when I did. I had paid by cash...they finally figured it out. I had to pay $10++ for extra guest when the booking was for two.

I checked in late at night and room was not ready. I requested a non-smoking and they put me in smoking floor. Then went to the cafeteria to take dinner and after one hour of waiting the meal was terrible but still they charged for it. This hotel is totally over-priced. I have stayed in many other hotels in Ho chi Minh without any star rating and with prices below USD 30/night which are way better than this place. I will never go back ot this Hotel in my life.

Overall I am satisfied with my three-day stay at the Windsor Hotel at Ho Chi Minh City. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is only one thing I would caution other travellers about the check out time; the hotel was very rigid on the check out time. I requested an extended checkout from Noon to 2 pm and the clerk told me the best she could do was 1 pm. But she did not warned me about the hotel computer would disable my room key(card) exactly at Noon. I was locked out of my room 10 minutes after Noon and had to ask another staff member to let me back in to retrieve my luggages. Other that it was a good hotel.

Servicen er god. Betjeningen venligt og imødekommende. Fantastisk udsigt over byen især på 25. etage. Flot shuttlebus service til og fra distrikt 1. Således god mulighed for at kombinere ophold lokalt i distrikt 5/quan 5/Cho Lon/Chinatown uden at gå glip af turistmagneten distrikt 1/quan 1/Saigon.
