"Holiday Inn Express West Evansville, IN"Reviewed by Deborah M of "west KY" on Apr 17, 2012
Rooms were nice, staff was nice, close to zoo, shopping, and good restaurants. On the down side: the indoor pool area had far too few chairs, we sat on floor. There were no towels both times we went down. The breakfast is the worst I have ever encountered and I mean it was bad. Weak coffee, rock hard biscuits, overripe bananas and no other fruit, little attention to health conscious diets, waffle machine was broke and that killed the morn for grandbabies...
"Fairbridge Inn Express at Windsor Oaks"Reviewed by Len H of "Lees Summit, Mo" on Feb 18, 2012
We needed a hotel halfway between Louisville and St. Louis. Grayville is just across the Illinois state line. It is pretty much open country here. This is a nice, older hotel still in good shape. Very interesting "gray" pictures framed in hallway. Good heating system but a little noisy. Quiet otherwise. Comfortable bed. Very friendly personnel. Good restaurant (try catfish) in hotel and Subway just across parking lot. Continental breakfast (including make your own waffles). Low Occupancy in February. A little over-priced but we liked it and would stay there again.

"New Harmony Inn in Indiana-a peaceful treat"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 28, 2011
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway in the heart of Indiana, this is the ticket. The New Harmony Inn has clean, comfortable rooms in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The Red Geranium restaurant is a dining delight and the people of New Harmony are as warm and friendly as you will find anywhere. I cannot wait to go back in the Spring when their rose garden is in bloom.

"Dirty, Horrible hotel!"
We checked in to a two room suite. In the spare room we found dirty clothes in the drawers, the floor in either room was not vacuumed and the toilet and tub were horribly dirty! YUK! The lady who served breakfast had a chip on her shoulder and refused to serve me orange juice at 955a.m. when the breakfast closed at 10a.m. When I checked out I was not […] told THANK YOU or Have a nice day. Do not stay at this hotel! Oh, there were bugs in the indoor pool! Read more

"We had Fun"
My family and I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast that was provided, the beds were convertible (i haven't had that good of sleep in a long time), and the staff was great any time that we had a question about something they were more than happy to help....however when we went to the fitness center we found that it was small and none of the equipment […] worked. "Good hotel"
- Found the same one inside Evansville where we should have stayed because it was closer.
"Good place"
This was a very clean and friendly motel. And it is close to Stoll's Amish buffet restaurant - a real gem! The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. The complimentary breakfast was much better than the hotel price would suggest - a real "deluxe" continental. If you are in the area, this place should be considered.
"Quality Inn North...Evansville"
Had a little trouble connecting to Wi-Fi and would have liked a luggage stand but otherwise found the staff attentive and helpful. Nice breakfast area: good choice of pastries, breads, waffles, bacon...out of eggs :(, and beverages...and very clean. Easy check-in with helpful clerk who was able to provide us with adjoining rooms. Thanks E-ville.
