Perfectly adequate if you need to be close to the domestic airport. Small but absolutely comfortable with a good breakfast. Was a bit disconcerting that the housekeeping man who set up the extra bed (that we were paying for) made it very obvious he wanted a tip...seemed he was reluctant to leave the room without one. the hotel is being renovated, so hopefully they will fix everything soon. But as it stands right now : we have stayed in two rooms and in both rooms, the bathrooms were in a very bad state. the plumbing was just falling apart. we were there only for a few hours waiting for the next flight. otherwise the hotel was ok and well situated for a quick transfer […] to the airport. I stayed at the hotel during transit between International and Domestic flights. The hotel is poorly maintained. The bathroom door in the room was broken and couldn't use the loo. The alternate room was probably renovated more than 10-15 years back. There are better options nearby. Avoid if you can.

I am really surprised with the prompt response from the Hotel Staff. They have the hotel pickup and drop off facility and this service was awesome. The shuttle was waiting for me even my baggage was delayed by an hour. We stayed only few hours at this hotel, but the room was neat and clean and the service was great.

The hotel is decent and the staff friendly. The included breakfast was also decent with mostly Indian foods. The room was clean but the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. Courteous staff and very convenient to the domestic terminal. I would recommend the hotel for a single night stopover.

Although the hotel is going through a re-furb and looks un inviting as you approach the hotel, the rooms on the 4th/5th floor are excellent, very clean, modern and spacious. The hotel upgraded us to one of their recently refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, with a view of the motorway to the airport. The fridge didn't work, and when we left the room the air conditioning came on full blast so the room was always freezing when we came back to it. We had to ask for the TV remote so that we could switch the TV off otherwise […] it would have been glowing all night. The shower cubicle leaked, and the new lighting system was frankly annoying to operate in the dark and only available on one side of the bed. There was only one restaurant although the description said 3. It was ok but in a basement room so a bit dark & dingy looking. Breakfast was ok but no bacon which was disappointing. The smell of disinfectant in the lobby and the coffee shop area was overpowering. Not nice at all, and you had to pass through it to get to the restaurant. When the lift doors opened on other floors, it looked like the rest of the hotel was probably undergoing refurbishment. There was no FREE internet access in public areas as promised. There is no scope to walk out of your hotel, the area surrounding it is packed with traffic and busy roads and overpasses. There are lots of taxis outside though if you know where you want to go. On the plus side the transfers were excellent from the domestic terminal and to the international terminal, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was good value for a 1 night stay if you are using the airport and have no free time to fill. Read more

When we checked in the Deluxe room photographs on this www.hotel.com site and the room provided to me was very differernt. Rather it was the executive room. I felt i was looted and on complaining they upgraded my room to Club Class which was way better and the facilities mentioned during booking Matched. Like for example the hotel.com cited that it […] has 32 inch LCD screens but in the room they initially provided had a 22 or 25 inch CRT TV. As per description of the executive room on Hotels.com the executive room has a bathtub but when we arrived there was no bathtub. It was a bit disappointing. At the time of our stay the hotel was under renovation. The noise of construction was unbearable during day time and in the evening. The windows were dirty due to splashes of building materials i.e.cement and colour. We were not informed about this situation. The room given in the beginning was very shabby/depressing and was in state of renovation. […] On complaint,we were put in to new room. Not worth the money we paid. We booked a room for three people and paid extra for a third bed, however upon arrival the bed was not there, even though staff had a whole day to prepare the room. Our flight arrived late 5:00 am and the last thing we needed was to wait around for a bed to be made, eventually they provided a bed but this was a mattress […] on the floor!!! Staff promised to provide a bed the next day and only did after being prompted several times. The bathroom was smelly and needs refurbishing. We also had to move rooms during our stay as the water supply was cut off in our room due to a lot of building work being done. The hotel is poorly managed and some of the front reception staff are quite rude. Overall a disappointing experience. Read more

ムンバイにつく飛行機が3時間ほど遅れたところ、頼んでいた迎えが来ていませんでした。インド1日目のため不安に思い頼んでいたのですが。プリペイドタクシーで８０ルピーかかりました。ホテルに着いても迎えの件についてはホテル側も何も言いませんでしたのでこちらも聞きませんでした（夜中で疲れていました）。ホテルの対応は普通のインドのぶっきらぼうの対応で可もなく不可もなくです。 部屋はしめっぽく、窓はすべて板で塞がれていて陰鬱でした。掃除は行き届いていないですが、リネンは大丈夫だと思います。ムンバイではイイ方だとは思います。 ついている朝食は品数は少ないものの普通に美味しかったです。紅茶はTea bagでコーヒーは粉でしたが。 到着が遅い時間の方以外は、インド門のあたりのホテルをお勧めします。 ちなみに空港ピックアップは無料ですが、予約後、メールや電話等で頼む必要があります。返信はPup […] notedのみとフレンドリーで短く驚くものでした・・。 Read more
