"Comfortable, Great Location"

We had an easy time checking in except for finding parking when we first got there. We didn't know there was a 2nd parking lot behind the main building until after we got to the desk (the main parking lot was full.) Other than those first few minutes, we had a great stay. I really enjoyed having a fridge and microwave.

"Great Value In Rehoboth Beach"

Stayed at the Atlantis Inn For One Night While My son was playing at a tournament at Sports At The Beach Complex. Arrived on a Thursday in late July in the late afternoon, Check in was a breeze and the parking lot was packed but there was still a few spots available to park. Room was small but clean with a small fridge and microwave. We were on the third floor by the pool. The pool was a busy place, there were adults hanging out with their kids, they were drinking but quiet time started at 10:00pm (I believe) and we did not hear anything after that. Shops, restaurants, and the beach is all in walking distance so you really do not need your car once you are there unless you want to drive to the outlets which are close by. There is free coffee in the morning in the lobby. There is also ice machines and vending machines. This was our first time in this area and it was really beautiful. If your looking for a clean room without the big price tag then this is the place for you.

"Always a great stay at the Atlantis"

We stayed here in June and it doesn't disappoint. I love the central location, you can really walk everywhere from here. The rooms are clean and sufficient for a beach trip. We didn't use the rooftop pool this time, but love that it is there. We did eat on the deck next to the pool, which is nice when you order carryout. If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced place with a a good location, this is a great spot. Also, the service is always good, which is not the case with all hotels. They are very accommodating here. We had requested a first floor room and they had one ready for us even though we arrived early.

"Another Great Experience!"

This is our family's third visit to the Atlantis Inn and it was just as perfect as last year. The hotel is clean and well kept, the rooms are updated with flat screen TVs and new bed linens. We stayed in a double suite this year and it was a really good idea, more room, another half bath with shower, and a second TV. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable as well. The property is close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. Penny and her staff make you feel welcome and treat you like family.

"Nice Place to Stay, Close to Beach"

We have stayed at Atlantis Inn the past three years. It is clean, and everything is well taken care of (i.e., nothing worn or broken). The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The pool area is clean and well kept. Also, it is close to the beach and boardwalk.

"Great Location, Decent Price"

I was here for a vacation with my family and loved the stay! It is within the walkable distance to the Rehoboth Beach and many shops/restaurants around. My family all loved it, especially with a small pool on the third floor. We had a great time here.

"Perfect central location without crazy prices"

Having stayed at The Atlantis Inn twice and hearing from others who frequent Rehoboth, this is about the best deal you'll find. The hotel is right on the main strip and has plenty of parking, which is at a premium in Rehoboth Beach. Once you park your car, you shouldn't need it again. It's next to shops and restaurants, and right next to the Purple Parrot, my personal favorite. There are some amenities - the pool isn't bad and is a nice change-up from the beach. A little cold. There is a laundry facility if you're staying a little longer and need to clean those smelly beach clothes. Coffee in the lobby, vending machines in the stairwells, and every room has a balcony with chairs. It is a little rough around the edges - one elevator that isn't too great, some dings and knicks here are there (and more depending on your room), and the Wifi is spotty at best, but it's the best bet for the price. Besides, if you're coming to Rehoboth Beach and want to sit in your room, you're doing it wrong.

"Awesome location, love this place!"

Recently stayed here for the 2nd time and would definitely go back again! Stayed with my boyfriend for 3 nights and honestly it is one of the best locations as far as being close to stores, restaurants, attractions, and even the beach! Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach which can't be beat.

"A Relaxing Labor Day Weekend"

The staff was great at this hotel especially Miss Penny!. Free WiFi and the room had a small fridge and microwave. Very clean room. The location was amazing! Nothing luxurious, but includes all the basics. The staff even calls you by name when they see you!

"Decent stay, good location"

Stayed a few nights over 4th of July weekend. The hotel was clean. We had a king room, it was pretty spacious, had a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, room also had a refrigerator and microwave. I do agree with the other people though rooms are a bit dated, but clean and has what you need for a weekend at the shore. We were on the 4th floor, there is an elevator. Does not have a private balcony but does have two chairs outside door so you can sit out there. Pool is on the third floor, has a sundeck area too. Pool is small but was not an issue most people seemed to be at the beach when we went to the pool. Location is what is best, right on the main street of Rehoboth where most of the shops, restaurants are located. You do not need to move the car if just staying locally. We had no problem getting a parking space in the lot. They do have free coffee in the morning in the lobby. We had to leave early due to a family emergency and they did not give us a refund for the last night but they did offer us a credit for the amount we paid for that night - its good for a year. Overall was a good stay and the staff was friendly, grounds were clean along with the room. Would stay again.
