Stayed one night before a car meet. Room was clean, had queen bed, small fridge, stove, microwave and an iron. We did not find any issues with pests, noise or anything of the like. I don't think I'll be staying here again. The room smelled horrible. Fixtures were falling off the walls. The only good thing I can say was the night guard was super nice. He escorted us to our room and made sure we were okay.

the hotel is good for the money. it had a kitchenette in it but there was no pots and pans. no untensils at all. which made me choose the hotel because of the kitchenette. you are by resturants and stores. which is good because i had to go and by pans to cook on. brought food before i checked in because it said that it had a kitchenette. they had an […] iron board with no iron. went to the front desk and asked them did they have pots and pans they said no. why have a kitchenette if you dont have the stuff for it. then it was very noisey up strairs. we stayed on the ground floor and all you heard was noise and more noise stomping and jumping all night and day. did not get any good rest because of the noise and loud talking around the room. overall the room was clean the bed was good to sleep in but everything sucked. If it was not for the fact that I had already paid for the stay and could not change I would not have stayed here. It was ok but definately will not choose this one again. Be sure to carry your own strong air-freshener, pillow and pots & pans/dishes/silver. They do have security officer on property.

Checked in at 9:00 p.m. went smoothly. We had a small kitchenette. Need to bring a pan to cook. None provided. For the price this was a fine place. This place is more of a place where guests live. We booked 2 rooms and they were on TWO different floors, on opposite sides of the property. The rooms smelled, although we asked for non-smoking rooms. Parking was very inconvenient. Will not stay again or recommend.

The place had problems with the door locks to the point they had to call someone to let us in our room from the security company. Another issue was the office closed at 2 pm. Really 2 in the afternoon that is just plain silly. The kitchen had no plates, silverware, or pots to cook with. The fridge is a mini fridge. Dont lift the sheets that mattress […] is disgusting. We were told we had a non smoking room and it wasnt. The sheets had burns in them and the room had a smoke smell. I will say it seemed really safe. They have a towing company come through so make sure to put your parking tag in your window or wake up with no car. Though you could hear the people tv next door. Oh and the beeping from the fire alarm was annoying and they wouldnt come fix it. Definately cheap place to stay and you get what you paid for. Bring air freshener and your own pillows. Read more

When we arrived at 9:30 pm the office was closed. Had to call the manager on duty phone number and wait a half hour for them to arrive. The room was fithy and the shower didn't work properly. The motel was WAY out of the way in a BAD part of town. This motel mostly houses weekly guests. Thank goodness we only paid for one night.

Linen on bed stain, next morning received clean linen. But that linen was soiled also, had to exchange linen three (3) times, before getting clean linen. I am a new entrant to the Hotels.com family. Had a tremendous experience in booking hotels in Ireland recently. I am surprised & quite disappointed that this hotel is included in your list. Reasons are; 1) A different (& much better) photograph of the Hotel is shown on your web which leads me to suspect that Hotels.com postings may not always be accurate 2) […] TV in the room did not work 3) Towels were positively dirty and worn out. 3) No soap/shampoo provided 4) Shower had only hot water. 5) Bathroom sink had only cold water. 6) Bathroom flush did not work 7) First gush of water from the kitchen sink was dark brown in color. I did not have any further courage to use water from this source. 8) Not a piece of cutlery available in the kitchenette. 9) No hangers provided in the closet. 10) I suspect that the place may not be safe (requiring a night watch) I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT HOTELS.COM SHOULD SEND ITS OWN REP TO THIS HOTEL PHYSICALLY CHECKED. Well you get what you pay for. When I first was searching for a hotel, this one caught my eye because in the pictures it actually looked nice and had a mini kitchen.
