    This property was clean. The owner was very friendly. All other customers were nice as well. There was a disrepair in the kitchen, but the size was fine... and I was able to function quite well.     Owner extremely nice & helpful. The beds were horrible. I can understand why the mattressses were covered in plastic (bed bug protection?), but it made a lot of noise whenever we turned over at night. There appeared to be some mold in the bathroom & something black in the air conditioner. I'm glad it was cool enough we didn't need to use it.The room […] was very spacious & it would have been a great place to stay if it wasn't for the beds & ? mold. Very quiet neighborhood also.     friendly owner. most guests are Franco canadiens.rooms are not to clean to much mildew in bathrooms.not as advertised in the fort lauderdale tourist information booklet.
