When we pulled up to the property it made you feel like royalty. The first unit that we had was not clean at all. The problem was corrected by the property manager. She was very sweet and helpful. The second unit was clean. Beds were not comfortable. There is no onsight maid which makes it very inconvienced if you need assistance.

My Famiy and I came in on July 1st thur July 5th. We stay at Venetian Bay resort. First of all let me start by saying that the linen wasnt clean, Bed Had springs sticking out,the blinds was broken drity wash cloths on the floor in the kids room. This place was horrible. I then asked to be moved, they didnt want to move me . After a few calls were made […] we were moved to herritage keys villas in orlando fl . Let me start by saying that this place the onwer hadnt paid H.O.A Fees we wasnt allow in the pools ,couldnt use any of the other amenities that this place offered never going to book with this place again. This condo was ok, we had to go about an hour away to get the key, however. We were also to have someone check in on us to give us another key, see if we needed anything, etc. and no one ever showed up. Double beds are small and hide a bed was thin mattress. Pool was good. Had to strip the beds on the last day- who does that? Towels were not changed […] all week. I wouldn't go back there again. Read more
