"Higher value for the price"

I stayed in a room with Garden View for a night with my wife. There was nothing special but all of their staff were just kind and helpful with smiling all the time.

"very good hotel but too busy at the pool"

We had a very nice staying at this hotel. Smiling staff, good service, But, lying at the pool became very uncomfortable as it every day was some work going on to prepare for the evenings event. Guests were even asked to move to the other pool

The check-in took a very long time We had not booked before arriving and was asked to go to their internet to make the booking. After that they gave us the wrong room and asked us to move or pay 1000 Bath extra. We were tired so we paid the 1000 bath extra.

Overall this hotel is comparable to others such as the Dusit, Marriott, Hard Rock and Zign in essentially all regards. I had the deluxe ocean view room. Because the hotel is situated perpendicular to the actual shoreline/waterfront, the view was not 100% true ocean view but rather the ocean could be seen at an angle. The breakfasat was comparable to other deluxe hotels such as the Dusit and Hard Rock. The room was quiet and one could not hear noise in hall or from neighbors.

Ingenting att klaga på här inte. Blev uppgraderar direkt jag kom dit, bodde i Amari Tower som stod klart 2007 om jag inte minns fel, så allting var väldigt fräscht. Visst kostar det förhållandevis mycket att bo här men det va lätt värt det. Servicen var superbra, pool & poolområde mycket fint, frukostbuffén va grym etc. Jag kom redan 9 på morgonen men det va inga problem att checka in. Checkade ut 18 på kvällen för en extra kostnad på 1000 baht. Vill du må/bo som en kung så boka in dig på Amari Tower!
