Old and dirty rooms. No air-conditioning. Moldy and musty bathroom. No Wi-Fi. Please don't waste your time and money. When I book the villa, it has indicated that the area has Wi-Fi. I intentionally paid a little more for this villa over another locations because I want internet access; so we could search for activities and local restaurants while […] on the trip. When I check in, they told me there are no internet access specifically for the villa I am checking into. However, I could tap into unsecured connections around the area. I agreed and went to check it out. The villa was dirty and very old. There were empty water bottles and trash on the floor when I first walk in. The bathroom was rusty and moldy. Of course there were no internet access here. After talking it over with my family, we decided to call and ask for another location. They switch us to another villa and they said there will be internet access here. We went to the new villa. This villa was a bit better maintained. However, the moment we walk in, the house felt like an oven. The thermostat read 93 degrees. We called the office and waited 30 minutes in the car. They came and told us they can't fix it until tomorrow. After 4 hours of unpacking/packing, moving, waiting...I gave up! I asked them for the keys to the original old and dirty villa. My family can't sleep in a house at 93 degrees. I will never come back. I will advice my friends to stay away from this location. Please spend your money elsewhere. Read more

The hotel was nice and the people that checked us in were very friendly. Nice place for the amount of money, had 3 balconies which was awesome. Couple problems we had was there was only one swipe key to get into the building and parking lot and there were 8 ppl staying there. We had a family vacation on July 8th-11th 2012 with two small kids. The apartment was a 5th floor corner unit with a roofed parking lot. The staff at the booking office phoned me the day before to make sure everything was in order before my arrival. He was really friendly and helpful. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, with functioning full-size […] kitchen and washing machine/dryer. The location was perfect: we could see the ocean from our living room window, and the family-oriented swimming pool was literally in front of us. My 3-year old daughter really enjoyed the pool. It was safe and enjoyable environment. The apartment was roomy and all of us enjoyed our stay very much. Considering the price of the villa, we have absolutely no complaints! Will definitely come back again. The apartment has an elevator so being on the 5th floor is not a problem even with small kids. The whole apartment is inside the security gate with an attendant, so we felt safe at all times. Read more

We stayed there for 3 nights and my family had a fantastic time! Check-in process was very smooth and easy, thanks to the phone call from the helpful staff who phoned me the day before to ensure everything was in order. We stayed at a spacious 2BR 2 bath villa, 5th floor corner unit. The condo was located virtually on the beach. There was a large swimming […] pool on site, and the beach was literally just outside the pool. There was a parking garage with a roof, which was great to prevent my car getting hot under the Sun. There were plentiful supply of utencils and linens. We travelled with two little kids, and they actually loved the place too. The swimming pool was suitable for a family with small kids because it was clean, safe and had more than one shallow pools in which toddlers can play safely. Despite the fact we had 2 bedrooms, we also used a sofabed in the living room overlooking the ocean, because it was nice to wake up in the morning listening to the sound of waves. Having a full kitchen and a laundry facility within unit is a must for a family vacation, and we absolutely loved this place. We will definitely come back when we revisit Hilton Head in the future. I suggest you book early and make a request for villas that have direct view and access to the beach like this one (It was called Shorewood). The condo is gated community with a porter at the gate, so we felt safe too. Read more
