Beautiful hotel! Very clean and modern. Hotel staff was more than accomodating! And the breakfast was on the larger side compared to usual complimentary breakfasts. We'd definitely stay again! Perfect central location.

The night desk person was very rude and unhelpful. When we arrived to check in, he was involved in a personal conversation with someone around the corner that we couldn't see. Although he saw us he kept on talking, making no obvious effort to end, pause, or hurry to finish his conversation. He made a passable effort at being freindly when he finally […] came to help us. When we got to our room and went to make up the pullout sofa bed for the kids, we found that we had been given two top sheets, but when I called down to get a fitted sheet, I was promptly told that there weren't any. After I hung up, I realized that we had no pillows for that bed either, so this time I walked down to the desk to get some. No, I was told, they didn't even have 1 more pillow- they were full. When I sounded skeptical he asked how many pillows we did have and I told him 5 and there were 4 of us. He said that 5 was the right amount for a 2 queen bed room. I explained that we had a king suite with a pullout bed. He said well you should have 7 then, but they didn't have any more. I told him that we were quickly becoming unhappy with our stay because of this and while our room was non-smoking and melled fine, there were other rooms in the hallway that had lots of smoke pouring into the hallsand it was loud (after 10pm) because some people had their doors ajar. No appologies, no even trying to make it up- nothing. The next day we came back to our room to find the sofa bed had been remade by the housekeeper with a fitted sheet- thank you! We never did manage to get any more pillows because Don was on again and I didn't even try. We will never stay there again. This was supposed to be an extra-special treat for the family and a way to get extra rest instead of having to travel for our events. Unfortunately we were grumpy from poor sleep for 2 nights due to inadequate pillows and one night of a top sheet rolling off a mattress and we probably would have gotten more sleep driving back and forth. This was my second stay in 4 months. The staff at this location is outstanding. The rooms are clean and quiet. You can't ask for anything more. A must stay hotel in Dover. I will be back.

The staff were very friendly at the front desk. We had a Queen suite, the beds were actually doubles not Queens. The mattress on the pull out couch was in fair condition. Overall the hotel was clean and the city was close to the sights we wanted to see.

I must say that this was the friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out the staff was fantastic. Like Cheers, they even remember your name! From the cookies at night to the breakfast in the morning they do a great job. As a bonus, if you stay on a Wednesday night, they even have a bbq for the guests, including beer, wine, […] pop etc... We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The rooms were very clean, the staff very helpful and atmosphere great. We enjoyed a free dinner (BBQ) and paid only $20/stay for the dog. Great location also. Will definetly go back to this place.

We chose this hotel because they allow dogs for an additional $20. This fee is not disclosed when booking via Hotels.com. We found out only when we checked in. The room was clean, the grounds are well kept, the area is quiet at night, and the hotel appears to be recently built or renovated. Our only gripe, aside from the additional fee, is the skimpy […] breakfast. The hotel staff appeared to be unable to keep the breakfast products replenished. When we arrived at 8:15 there were no bagels, toast, English Muffins, or juice, and the coffee was running low as well.
