The first room we got was very small, even though I am HYATT Gold member. No privileges.The second room was dirty, in the bathroom the tiles were falling off, the carpet was dirty, mildew in the silicon joints. Very disgusting. This hotel is not up to international HYATT standards.

Hello, our stay was Excellent!!! Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours early and the front desk personnel worked hard to get us into our room 3 hours early. They also arranged late check out for us. We tried two of the restaurants located in the hotel (I think they have 5). The biggest problem was the smell of cigarettes permeating the entire hotel. When I enquired I was told it was "because of the casino" Also, the decor is quite outdated. The biggest plus was the spaciousness of the room. The pool was nice, but the roar of the air conditioning equipment made it impossible to relax.

The hotel has a very convenient lounge where they serve continental breakfast as well as coffee and wine during day time. In the evening between 18:00-20:00 there are snack, beer and alcohol served. My wife and I were in Philippines for a month working on her spouse visa and we stayed at 6 hotels. The Hyatt was not bad, but nothing exceptional. We had stayed at Pan Pacific around the corner and found it to be superior. The have wifi but only on the lower floors! Breakfast was average, but not bad and ample. The check-in clerk was ready to charge us and promoted their executive lounge until i had to find my printed reservation that showed breakfast was included. The TV was not flat panel. Very nice , comfortable luxury style hotel. Had a very nice room - however compared to other hotels in the area there was lots of hidden extra charges such as internet . 850 pesos per day for internet compared to free internet at other hotels in the area. For this reason alone I probably would not stay here again .

Very comfortable and clean room and public amenities. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Sadly no business centre, with front desk staff providing printing services instead. Good shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I'd definitely stay there again.

You have to know that this hotel is based in Manila the old part of Metro Manila. It's not based in the business district or modern part of town. The streets around the hotel are dingy. My wife and i stayed here for 3 nights after we were married. I chose this hotel because it is so nice and the location is excellent. It is a 5 star hotel so it does cost a bit, but you get what you pay for. The hotel and staff are 5 star. If i can afford it, i will stay here again

The worst hotel experience ever! Hyatt was suppose to be a 5-star hotel, but we didnt get the 5star treatment. The hotel was not of 5star quality! We booked for a non smoking room but our room stink of cigaret. The ventilation was bad. We complained to the staff but all they did was sprayed air refresher. The towels were not clean-there were stains […] on them! We told the staff to replace them. But when they turned up at our door, they had bucket of ice instead of cleaned towels. The staffs were clueless. It took them half an hour to come up with our requests. Also, hotel is located in the seedy and run down area. So we saw a few seedy characters in the lobby. Yuck! One big set back was that we can buy Philippine pesos with US dollar, but cannot convert back after the winnings. Where do you expect us to change the winnings? Videre var rommene pene, badet var det behagelig størrelse på, veldig rent, og pluss for noe så sjeldent som gode senger. Loungen på hotellet bør også besøkes, og da er deres gode drinker som bør stå på programmet. Min reisekompanjong […] og undertegnende hadde totalt 9 netter på hotellet, og vi enes om at topp karakter er det eneste riktige i dette tilfellet. I was on a conference held on the hotel and after I stayed 2 days for vacation. The Hotel is in a good location, close to Robinson Mall and also some nightclubs. 흡연실이었는데도 불구하고 담배 냄세가 많이 나지 않았어서 좋았습니다. 완전히 안난건 아니지만 넌스모킹입장에서 봐도 그렇게 심하지는 않았습니다. 방도 갈끔하고 욕조도 잘되있었고 수영장이 보이는 방에 있었는데 뷰도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 수영장도 이용 했었는데 물도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 돈이 아깝지 않은 방이였어요. 한번쯤 가보셔도 좋을듯 하네요 일단 무엇보다도 마닐라에서 여기는 안전하구나 하는 생각이 들어서 좋았어요.

マニラらしくアメニティの補充がいい加減で毎日フロントへ足らないものを電話。 コーヒー、ポットの位置がわかりにくいので最初からドアをすこしあけておいてほしかった。一番よかったのは近所のコメディバーへ行くのに場所を教えてもらったがタクシーにぼったくられ、場所がわからずに帰ってきたら、今度はタクシーを自分で捕まえてきてくれて、運転手にその場所を行ってくれました。他の人たちはそこまでしてくれませんでした。顔は覚えていますが、名前まで見なかったのが残念。なんとなくオバマさんに似ている方です。いやな気分が一瞬で吹き飛びました。　場所が悪く回りにホームレスがたくさんいますが、またとまりたいと思います。セブンイレブンもとなりで便利です。

最近は、ハイヤットホテルばかり利用してます。食事するにも、飲みにいくにも便利だし、夜間ダイヤモンドホテル近くは、ひと気が少ないし、一人で利用するのはハイヤットのほうが良いかなと思う。車は大きいけどホテルタクシーは高い。

フロント、レストランでの接客申し分なし、部屋も広く清潔感ありｇｏｏｄ、部屋の割にテレビがスモールサイズと感じた。ハンドタオルがなかったのは？？？。バスタブは一人用サイズなので二人でははいれそうになかった。カジノへのアクセスは楽、カジノは小さめだがビギナーには十分楽しめる。カジノ内ポン引きが増えつつあるのは残念。
