"Don't make the same mistake I did"

First off, be careful with the directions. The map showed it being off of I-10 (as of 10/26/07), but it is actually located off of I-75 several miles south of I-10. My first impression of the room was, "oh, this was a mistake". The door looks to have been broken into before. Within 5 minutes there was a fly buzzing around. I went to the bathroom and watched a roach scurry across the floor and later saw one on the night stand between the beds. I grabbed a towel and wash rag from the wall rack and discovered mildew on the wall and towel/wash rags. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

"Unhealthy and unsafe"

The lights entering the room did not work, toilet seat broken, hole in wall in the bathroom, pillows stained, and I asked for nonsmoking room and it smelled of smoke. I requested another room and was told there was not one, but when I checked out they gave me another room. It smelled better and looked cleaner, yet the sheets were soiled and torn, and the safety chain on the door was broken. I did not feel safe with my daughter in that hotel. I tried to contact hotel.com by phone but could not reach anyone or leave my number to be contacted.
