Overall our stay was okay. The best part was the location. The bed was hard which made for a rough night if sleeping. The cleanliness of the hotel was decent. I probably will not stay there in the future.

We have stayed here several times. We arrived very late to find that our already paid for room that I requested was not available. For health reasons, I had requested ground floor with two queen size beds. My reservation had been disregarded and we had to stay in a room on the second floor with a single queen bed. The hotel does not have an ice machine […] and the suite had ice cube trays but not in the freezer. Last time we stayed here, I had to aske for towels, there weren't any in the room. The lobby is not what I expect it to be, you need to make it look appealing not only to your guests staying but as well as the guests visiting them. The hallway is a little dark and most times it smelled fishy. Room was non smoking but smelled like smoke,room was dirty,tub had soap and hair that we had to wash and scrub out before we used, dishes smelled like they were just rinsed out not washed,bed was very noisy with every move,definitely not what we expected. I was disappointed that there was no ice machine. In the freezer, there were two ice trays and you could see that the ice was old and some of the cubes were missing. I needed to use the restroom as soon as I got there and there was no toilet paper. My recent stay at the Extended Stay America in Chino Valley was great! The hotel has been newly refurbished with modern decor. The room we had also had a kitchenette which was helpful given that there are now shops within walking distance. Unfortunately, one of our party left a phone charger behind and was unable to be found when we returned two days […] later to inquire. The rooms are very sound proof from outside noise, but the noise from the room above seems to carry through. So ask for a top floor room! Read more

Purpose was business: Very convenient to highway, has not been updated but was told renovations were starting Dec 2011. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The quality of the contents (dishes, silverware) are what you would expect. Not high end, I only had one fork, bent beyond recognition and usability, and one coffee cup, four cup coffee maker, […] pot I wouldn't use and a microwave. Pretty good size refrigerator and enough cabinet space for your own items if you brought them. Beds are hard by hotel standards, but worked well for my back. Very clean, well-maintained, just dated. Showers are very narrow, if you are above 5'6" or greater than a size 2, you will have to shower sideways. They do provide showtime, which when you have no TV guide to what is on regular TV. If you do book on hotels.com (a discounted rate is what the front desk said), you can count on being placed on the freeway side of the building. There will be traffic noise, it will not matter what time of the night. It can be greatly reduced with the heating/air conditioning if you are a light sleeper. Rates are great and conveniently located. Will stay here for business again. Read more

PROS: -Clean -Quiet (no surrounding neighbors) -Comes with kitchenette -Fairly roomy -Has iron and ironing board -Friendly front desk -Close to the freeway CONS -Bed is rock hard! An army drill sergeant's dream -Blankets are thin, thin, thin. Try going to the front desk and asking for another. "Sorry sir, there aren't any more available". -Housekeeping […] only comes once a week. -So what if you need a clean towel? You bring down your used towel(s) to the front desk and exchange for a clean one. Really???? -Toilet flush super powerful and LOUD!!! -Everything is "value" oriented or cheapy like: * Toilet paper and kleenex are thin and abrasive * Shower curtain is thin and blows around with the running water of the shower, which inevitably brushes up against you while you're showering and is dang cold! * No dish soap to wash dishes * No blowdryer * $4 alarm clock from Walgreens hardly pulls in any radio stations * No room safe to store valuables In short, this isn't a bad place to stay. But it definitely isn't the most comfortable either. Next time, I'll spring a few more bucks for something a little more comfortable. Read more

This was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. We arrived to check-in at 8:30pm & were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. The sheets & blankets were in piles on the beds & it was obvious no cleaning had been done in a long time. After about 15 minutes we were given another room that had quickly been "made-up" by the front desk staff. […] The room & hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke even though they said ours was a non-smoking room. We were told the hotel was full so it was our only option. The beds were made but that was all. Overall the room was disgusting. There was dust, dirt, & greasy fingerprints everywhere & the carpet was very stained. The bathroom fan was dripping with dust. I don't think it had ever been cleaned . Even the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Since we had a very busy schedule & had already traveled 5 hours, we opted to stay the 2 nights we had paid for in advance, otherwise we would have moved on. I will say the hotel was quiet & the location was convenient for our event, but I would never stay there again. I would only recommend it if you are a smoker, want something fairly cheap & don't mind a very dirty room. Read more

Great place for the money. We don't mind not having a swimming pool, maid service, or breakfast available so it was perfect for us. Rooms were good sized, slight smell at first but running the kitchen exhaust fan took care of that. Air conditioner worked wonderful as we happened to be there during a heat wave. Enjoyed my stay, my wife liked the fact that the rooms have small kitchen area in the room so we could cook and not spend too much on restaurants, that really made our trip more affordable. Also located around other major department stores. I really recommend Extended Stay America hotels.
