This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

This is a vacation condo used as a hotel in off season. No service, far from town and sprawn all over, you have to walk 10 mn from your room to the reception desk which is closed until 8am. I do not recommend if you look for a conventional hotel

This is not a "hotel". It's more like apartments for rent. But the apartments are bought at Ikea. I'm an American tourist, which means I may not be familiar or objective about what to expect from a residence facility. Ie that's a disclaimer bc I want to be fair. That said, the beds are uncomfortable and slightly awkward. The layout of the rooms are […] odd (everything is super narrow) and the condition of the overall facilities is avg at best. Its also family oriented so dont expect quiet time at the pool. The positives are that the view is spectacular from the infinity pool. It's a 10 minute walk to a nice public beach that also has a solid restaurant and they have shuttle service during the day into town. All in all it's bearable and possible to find silver linings but if you can afford/find something better, I suggest you do if you are single/couple looking for comfort. Read more

Saimme tietoa kaikesta, mistä vain kysyimme ja esimerkiksi sairastapaukseen saimme hienosti kattavat tiedot ja mahdollisuudet. Hotelli oli kohtuullisen korkealla rinteessä, lähimmälle bussille ei joudu laskeutumaan kovin pitkää matkaa, […] mutta isommalle tielle (bd. leaderin ja av. du docteur raymond picaudin kulmalle), jossa menee hyvin busseja, joutuu laskeutumaan pitkähkön matkan. Hotellilla oli päiväsaikaan nonstop kuljetus keskustaan, joka ei kulje yhtenä arkipäivänä eikä sunnuntaisin. Sopii sijainnista johtuen hyvin aktiiviselle perheelle ja liikkuville ihmisille. Hotellilla oli tenniskenttä, pieni monitoimikenttä sekä leikkipaikka. Altaat olivat kylmät näin vapun alla. Kävijän piti siivota itse keittiö (astianpesuaineet/vast ostettava itse), mutta sehän on pientä. Hotellilla oli suht kallis minimarket, josta kuitenkin sai mukavasti perustarpeet. I was surprised to find that my studio did not have a bed.... It had a set of bunk beds, then two pull out sofa beds... The studio was basic, clean and actually the sofa beds were very comfortable... however this is 100% a holiday village it is not an hotel... For instance, the bar for coffee was only open at breakfast, 12-2 and 6-9pm.... The staff […] were great though, there was quite a lot of consturction going on in a private apartment (you can buy rooms here) and they moved me. The swimming pool is simply great, infinity pool with an elevated view of the bay... If you are looking for a family holiday, book it, if you are working, avoid it! Read more

Shuttle-palvelu oli aivan loistava juttu koska hotelli oli sen verran kaukana keskustasta. Vesi uima-altaissa, myös lasten altaassa oli aivan jäätävää vaikka voisi sanoa että olimme hotellissa kesäaikaan, lämpötila joka päivä n.+26astetta. Vi blev lovet air con. men det var der ikke. Værelserne var små og ikke efter billederne. Selve området var dejligt.

Detta är en stor anläggning med massor av byggnader. Flera rum är i souterrain med mörka, trånga lägenheter utan utsikt. Dessa är knappt prisvärda. Vi lyckades byta som tur var. Annars hade vi blivit besvikna. Rekommenderar att ni anger att ni inte vill ha dessa lågt liggande lägenheter vid beställningen. Hotellet är ett familjehotell med mycket barn […] o en stor swimmingpool. Ligger en bit från stan men hotellets egen buss-service fungerar bra. Närmaste stadsbuss ligger kanske 600-700 m bort i en nedförsbacke. Read more

Positivt: flott utsikt, restaurant på området, god og ok pris på mat, sentralt hvis man har bil, ny/pen innredning i leilighet og med mye skapplass. Moderne hotell. Negativt: avhengig av bil, kun en port ut av hotellet. Lange veier å gå innad på området, masse trapper, svært vanskelig med barnevogn (måtte gå via parkeringshus for å komme til resepsjon/ […] restaurant). Ba om barnestol flere ganger men etter fire dagers opphold ennå ikke fått den. Betaling for å stå i hotellets parkeringshus. Forferdelig liten leilighet. Svømmebasseng som var mye mindre enn på bildet og helt overfylt av folk, vanskelig med små barn. Read more

You know what to get, the rooms are OK, the pool excellent, the so called service VERY slow, reception closed after 9 PM, and the food is ... well ... not up to french standards.

Ved ankomst fikk vi et svært trangt rom som luktet vondt og ikke hadde blitt ordentlig rengjort, og som manglet lys på badet. Ved klage fikk jeg beskjed om at det var dette rommet som var bestilt, og at det var forskjellige kategorier av renhold på hotellet. Jeg sa det var helt uakseptabelt, og fikk et større rom som var rengjort (mot tilleggskostnad!). […] Vi bestlite frokost på hotellet som var svært enkel og hvor etterfyllingen av mat var svært mangelfull. Betjeningen av restauranten var ikke kvalifisert. Samlet sett var hotellets service elendig i forhold til prisnivå. På den positive siden var det et fint basseng som ungene likte godt. Read more

Rommene skulle rengjøres en gang/uke, på våre 9 dager ved hotellet ble ikke dette utført. Rene håndklær og sengetøy skulle skiftes en gang/uke, dette ble ikke utført. En av de første dagene på hotellet fikk vi behov for umiddelbar hjelp/service fra hotellansatte, dette ble ikke tilbudt.
