"Fabulous Hotel for a Getaway"
We were in town for a wedding and needed rooms for Thursday and Friday. We were pleasantly surprised with upgrades upon check-in. Both of our rooms were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Mansion.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Beauty close to campus"
I stayed for 2 days. i was in town for a conference at the AT&T center. The room was fabulous. the pillows were oh so soft! clean, well kept. I would recommend it for any business traveller or for personal use. I will definitely use them for personal use next time i am in town.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great small hotel"
Meeting with long time friend... Great staff!! Beautiful small hotel!!Genuine Expedia guest review
It was awesome. We were upgraded to the main mainsion. The service was great, the restaurant was average but the environment was wonderfulGenuine Expedia guest review
I was in town for several days for a convention down town, and booked late so couldnt be near the convention center. However, the Mansion was a very pleasant 45 minute walk from the convention center and I looked forward to it after spending the whole day inside. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was nice and clean, and the free Supershuttle […] from the airport was a really nice feature. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for the conference next year. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Judges Mansion"
This hotel is was wonderful. The staff was accomadating. The only draw back is that it is a couple miles from the downtown area where we needed to be and they didn't offer any transpertation service so we had to take a cab back and forth to the convention center and the night life activities.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great spot look forward to staying there next time I am in AustinGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"First Time Guest, Will Be Back"
Very impressed with The Mansion, I grew up in Austin and when I come back to visit it's always nice to stay somewhere close to downtown. The Mansion provides the convenience and comfort anyone should expect to have when visiting Austin for friend and family. I will certainly be booking rooms here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Mansion @ UT review"
Extremely satisfied. Very comfortable and close to campus activities.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Mansion at Judge's Hill was the perfect boutique hotel choice for us! We were only looking for somewhere to stay one night so we could go into Austin after having camped at Reimer's Ranch but before we went home to Houston. This hotel is awesome! We were offered 2 complimentary drinks in the hotels restaurant at check-in. The bed is super comfy! […] The room is really nice and huge! The mini bar was really well stocked with choices for purchase. The bathroom was stocked with towels, and I loved the verbena shampoo and conditioner. We were close to the Austin Metro (don't remember if that's what its called there), so that made it easy to just ride into town without having to park. We ended up walking back from 6th street so we got to see the area a bit. All in all, when we go back to Austin, this will be our hotel of choice! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Only stayed one night and didn't even see the restaurant or any of the amenities, although the restaurant looks like its probably really nice. Hotel almost has a bed and breakfast feel to it--very old and historic. Its within walking distance of the UT campus and in central Austin. It was only about $40 more than staying on the other side of I-35 from […] campus in a hotel that would undoubtedly would not have been as nice. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Walking distance to museum,shopping,UT games"
This place reminded me of the Waldorf Astoria in NY- just on a smaller scale. The on-site restuarant was excellent. The staff was friendly and most helpful. Will definitely come back!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not what it's cracked up to be"
The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Texas and sites downtown. However, the hotel itself was sub-par. Upon arriving at the hotel we had difficulty finding parking in the designated one-entrance/exit parking garage. We were not greeted with friendly service upon check in and were not clearly directed to our […] rooms which were located in a detached building. Once in our small room, we could CLEARLY hear the conversation and activities of our neighbors. The A/C did not keep up with the requested room temperature of 72 degrees. To top it off, when we returned from our Saturday afternoon outings, we were locked out of our room because the keys had not been properly programmed the night before. We will NOT return to this venue. How it received four stars is a mystery. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Bed very uncomfortable. Too stiff. But very beautiful scenery. Spacious rooms. Quiet neighborhood.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great place to stay"
Beautiful setting; close to campus; convenient parking. In room amenities were excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Parking facilities are not adequate especially considering there is an additional charge. AC was very loud and did not maintain a comfortable temperature in te room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet Oasis in the midst Austin"
Loved the Mansion on Judge's Hill. We would love to stay here again. Only complaint is the charge for parking- I know is may be standard in a lot of places, but I feel ike that is a service your hotel should provide for free- it makes a difference to me when deciding where to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for a weekend getaway!"
Our stay at the Mansion was great. We only ate breakfast there (1 room service and 1 in the restaurant)...both were great. The room was great and the bed and pillows were very, very comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It is the details that matter"
I always love staying at the Mansion. The rooms are clean, comfortable and suprisingly quiet for the edge of West Campus. The extra pillows, robes, beside glasses, fully stocked fridge/bar and now my favorite detail...the sanitized TV remote. Thanks for two great nights of sleep and rest.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is wonderful. They weren't very busy so they upgraded me to a suite. It was quiet and comfortable. This is a great location if you are visiting your children at UT.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very comfortable bed - especially liked the linens. Would definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Well worth the money!"
Enjoyed every minute of our stay! Such a beautiful hotel, room was perfect, love the courtyard and the service was excellent! Will make the Mansion our home away from home while in Austin! :)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice little place..."
Great staff and nice/clean rooms. We will definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I am thrilled hotels.com introduced me to this hotel. I will definitely stay here, again. Only tiny thing was that front desk staff was not always at desk. Didn't effec my stay, but would have if I locked my self put of my roomGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Luxury without the price tag, perfect spot."
We loved this hotel. Our room was roomy and luxuriously appointed. The mattresses comfortable and the bedding cozy and high quality. We had breakfast 2x and appetizers/drinks one night, each time the food was exceptional. Would highly recommend the Rosemary Texas French Toast. Parking a bit confusing at first but easy once we got the hang of it. Location […] was perfect for getting to any part of the city, walking distance to university and museums. The staff were the most memorable, so friendly and helpful. All their dining/live music venue suggestions were places the locals go, anything but tourist traps. The only complaint we had was the lack of an extra bar of soap for the shower. Will def stay again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Dog friendly hotel near downtown"
I found everyone to be relaxed and pleasant. The hotel has character and the rooms are spacious. The only negative is that they charge for hotel parking which was a little surprising as it was more of a hidden charge that wasn't made clear to me during check in. This was a minor thing but was more than compensated for by the friendly acceptance of my […] dog who (although there is a $50 charge for pets) enjoyed the stay as much as I did. Excellent stay - I arrive late and left early. The check in was quick and efficient and the taxi they arranged was waiting to take me to the airport on time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to everything, UT, State Capitol, & Museums"
Awesome place to stay and eat. The restaurant is is highly ranked for steak in the city of Austin! Staff were all exceedingly helpful and smiled. Every detail is covered, even offered cookies at check in! Will definitely be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The Worse Experience"
The have a elegant hotel but don´t have an elegant service, the front desk very small, always full, people with bad mud, hotel dont have pool, i stay with my wife, my 10 age son, my 15 age daughter, and my baby of 1 years old, just because they have strange "rules" they not allow me to stay in a double queen bed room because the 5th person (the 1 year […] old baby), so i was bound to pay for 2 rooms!!!! just for the baby, ugly people on service, very small hotel, no pool, no gym, no gardens, no security, and very rude staff. "Close & Comfortable"
A colleague and I had a business trip to attend in Austin and all the "close" hotels were very pricy. My assistant found this one and I must say, I was very impressed! It was just a short drive from our destination and only took a few minutes. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the customer service was excellent! This has been marked as our favorite […] place to stay! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fabulous experience, wonderful location!!"
Room and hotel was impeccable. Great service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel doesn't have an onsite health club, but they affiliate with a local so if you have time, you can work out. It's 10 mins from downtown and 3 from UT so there's lots of eateries, coffee shops etc. between meetings and to meet casually. The restaurant is pretty good. I only stay in the king suites building which is not actually the "mansion" […] but it's always clean and comfy. They'll go out of their way for you! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Surprised that when checking in we were told where to park. At checkout we were billed for the parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"great place if you have something to do in Austin"
The hotel is very nice. Rooms are great. Service is good. Wifi is terrible and although the place ia wonderful, they don't offer many amenities. So, if you want a nice place to stay, convenient to most of Austin this is a great choice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is lovely. I wish I had been there for a romantic getaway. The room service was very quick and the food wonderful!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We booked an upgraded room since it was our anniversary. The room was attached to the terrace of the event center. Of course, Sat. night there was a wedding. We were warned about the wedding at check in, they said it would not be a problem. Wrong!! Some one tried to open our sliding glass door! When I called the front desk, I was told: "I don't know […] when it will be over. "and there is nothing we can do I'm just man the front desk" Not the quiet get away I hoped for. "Lovely, close to UT"
This is a beautiful, historic boutique hotel that I look forward to staying in again and again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent Hotel but low privacy."
Only issues was the fact I could hear EVERYTHING the guests in the neighboring room did. There was not that much privacy and this made for some uncomfortable experiences.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was not a good value for your money, room was extremely small and cramped, parking lot was a gravel pit with no comfortable and safe walking paths. The hotel couldn't accommodate us with a reservation for breakfast the next morning because they were doing a "first of the month Sunday brunch", something they could have asked us about or at […] least informed us of when we checked in. We've stayed at many "pricey" hotels in other cities and this one had the price but not the amenities. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. "Great little sweet spot"
The Mansion was a wonderfully serene, well appointed and charming boutique hotel with an air of simplicity, despite the luxurious bedding and great bathroom decor. The restaurant was lovely - very good menu- and the bar was inviting. Highly recommend this hidden gem!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
