Small room, yet well thought out use of space that included a queen size bed, desk, TV and everything that you would expect in a standard hotel room. Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping and desk staff were most accommodating. Free breakfast from 5:30 am - 10:30 am, off the lobby. Would stay here again.

I stayed 2 nights found room to be clean. Was only disappointed by breakfast area was very small with a limited selection. No selections if you are a diabetic. Waffles, pastry and cold cereal. Other then that was priced right for business stay

It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Thin walls and linoleum. The management of the hotel never responded (I gave them a full month to do so) to concerns I had about how they conduct business. I visit Holland at least 4 times a year and have family there. Overall for the $ OK. Freezer was full of frost, no room for what I had considering we spent 4 days there. The bed was super noisy. The carpet was stained and worn. Other than that everything else was good.

We found the room to be quite large and comfortable. The wall of mirrors was a bit odd along with a second TV next to the first TV. Nice rom actualy a suite with fridg and microwave sitting area with couch. Had to get ice from a different floor no big deal. Lydia at the desk was very helpful. Beds are firm hotel was quiet on a Fri night.

When we went to our room, the room had defintey not been cleaned. There was a toothpick on the floor and long black hairs in my bed. To say it was disgusting was an understatement. The staff did get a different room for us quckly.

Stayed 3 nights in November. Hotel is in good location and relatively well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and in working order. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the rates, 1/2 of other hotels in town. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bed/ bathroom conditions. The TV could have been better with a flat screen and more cable channels. The breakfast was mostly continental, but adequate for the price.

I was a bit surprised that people were smoking in the 3rd floor hallway. I didn't think non-smoking rooms should be located where people were smoking. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. Otherwise the hotel was clean, quiet, inexpensive, and comfortable.

This hotel has the essentials. While the lobby leaves a lot to be desired, our room was clean and nice. White bedding (not dark to hide stains), good water pressure, everything clean, quiet. I'm picky about cleanliness and I give this place a thumbs-up.

The hotel is the closest hotel to downtown, that you can currently book on hotels.com, but it is still a 40 minutes walk to downtown. There is a bus stop on the street, but I didn't see any buses running on the weekend, if you are planning to leave the car at the hotel you will want to plan in advance. Considering I have stayed at Micotels frequently this one is the most inconsiderate of all. I have never checked out early before but considering the front desk person told us to call manager and then said she talked to him and would not let hotels.com speak to him how sad. My early departure was due to a very serious medical problem and according to […] clerk WHO BY THE WAY, gave number of hotels.com. was not totally cooperative with us or hotels.com. When you say to call at a certain time to speak with manager and then say he's not here I spoke to him again, how sad. Would never consider this Microtel again. Keep in mind our vacation was cut short due to medical issue and we just had to deal with it. Considering the managment had no compassion to the situation my thoughts will be never again. The price for the room reflects the overall rate. You get what you pay for, but this does not justify the fact that even after requesting the reception of the hotel to do something about the rubish in the room the quest before us left there, nothing was done about it during our stay of 3 days.
