Very strong smell in the room - probably carpet freshener to overpower other smells. Had to air it out before closing the door. Older hotel, but fairly clean.

The staff was not overly helpful or engaging. The continental breakfast had 2 muffins and some cheese danishes, waffles you had to place into the microwave, and a juice machine that did not work. That is not a continental breakfast to me.

The room was nice. Although the toilet and shower room was really small. The outside lights on the balconies were removed, making walking after dark a challange. Hotel is very beat up. The walls and ceiling were not in good shape, and the carpet was very badly stained. The check in person was very friendly, and they gave us extra towels when we asked. We only stayed for one short night, which was fine for that, but would not stay there again.

I was in the city for 24 hours for business meeting. The check-in was simple and efficient. Although the establishment looks older, the room itself was warm and clean. They do not provide certain amenities such as a hair dryer or iron, but have a "room service" menu. Because of the cold and fear of driving in a millimeter of snow, I had food delivered […] to my room. The king size bed is nothing to praise or complain about. I slept. The best feature is that their WI-fi connection is strong and fast. I didn't have any problems video conferencing with my office. Close to the airport! . Old hotel, no recent remodeling, not comfortable. Maybe only good to sleep for a couple hours and head to the airport. Very basic food items in breakfast menu. I prefer to pay more for better comfort.

Cleanliness was questionable, pillows were dirty, there was a dead bug on the ground, the TV made an awful buzzing noise and the color was off, the bathroom showed severe signs of water damage. Fine for a few hours rest before an early flight but not recommended for long stays.

The location is wonderful and so is the shuttle service to the airport. We also liked being able to leave our vehicle for a low price. BUT... the condition of the room was hideous. The hotel offered a free shuttle. When I called for the shuttle, the man who answered was rude, but I did get the shuttle eventually. There was a fence I had to walk around to get to my room. The fence was supposedly around some construction, but I had to walk through it to get to my 3rd floor room. The room had a strange odor. The thermostat on the […] wall says it is for the heat, but I finally figured out that the heat was actually for a wall unit. The water was lukewarm. There were humming lights outside the room. And the "free WiFi"? Yeah, good luck with that. When I was finally able to connect, the signal was so weak that it took me 10 tries to just check in for my flight the next day. Not at all happy with my stay here. Box springs on the beds were stained, wi-fi was incredible slow and amounted to being essentially useless, and the upkeep of the entire room was bad. It is cheap, but that is the only upside to my stay there.

I read some not so wonderful reviews of this hotel and I can tell yoiu that I do not agree with them. The desk clerk at check in was very nice and efficient. The room was newly renovated with new carpeting and mattresses. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast room was clean and offered reasonable choices. The exterior of the hotel was undergoing renovation […] which says to me that they care. Overall a fine place to stay. My one complaint would be the television channel choices and reception.
