Was very nice. Would have liked some chairs on our little patio like the ones on the buildings and balconies next to ours so that we could go out and sit at night. Had a bit of an ant problem in our bathroom when we first got there. Would be really great if the rooms had a small microwave since we had kids with us and Fannie's Grill closed early (can't afford much more than that), but it wasn't to far to grab a bite in the city.

I really enjoy staying at crystal inn. The free breakfast buffet is a deal maker for me.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The man at the front desk who checked me in was kind, helpful, and happy to do his job. More service industry workers need to be like him. The biggest thing I would change is the comforters on the bed and a bit of maintenance or updating. Also, there were some noisy hotel guests, but nothing out-of-control. I would gladly stay there again when driving through.

"Great place for Sundance"
For the people complaining, I'm not sure what would make them happy. Had a great stay at Sundance 2012. Everyone was nice, the Escalade shuttles were super convenient, the included breakfast was great, and the room was perfect (super comfy bed). Would definitely stay here again.
"Beautiful hotel near Dear Valley"
Stayed at the Lodges for a concert at Deer Valley. Gorgeous setting and a lovely room. Only criticism is that despite a 10 a.m. check-out time, our room wasn't ready for check-in at 4:30 p.m.---and we had made the reservation weeks in advance. Still, a great stay.
"Great Family Location"
I stayed at this hotel during the fourth of July holiday. I was very impressed. It had super clean rooms, great staff, a great pool and beautiful surroundings. The price wasn't bad either. I would totally recommend it!
Nice hotel. The "kitchen" in the unit I stayed at was actually a sink and a mini-fridge, and no dish soap to actually clean the dishes. The advertised free breakfast does not exist during the summer months, so keep that in mind when considering what is included. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean.

Superb experience. Great location relative to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Greatly appreciated the friendly and punctual shuttle service to ski lodge and Main Street for dinner.

No bar or restaurant was a big minus for this hotel Continental breakfast was too american= sweet for european taste
