"Great value"

Haven't stayed too many other places because Atlantis always comes through. Clean rooms, hot showers, friendly staff and management, great location, enough parking, Columbian coffee in the lobby. Recommended!

"Perfect for our needs"

Rain washed away some of our outdoor plans during this year’s stay in Rehoboth Beach (May 31-June 3, 2015), but not our enthusiasm for Atlantis Inn. Our usual room (302: deluxe double, non-smoking) was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location can’t be beaten for the price (swimming pool, free parking, but no breakfast). Having stayed there on two other occasions, we had already worked out our breakfast plans (market across the street; nearby Dunkin’ Donuts), but if your palate is more refined than ours, ask the front desk for directions to Sammy’s Kitchen Restaurant. It doesn’t disappoint.

"Was OK, but you get what you pay for"

We decided to take a long weekend at Rehoboth Beach over Father's Day weekend. This budget motel is adequate. There was hot water, the sheets were clean, and the friendly staff offered us extra towels. We did have to provide our own fly-paper (purchased from a local convenience store) to hang in the room, which was infested with flies. I inquired at the front desk about switching rooms, but they were sold out and no other rooms were available. There was a small pool on the third floor that was overflowing with guests. Soda machines were empty during our stay. Wi-fi rarely worked. On the upside, the motel is conveniently located near the boardwalk and the beach (about a 10-minute walk). So, if you plan to spend your days at the beach/boardwalk and all you plan to do in the room is sleep, then this is an OK choice.

"Another Relaxing Stay in a Great Location"

We returned to the Atlantis Inn again last week for a few quiet days away prior to the start of the busy beach season once school ends. As usual, we were greeted warmly and our room was ready early allowing us to check-in before heading to the beach. AAA rates are a plus. Given that we enjoy bicycling, it is helpful that there is a bike rack in front of the hotel. The pool is always a nice treat when you just want to relax or the weather is a bit uncertain. Having refrigerators in the room, makes it very manageable to take along or purchase small items for breakfast and lunch instead of having to go out for all meals. Our only annoyance which was promptly addressed by management was a party by the housekeepers just after the start of the 11 PM quiet hours one of the evenings.

"Always a reliable choice"

Visited Rehoboth during the off-season, in mid April. Atlantis only open on weekends at that time. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. The room and hotel were in top shape. The staff, as usual, was very helpful. This hotel is on the main street, one and a half blocks from the beach. It is the only hotel in Rehoboth that can be accessed by car from Rehoboth Avenue and the next street over, which is a big plus during busy traffic periods, which are frequent in the summer. There is ample parking in the hotels two lots so no matter which side of the hotel you are on you can park your car on your side. The rooms have a mini refrigerator and microwave and a table to eat on. They do not have coffee makers but you can get coffee in the office, the morning coffee was always out by 5:00 a.m. There are a large number of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, stores and anything else you might need. There is a pool and surrounding deck on the third floor which many family groups seemed to take advantage of. The pool is not large but good for younger kids. It is partially shaded in the heat of the afternoon. The Atlantis is an older hotel, but it is a nice place to stay and considering the very high prices in Rehoboth, a good value for the money. I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

"Good hotel, within blocks of the Rehoboth boardware"

Been to Rehoboth many times and had a last minute desire to go and found this one. We stayed for only one night. While the place is motel-style where there are no interior hallways, so all the windows face outside, it was pretty quiet and the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would certainly stay there again; the rates were maybe a little less than your typical hotel during peak season. You do get 1 parking spot - it's not assigned, you just find any spot and they give you a hanging tag to put in your window. I'm guessing the ratio of rooms-to-spots such is that they shouldn't run out of spots, but the lot was certainly pretty full when we got there and I managed to snag a spot.

Great location. We only stayed one night. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. No coffee maker in the room. The beds were very hard! Motel is located on the Main Street of the town so, you can walk everywhere. Wonderful small town to shop.

Close to the boardwalk and right on the Main Street. Walk to everything in rehoboth. The hotel is clean and quiet and everything in our room worked perfectly. Seems to be well maintained and the front desk people were efficient and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again. Great for families too.
