It is a very nice Hotel and good location but I have many problems with WIFI connectionGenuine Expedia guest review
Hotel is right in front of the famous recoleta cemetery. Locations is one of the safest areas in Buenos Aires. However the rooms needs to be updated. Hotel service was really nice. And a tip for those who wants to go straight to the airport, they have a taxi service (remise) that you can trust at a reasonable price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good, very good location for my needs, breakfast ok. Need improvement on Wifi offering or even in the business center. Rooms are clean. I have stayed in this hotel many times and have no complains.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel is very good, The only complain is that they dont offer free wi fi, a must in todays world. They charge for it , and they offer a bussiness center with two old computers, always busy with kids playing games.I wont go back until wi fi is offer free.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Hotel, Good Rates"
The Reservations Staff was Increible. They helped us set up great tours and recomended things to see and do. Hotel is well situated near metro stops and shopping venues. The restaurant was solid and breakfast was great. All in all a very enjoyable stay made better by the Reservation Staff.

A localização é excelente.
Faltou boa vontade e cordialidade. "Valeu a diária"

"Perfectly decent modern hotel in Santiago"
11/07/14 JazzyAlex Northumblerland
A good hotel if, like my group, you have just arrived from Europe and are tired from the long flights. Spacious bedrooms, hot water at all times and the tap water is safe to brush your teeth with. Breakfast room and cafe area is rather cramped. Self service at breakfast. Located not far from the river and parks close to it. The main city centre is far enough away that you would need to take the metro or a taxi.

I want to congratulate this hotel as they offer a very innovative solution to communicate with them through a mobile app called myhotel. I received an email when I arrived with my log in user and password and everything was perfect!! I had the possibility to check the surroundings and I discover the amazing terrace that is located in the last floor of the hotel!!! I also realized that you can request any service that the hotel provides through the mobile app. Congratulations!!!

Fine hotel, located in the commercial center of Santiago called Providencia, close to the biggest shopping center Costanera Center (recommend to check it out – either to shop or if you want to eat something, they have a huge food corner in there). There are lots of banks with ATMs nearby in case you need to withdraw some cash. The rooms are of mid-size, with standard equipment like flat TV and air-conditioning system. No iron or kettle to cook your own tea or coffee. There’s a minibar, but at least in our room it was locked (probably the key must be collected from the reception?). Our room was facing the street, so it was a bit noisy at times, but not too bad. Comfortable bed. There’s a safety deposit box in the room, but the lock needs to be collected from the reception (it’s an old style box with a key). WiFi works throughout the hotel and is free-of-charge, but slow at times. You just need to provide the email address and room number upon connecting. They have a small health club with just one treadmill and a bicycle. Jacuzzi can be rented on half-hourly basis for a small charge. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria downstairs, which is also open to the public. It’s a buffet-type breakfast consisting of a basis set (bread, cheese, ham, cornflakes, fruits, cakes) and some warm foods like sausages and eggs. The space reserved for the buffet is much too small, if you ask me, the customers tend to bump to each other. The staff in the reception speak good English.

Cathy on reception was very helpful in helping me book an internal flight. Rooms were basic in the old section of the hotel. When I return was given one of the new rooms which were much better. Good location for walking and exploring the city of Satiago.

We arrived tired and in need of a shower after a long flight from Australia. On arrival we were greeted by Alex who is the front of house manager and spoke excellent English (difficult to find in Chile) He advised that our agent had made a mistake with our booking (3 beds needed) but that he would upgrade us to an Apartment at no charge! The apartment was opposite the hotel and offered a small kitchenette a full bathroom and a small additional bathroom. Location was great to explore Santiago. Recommend the wine tour at Concha y Toro for some great tasting and a tour of the beautiful property. Also recommend arranging a private van to look around rather than an arranged tour. Alex booked Jorge for us for the day for 200USD. The organised tours are 40-80USD anyway and at least you get to stop if and when you want! Jorge was fabulous and his English and knowledge of Chile was superb. Thanks Alex!!!!
"GREAT FOR EXPLORING SANTIAGO"
02/15/14 Sarah F Rio de Janeiro, RJ
We stayed at Eurotel for 5 days on a RTW holiday. The hotel was great - convenient and very close to Metro stops for exploring Santiago. The reception area was great, with an excellent concierge Tito and room was fine. The downside is the cafe breakfast - the Hotel should look at what the competition can do, and improve what they provide. Currently it has a limited range, and is rather uninspired.
"A small hotel big on service and friendliness"
08/05/13 MarkLaurence Brisbane, Australia
I stayed for one night at this hotel in Santiago while in transit between Rio and Australia. I was part of a group booking of 22 people. Eurotel Providencia was our favourite hotel throughout our trip visiting three countries. The rooms are well appointed and large. The hotel lounge area is spacious and welcoming. The little restaurant is just great with an excellent evening meal and good breakfast. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. Theyv went out of their way to help us in everyway especially the restaurant manager who was fantastic. The hotel is in a good location - the financial and embassy district of Santiago. There are a range of cafes, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Shopping is not far away. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a little santcuary in a very busy city and a good base for exploring all that Santiago has to offer.
"First rate stay before the Santiago marathon"
06/06/13 Kenoradave Keewatin, Canada
We spent three nights in Santiago during the Santiago marathon. We were booked into the apartments which are in separate building from the actual hotel but when we arrived the manager (speaking English) said he would prefer us to be in the hotel and he would upgrade our accommodation (something about having the clean the carpets in the apartments?). We said sure and ended up with two rooms for the price of one. Big, clean, beautiful view, great TV and wifi, excellent bathroom and king size great bed. Breakfast (included) served in the restaurant was great. Good coffee, which turned out to be a rarity in Chile. Excellent terrace on the roof looking over the city and sometimes the Andes. Neighbourhood was quiet and actually quite beautiful. Wide, treelined streets with lots of outdoor patios. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks.

We arrived after a long flight and were able to get into our room at midday which was great. The hotel is fairly modern and our room was comfortable. There are restaurants nearby and also the underground is located within walking distance. The breakfast was good.
"Ok for a short stay"
04/14/13 Yvonnenetball Hitchin, United Kingdom
I spent two nights in this somewhat tired hotel at the end of March. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the bathroom could have done with a complete makeover. The sink fell from its marble surround the first time it was used & wasn't fixed until the following day. The staff were offhand & barely civil. Would look to stay somewhere else on a return visit to Santiago.
