"Great for Cruises"

My husband and I flew in to Fort Lauderdale and got a free transport to this hotel, and then free transportation to the cruise port the next morning with no flaws or delays at all. The location and service was exactly what we wanted and needed for a relaxing night before our cruise and with as few kinks in the process as possible. Would definitely recommend this hotel for cruise nights!

We enjoyed our stay, but in Florida, any cab/bus/van driver is a "third-world" local. We'd made a mistake of where to stand outside our airport terminal...the driver went right past us (looking at us) and stopped about an 1/8th of a mile past us under clearly marked sign that said most of the same stuff as the one directly above where we were standing. He proceeded to tell us that we were in the wrong...bad idea. After driving us back to the hotel like we were in India (no lanes, lights or other cars on the road) we arrived at the hotel. The hotel experience was only strange because there was almost no one there. After breakfast the next day, the same driver kept the radio on loudly, so we could hardly communicate to him or eachother...never thought to turn it down. Again, drove like we were in India.

The hotel fit our needs for a one night stay before leaving on a cruise. It was clean and comfortable, close to the airport. Tbey offer a shuttle from the airport and to the port for the cruise.

Hotel room was very clean and service was great. Only issue was that we were unable to purchase any movies........location was great as there is a small shopping area over the road with a supermarket and a couple of food outlets....will do it again

We did not expected good quality in this hotel, but we were impress with the service and the well maintenence of the hotel.The only inconvinience was the transportation buses run every hour to downtown. But overall was outstanding hotel.

We arrived after a long drive and needed somewhere to stay for the night before a very early flight out the next day. The Holiday Inn surpassed our expectations. The room was absolutely beautiful -- the bed was huge and the bathroom was luxurious (by my standards anyway!) We were able to lay back and enjoy the room for the night and ordered take out. Comfy and cozy all the way, and very quiet. The pool was nice, too.

"Close to Cruise Port"

The Holiday Inn express is only a few miles from the cruise port and the airport. There is a strip mall across the road, with a supermarket and fast food. There are washers and dryers in the Hotel. The room was very large, and came with a microwave and fridge (not mini bar). The airport shuttle leaves every half hour.

Veel plussen en een enkel minpunt. Om met de plussen te beginnen: het was een keurig hotel. Wij hadden een kamer met twee tweepersoonsbedden. Veelal zijn deze eennmeterveertig breed, maar in dit hotel net ietsje breder, waardoor je prima slaapt. Keurig sanitair en heel schoon. , Onze kamer had een automatische airco die als het even te warm werd netjes aansloeg. Het ontbijt was gezien de ervaringen elders prima geregeld. We zouden hier zeker naar terug gaan! Dan het minpunt. Ik was in de veronderstelling dat er een shuttle was toen we na een cruise op Port Everglades aankwamen. Dit was echter niet het geval. Wel raar want ze brengen je er wel naar toe. Naar het vliegveld halen en brengen ze je wel.
