Loved it! Quality hotel, definitely would stay there again. The hotel has a beautiful pool. My room had a nice balcony, from where I enjoyed the mountain scenery. The quaint town center was about a half mile away, it had all the essentials, bank, pizzeria, bar, church etc...The hotel had a great breakfast buffet, which included protein (eggs etc...), fruit, cereal as well as pastries. I had no complaints. Only wished the wi fi was free for more than one hour per day.

The hotel ambience is lovely. The room was clean, beautiful, with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the Olbia Harbor. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional, best ever. The only complaints that we had were that there is no porter, nor easy access to get the luggage in, and you need a GPS to find the hotel. Even with one we regularly got lost coming both in and out of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was superb.

Great hotel. Incredibly relaxing and yucked away in the hillside. If you like exploring, you will need a car. If you like relaxing, the pool side bar... is tremendous (lots of fun cocktails and very reasonable.) The food was great too, and it's a (fairly brisk) 20 minute walk up the road to San Pantaleo where there a few more nice restaurants and a particualrly pleasant bar by the piazza. There were quite a few people there with young kids. They seemed well occupied during the middle of the day (leaving the poolside quiet and relaxing) and there was plenty for them to do the rest of the time to ensure it didn;t turn into a hotel full of screaming children. Bella struttura immersa nel verde, camere pulite e ben manutenute, bella la piscina e personale molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo se vi muovete autonomamente in auto per raggiungere le diverse spiagge vicine e lo utilizzate come punto di appoggio. Essendo in alto anche il clima è sempre più fresco e meno umido rispetto alla costa.

El entorno muy bonito y el hotel muy bien y limpio. El desayuno muy limitado. No hay wifi gratis y es muy limitada la zona. La atencion del personal a excepcion de 3 personas ( barbara en recepcion y los camareros de la piscina) y el director fue algo seca. Un entorno idilico para el descanso y la tranquilidad.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte während einer Italienrundreise mit dem Auto im Rocce Sarde einquartiert. Anlage und Eintrichtung entsprechen einem etwas veralteten Standard, Sauberkeit war ok - ausser, dass es im Bad dauerhaft seltsam nach Kläranlage roch, das kriegte man nicht weg. Als willkommene Gäste fühlten wir uns leider zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Man beachtete […] uns kaum, Bedienung bekam man erst auf Zuruf, Geschirr wurde nie abgeräumt, dem Tischwunsch (nicht in der prallen Sonne) wurden äusserst widerwillig und erst nach Intervention an der Reception entsprochen, obwohl der Speisesaal zu Dreivierteln leer war. Die Qualität der Snacks am Pool war unterdurchschnittlich. Beim Check-out wurden wir auch nicht verabschiedet. All das rechtfertigt letztlich den im internationalen Vergleich eher hohen Preis keineswegs. Wir würden nicht mehr im Rocce Sarde absteigen. Read more

Un hotel incantevole immerso nel verde della macchia mediterranea con una vista impagabile che spazia dal mare alle montagne. Molto confortevole, in posizione comoda per raggiungere sia le spiagge, sia l'entroterra. Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente, in modo particolare lo staff della reception merita un giudizio eccellente. Unser erster Urlaub auf Sardienien und waren mit der Lage und dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig und gut. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Eine Shuttelverbindung zum Hotelstrand war vorhanden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel befindet sich einer etwas abgelegenen Lage, dafür entschädigt aber die sagenhafte Aussicht vom Balkon. Aus den Bergen heraus erstreckt sich der Blick auf das glänzende Meer der Costa Smeralda. Der Strand, zu dem ein Hotel- Shuttel regelmäßig fährt, ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Fahrzeug sollte man aber schon dabei haben, […] um das Land entdecken zu können. Das Hotel eignet sich hierbei hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren z. B. zum Capo Testa als auch nach San Teodoro. Struttura semplice ma con servizio e qualita' assolutamente da 4 stelle. Molto apprezzata cortesia e gentilezza del personale, la cena tipica-sarda del giovedi sera, il grado di pulizia . La posizione a 3km da Marina di Portisco rende la struttura con ottimo compromesso tra prezzo-qualita'-posizione. Ci tornero' sicuramente in futuro.

prendre l'option vue mer et balcon!Douche trop petite avec des fuites aux robinets, pas d'ascenseur!!! Il manque 1 machine à café! L' hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles mais 3! Piscine trop petite! Mais pas trop cher pour la proximité de porto cervo! Location de voiture obligatoire car loin de tout!

Prachtig gelegen en goed onderhouden hotel met over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een goed ontbijt met voor elk wat wils en iedere avond een heerlijk culinair vier gangen diner aan tafel bediend! Waar vind je dit nog in 2010? Een schril contrast met deze rijkdom was helaas de sardinische avond, wij kozen ervoor om die avond […] buiten de deur te eten. Mooi zwembad met daarbij voor de prachtige zomeravonden een gezellige buitenbar. Verder een mooie tuin, voldoende parkeerplaatsen en twee? tennisbanen. Alles schoon en goed onderhouden, we hebben het in Italië vele keren anders gezien! Het was wel jammer dat de huishouding in Rocce Sarde wel erg karig was met het verstrekken van schone handdoeken. Een (huur)auto is erg handig, maar er rijdt ook zeer regelmatig een gratis pendelbusje naar een van de stranden in Portico. Read more
