My third visit-I plan the fourth in March. This is the place for someone who wants to escape stress. The staff is great, the beach is steps away, beautiful, and empty of tourists. Food is very good, and at reasonable prices. This is an intimate setting far away from the pulse of large hotels.

This Hotel suited my needs as I need a room with kitchen facilities.. Even thought the kitchenette was small and poorly equipped I got on fine with disposable plates, the basic things like the microwave and small fridge worked well.. The rest of the room also leave LOTS of space for improvement... the furniture in my room was fairly new but the bed […] and couch was just horrible and very old. The hotel have a good free internet connection but the WiFi signal doesn't have good coverage in all the rooms... I was forced to sit on the balcony to get my work done and suffered numerous mosquito battles in the process.. The room gets cleaned every alternative day but the cleaning is done properly. don't even consider the breakfast as a benefit unless you like stone age bagels,The hotel is on the beach but the beach it not very nice compared with other Caribbean locations I've seen.. Since this hotel is so far away from the main attractions on New Providence island and the quality of the room is not the best, I would definitively rate it as way overpriced. be careful to review the charges as many hotels charge additional fees like in this case a $19.95 resort fee which is not reflected in the daily price you see on an internet search. This is a very good set up and location. The environment is peaceful and friendly and the room was neat only the AC was not cool enough i guess due to the air escaping through the spaces in the door. The nearest shopping mart is a few miles away. Otherwise, it’s very nice and I would recommend it.

If you're looking for a real "local" experience, this is the place to go. Private beach with no one there. It is a ways from the main town of Nassau, so you either need a car, or you will spend a lot on taxis. There are 2 small restaurants there. I loved this place! A very low key spot with 8 rooms and a private, swimable, beach and 2 fine places to eat and drink. The staff is both friendly and unobtrusive. The rooms are not fancy but perfectly comfortable. It was relaxing, easy, and out of the din of the tourist traps on the north side of the island. I'll go back.

The Wireless Internet is available but wouldnt work but for a minute at a time and Not in the room only outside on the balcony, Dont waste your money! This hotel is located too far away from the downtown of Nassau if you wish to do any activities in town. It will cost you $80 round trip just for the taxi. The price of the rooms is too much for the quality - broken closet doors, rust around the tub in the bathroom. The rating already listed is about right, 2.5 stars.......I guess for the price for the Bahamas it's OK.....Would I recommend it....not likely.......I had to pay for my food and beverage at the end of EVERYDAY of my stay, I'm assuming people skip out without paying their bill . The only saving grace for this accommodation.... "it's on the beach"
