"Atlantis Inn, Rehoboth, DE"
We were very pleased to find a refrigerator and microwave in our room. We were also impressed with the eco-friendly products and recycled paper products, thereby saving thousands of trees. This hotel is very environmentally friendly. Keep up the good work.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location, bare bones room."

At Rehoboth Beach you're going to most likely be spending most of your time at the beach anyway, so a subpar room is tolerable I suppose. This place seemed like a throwback to the 70's with rough around the edges furnishings and finishes. A VERY small bathroom topped off the underwhelming experience. I gave this a rating of 3 instead of 2 only because the place is right in the middle of the action and a short easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.

"Great place, great location"

My girlfriend and I stayed at Atlantis Inn and everything was awesome. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. Walk out of the hotel and you are immersed in the beach atmosphere. It was seconds away from great food and entertainment. They were pet friendly as well which was a huge bonus for our dog. I highly recommend staying here.
"Good Choice For A Beach Hotel"

We arrived on a Sunday night for a two night stay. A note of caution if you are coming by car from the South. Coming from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, we used Mapquest for directions and found ourselves following a Byzantine set of instructions as we entered Delaware. Tiny two-lane country roads, looking for street signs (in the dark), and wending through a collection of local streets before reaching Route 1. A trip down to Ocean City the following day has us suspecting that it would have been much easier if we had picked up Route 1 in Ocean City, MD. Atlantis Inn is located in an area of shops, hotels and restaurants near the boardwalk. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking. Even though it was the week after Labor Day, the hotel was quite busy. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Usual room amenities were found including good size bath towels. Room refrigerator had a freezer compartment that was handy for restoring the freezer element of our travel cooler. Room also had a microwave and cable TV. Our TV always started with the sound turned down to nothing. We thought it was on mute, but found instead that we just needed to keep pressing the volume increase button until the sound slowly came in. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water and a good flow. Sink was located outside of the shower room, a location that we find to be useful. The beach and boardwalk are a short walk from the hotel. A wide selection of restaurants are available in the immediate area, ranging in style from family to gourmet. Many boutiques and gift shops are found here as well. If you want more shopping, just go a few miles North on Route 1 and you'll plenty to keep you busy, including a number of outlet stores. All-in-all, this was a very good beach hotel and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
"Great location, clean accommodations, friendly service"

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to the beach. The location was fantastic! It allowed us to walk everywhere without worrying about parking. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and fairly modern. The mini fridge and microwave were great for a family traveling on a budget. We will stay here again!
"Great location and solid accomodations"

The rooms here are fairly up to date. They arent large, but considering the outstanding location 2 blocks from the beach are big enough. Parking on-site is really convenient too. The pool on the roof is small but well maintained. Not a lot of 'extras' but everyone is nice, the prices are reasonable considering the location, and its overall a comfortable and convenient stay (this is my second stay).

My husband and I went there for Labor Day weekend. The location was great. It was close to the beach, boardwalk, and all the shops and restaurants. Once we parked the car we didn't have to drive anywhere. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. It had a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient. The coffee in the lobby every morning was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We wanted to go to the beach after we checked out and asked if there were any facilities in the area where we could shower. They showed us a nice private shower at the hotel that we were welcome to use for the day. That was definitely a plus. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
"Disappointed by believing other reviews"

At over $250.00 a night, I expect clean and comfortable at the very least. At the promise of recently refreshed rooms, my wife and I booked for 3 nights. The location is very good - about 2 blocks off the beach. The furniture in the room was very dated - the television was an old NON-HD disaster. The A/C was unable to keep the room at a constant temperature, even when taken off auto and put into the "ON" mode it kept shutting down. There was dust everywhere - check out the picture from around the T.V. The bed was rock hard and the sheets were like sand paper. The pillows were wafer thin and had zero flexibility. Check out the picture of how the bed was made up when we returned from the beach - does that look like a staff that cares about appearances? There was no in-room coffee maker. The microwave appeared to be a fire hazard. If it were not for the location and the nice people at the front desk, I would have given this place an absolute zero! How anyone could rate this hotel as anything above average is beyond me.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and the price of the rooms was reasonable. The hotel is located right on the main strip of Rehoboth Avenue. We arrived early and were allowed into the room.
"Pleasant stay at the Atlantis Inn Rehoboth!"
Location - perfect! There really is no need to move your car once parked. Everything is within walking distance, including the beach and boardwalk. Rooms - Better than expected! Clean and comfortable. More than enough space for two adults, a toddler and an infant with our own portable bassinet in the king room. Pool - no kiddie pool for our toddler so we stayed at the beach instead. The area looked very clean though. Staff - Extremely friendly! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!!
