The Staff Friendly and helpful although out of town it was an easy walk or handy tram ride (No.8) into the city. The Hotel Breakfast was excellent and an evening meal very good. The Rooms were clean tidy and everything you would wish for - a great stay.

This is a good hotel, clean, well looked after and with very helpful staff. It is a little bit out of the centre but it is only a short tram ride or a 15-20 zloty taxi ride into the city centre. I am due to come back again later in the year and would happily book this hotel once again.

We were happy enough with the price of this hotel but thought the location was just a bit too far out of krakow centre. We did not find any nice places to see or eat at around our accommodation. The other issue I had with this hotel was I emailed twice to ask how to get to theri acccomoation by public tranport and i did not receive a reply at all. To […] find out howto get to this hotel I had to go on the tripadvisor forum and ask someone ther eif they knew how to reach the hotel. Someone on the forum answered me right away but I thought this was bad PR not to answer my email and I emailed first and then waited 2 days and afternot hearing from them I emailed again and still nothing. This to me is so bad not to get back to guests. If the person had not answered me from tripadvisor I would have no iedea how to reach the hotel. Read more

Four nights here last week. Absolutely no complaints at all. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Spotless room and toilet/shower room. Excellent buffet breakfast spread. Had dinner in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend. This hotel is only 10 mins. from city centre by frequent tram service and was […] ideal: public transport in and around the city is frequent and cheap and a great way to see beyond the city centre, hop on and off and explore. Would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and would recommend to family and friends if visiting Krakow. There's not much in the surrounding area but handy enough for a short tram ride to the centre. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, breakfast plentiful and good, room was spotless and maintained. Only crib would maybe be lack of a kettle in the room for a morning brew...............

Hotel is in a good location, easy access to the centre and a tram stops outside which is cheap but get a visitors ticket which lasts for three days. Get the ticket from the machine at the tram stop as when we went to the train/bus station the staff didn't know anything about the tourist ticket.

Marvellous hotel, a little out of the centre but with such an excellent transport system and trams every few minutes to almost outside the door - it was not a problem at all. trams were nos. 8 and 10. The room was clean and fresh and tidy, the bathroom was lovely and roomy. The breakfast was very fresh and enjoyable. The staff spoke excellent English […] and were extremely helpful. Loved every minute of my stay and would hope to go again. If you want to do any of the trips to places out of town eg Auschwitz or the Salt mine then just take public transport - its so much cheaper! And very easy to do. And Schindler's factory museum is even within walking distance. And highly recommended - I went twice. A lot of museums etc seem to be free on Mondays. Enjoy! Read more

Hotellet var fläckfritt! Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Middagen var ok, inte mer, men frukosten var bra. Det ligger lite utanför centrum men tramen går nästan direkt utanför och Tesco finns tio minuter bort till fots. Tråkigt och murrigt på utsidan men mycket bättre inomhus!

L'hotel est situé un peu à l'écart du centre mais néanmoins extrêmement facile d'accès #Arrêt des traways à 50 mètres - 0,5€ le ticket pour aller au centre#. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux, varié et de qualité. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose aussi des plats à des prix très compétitifs. […] Déco un peu "old fashion" du bar et des chambres mais le tout très propre. Sanitaires des chambres très complets avec douche, sèche cheveux, distributeurs de gel-douche, ... Pour ceux qui viendraient en voiture, il y a un vaste parking. Das Hotel ist vom Zentrum aus gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Es liegt ruhig , das Frühstücksbüfet ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad neuwertig.

This is the first time I've ever gotten a hotel room which looks like the photos in the advertisement! You be the judge whether that's a good or bad thing. The beds were quite hard and creaked a lot, so this is not the place to spend your honeymoon. Only one English speaking TV channel, and the shower cabinet leaked somewhat after each shower. I usually […] sleep in and avoid hotel breakfasts, so I don't know what people tend to expect of these, but Galicya's was quite ok. The sausages and some of the cheeses (or whatever they were) looked pretty creepy, but I got cold cuts and scrambled eggs and was happy with that. The hotel is situated just a few kilometres outside Krakow's city centre; we actually walked the whole way in by accident on the first day looking for something to eat, so it's definitely doable. The tram is very cheap and stops pretty much right next to the hotel if you don't feel like walking. (But beware; ticket controls are frequent and the ticket vending machines on board only take coins, so make sure you've got some on hand if you're taking the tram) Speaking of coins: on checking out you have to pay a "local tax" which is usually not much, but the catch is that they'll only take cash for that. We'd already left all our coins for the room-maid, so we had to run to the nearest ATM (on the other side of the road w/the tram stop). Other than that, we had a great experience. Read more

Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Wifi kostenlos. Mit Eisenbahn oder Auto in ein paar Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Alles im allen ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis.
