They have a free airport shuttle but once at the hotel there is nothing close by, especially places to eat. A 15 min walk will get you to an intersection with a Mexican resturant and a bus/trolley stop (trolley doesn't run on weekends.) a little further, across a major highway, is a Taco Bell and Burger King. The staff didn't seem to know much about the area, but tried to be helpful. Building old but clean and maintained. Good comp breakfast.

We have a Quality Inn where we live in Washington State and it is wonderful so when booking this hotel, that was what I was expecting. Instead though, It felt like a Motel 6. Ran down. ( the rooms anyway) The Lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. It was just not to the caliber of the other Quality Inn's that I have stayed in. and The same goes for the breakfast. The girl setting everything out was wonderful. I was just expecting more than a Motel 6 experience.

I had to stay here for 3 nights for business. My first night I got to my room and the bed wasn't even made. It looked like someone had been sleeping in there. The front desk took care of the situation right away so I was very impressed with their professionalism. Gym definitely needs new machines. It's like they are from the 90's. So I was bummed I couldn't work out. The bed was a little uncomfortable but mind you I was already turned off from the bed situation given that my original bedroom wasn't even made so it made me question if they even wash it! Overall it was inexpensive but I probably would have spend a couple bucks more somewhere else

I chose this hotel because I wanted something cheap for my 5 hour overnight layover. Hotel shuttle was a big plus. Problem was it didn't make runs to the airport until 6 AM The parking lot was really dark and seemed semi shady. I was okay with that though because i expected that for the price. The staff was really nice and helpful. There was nothing wrong with the room. Very clean and good televisions.

Needs revamping in certain things, like the elevator, beds, carpets and air conditioning. Also the use of carpet cleaner/deodorizer is overwhelming. Maybe its time to change the carpets instead. However room is clean. In general, a good place to stay the night if you miss your flight.

It wasn't bad. It just wasn't fantastic. I think it was mostly the guests who were there that soured my experience. The walls were paper thin so without the TV on you could hear everything said around you. The staff was friendly, the comfort and cleanliness was average. It was easy to find and quick access to the amtrack station so it served my needs. But I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel but unfortunately I guess they were improving some of the rooms which meant that from early in the morning you could here the jackhammer ripping in the rooms they were working in. Hope if there is a next time they wont be working in any room.

The parking was great for me, (I like to see my vehicle from my room and I was able to do that). I left my room for an outing and when I returned, there was a small roach on the TV dresser, (my daughter was terrified). The bathroom was a bit small but over all not bad for a day or two.

I had a room on the 3rd floor of the hotel and it was on a level with a major highway. The noise was incessant at all hours of the day and night and I found it almost impossible to sleep. The room was on the same side as the major highway and perhaps the rooms on the opposite side were less noisy.

Staff was ok, room clean, mattresses not very new felt Springs, had people pushing on my door most of the evening and into the early am sliding menu's or flyers for their pizza places through my door, I did make comment to staff and was told since access was from the outside their was nothing that they could do, so wasn't happy with that response at all. ....

Room refrigerator made noise. Had to disconnect it. Toilet made a high pitch sound after each floss up to the point we opted to close completely the water influx to stop the noise... The place needs lots of TLC!!!

This hotel is OK for a 2-night stay. I was looking for a hotel that was close enough to the Dolphin Mall, and cheaper than the Marriott at the Dolphin. The breakfast was good because it offered more than just bread and coffee: it offered bacon, eggs, do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, juices, and different kinds of bread. The hotel itself does need a little more maintenance, as I saw broken floor tiles on pathways; the night table lamp did not work (but it was fixed later); some walls require a desperate paint job. One thing I did not enjoy was finding flyers underneath my bedroom door every night because the building doors do not require a key card for entrance, so anyone can just walk in the building. Overall positives: proximity to shopping mall (in fact, i think there is a shuttle), good breakfast, decent rate, bedrooms are large and clean overall, and the service of the personnel was impeccable.

We only stay for one night with our baby girl. The staff was really helpful and the room has microwave and minifridge very helpful for our daughter snacks.

Online they say that they have free transportation to and from the airport. What they don't disclose online is the hours of operation. We had an early morning flight so we had to pay 30.00 for a taxi. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known this.

I booked this hotel for a quick overnight between flights and it provided a free shuttle back and forth to the airport. When we arrived the common area floors were very dirty. Hallways, elevator floor and walls and entryway floors. Room had such a bad odor we had to change rooms. Second room was better, but still small and dated. We had a 7:00 am flight and I called to set up a shuttle pick up and was informed they didn't start till 6:00 am. It cost another $25 for a taxi the next morning. $170 for room and $25 for taxi.........that is crazy for what the condition of the room.

Room was musky due to leaking sink. Had an electric hot air blower going and left by the sink. No comment from the front desk other than to just unplug it. Room looked like it had not been vacuumed in a few days. If it was not 8:00 pm and after a 9 hour flight, and 4 pieces of luggage, I would have requested a new room.

Very good for people who need proximity to the Airport. The hotel give you a free ride by shutters to the airport but they would have to improve the assignment of each person to each shutter to the airport, because even though you book it, The hotel will have a lot of people waiting down stairs at the same time to jump in and it is a mess who nobody control

The hotel is dated and the bathroom had a water leak, so I had to manage to use the shower, seems that lack maintenance. Perhaps I was the luck one.

Not as close to airport as you think... We stayed there because we had an overnight layover... The free shuttle did not operate before 6:30am and so we had to pay an extra $25 for a cab to the airport and as for the free breakfast ... We didn't get to enjoy that because it doesn't start service until 6am but at least they had coffee ... So if you have an early flight stay somewhere else because the other shuttles were def running
