One of the bad I've ever stay in, if not the worse one!!! Do yourself a favor and keep away from this hotel!

The hotel was very expensive , drinks were about $15 and a pop was $7, and not a 4 star. Hallway smelled, elevator broke, no service at night , location has very bad parking, and they were not very accommodating.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Two large pools were well kept. Hotel was well maintained but dated in some areas, but more than adequate for a brief stop off at the beach. The only unwelcome surprise was the private beach - hotel website and hotels.com both mentioned hotel has private beach, NEITHER […] MENTION IT COSTS A WHOPPING €35/DAY PER PERSON TO USE!! If you arrive by car parking can be a little difficult although there is adequate parking behind the hotel which is not made clear upon arrival. The Hotel is a little on the old side but well maintained with very helpful staff, breakfast is more than adequate for starting your day. There are two pools one is fresh water and for the exclusive use of […] the hotel patrons, the second larger pool is salt water and very big, also deep. As is the custom locals may purchase a space for the summer and and at weekends it can be crowded but there is a small area for hotel guests. Make friends with the lifeguards at the pools and the beach and you will get a space any day, all in all a good hotel. The only drawback I can offer, is the long walk back up the steep incline to the hotel after the escalator to beach level stops working after 7pm, however its a great way to work off a few calories after dinner. We would not stay here again. Our room wasn't ready for us when we arrive at check in time. When we checked in we asked for the nearest restaurant since we didn't eat for most of the day and they sent us up to their restaurant but it was closed due to a wedding. We then went down to the lobby again and ask again, they said try their small pool area. […] They stated they were closed. We went up to the front desk again and they stated everything in town is closed because it's three pm and "your now on italian time" (with attitude of course). Funny because we've been in Italy for 8 days already and had no problem finding a restaurant open at 3pm. Their restaurant was not available to eat in during our whole stay due to the amount of weddings held here. The food that was available was only sandwiches and pizza which tasted aweful, like ballpark food. When we arrived in our room my husband began to plug in his phone to charge, with appropriate attachments and he got shocked. The outlet was not grounded. The room was not wirth the cost of the hotel stay. The large pool and beach area was nice and clean. If you don't mind walking into town for all of your meals you will be very happy here. If you don't know a little bit of italian you don't want to stay here. Staff had a hard time speaking and understanding english. Read more

Das Punta San Martino befindet aich an einer herrlich ruhigen einzigartigen Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht, vor allem von den beiden Pools aus und vom Restaurant. Einige der Angebote waren in der Vorsaison noch nicht in Betrieb genommen ( 2. Pool, Fitnessroom, Strand mit Bar ).

L'hotel è da ristrutturare, è in una posizione invidiabile, le camere sono antiquate, la colazione non è niente di che, le piscine sono funzionali sebbene in quella superiore il posto riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel è in una posizione defilata. La funicolare ad ogni viaggio doveva attendere 5 minuti per ripartire. Di fronte all'albergo non c'è mai […] posto per l'auto, sebbene ci si un parcheggio nella parte superiore, dal quale si accede alla piscina. Greit badehotel, men bare deler av bassengstolene var til hotellets gjester. Det samme med den "private stranden". Her ble vi henvist til noen få stoler og måtte betale ganske mye for dem. Det var altså ikke det vi forbinder med privat strand for hotellet.

dopo il vostro preventivo,di 2 adulti e 1 bambino di 2 anni, al momento della nostra partenza la ragazza della reception ci ha chiesto un saldo di 15 euro dicendo che il bambino non era stato conteggiato... mi è sembrato strano perché sulla carta del check era specificato 2 adulti in camera doppia matrimoniale più 1 bimbo di 2 anni. grazie

In einem fremden Land sollte man nicht unbedingt davon ausgehen, dass man in seiner Landesprache angesprochen wird. Wir jedenfalls kamen prächtig mit Englisch und den paar angeeigneten Wörten (z.B. aus Reisführern) Italienisch zurecht. Das Personal war stets hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und mit dem wesentlichsten ausgestattet. Sie wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Da die Hauptsaison noch nicht eröffnet war, konnten wir uns nur einen der beiden Pools anschauen, der jedoch sauber und geflegt aussah. Der größere Pool auf der Sonnenterasse war noch geschlossen. Dalle immagini su internet mi aspettavo tutt'altra cosa.. La struttura è datata anche si vede che è stata rinnovata da poco. La stanza era comunque ampia e molto spaziosa ma le porte erano marce e il bagno vecchio. Alla sera poi il bagno si è riempito di formiche.. Ottima la vista ma collegamento al paese attraverso una strada buia e pericolosa.

Nell'insieme non ci sono stati problemi di nessun tipo, l'unico particolare che mi ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca è che la stanza assegnatami non aveva nessuna delle comodità presentate nel sito di hotels.com, infatti non c'era la docca ma la vasca, la camera era pulita e con una bella vista ma le piastrelle, sia in bagno sia nella stanza, erano sbeccate, […] la funivia per scendere alla spiaggia non era in funzione ( solo fino al 15.09), ma non viene detto nella recensione.
