A little out of the main area of interest on a very confusing one way system that was very difficult to correct if you took the wrong turning. Rooms a little tired and some very noisy being close to the main freeway into Perth Overall some positives but not a place that I would stay in again and hence would not recommend to others

The couch in the living area was dipped in the middle, so not comfy to sit on! The reception girl who served me was far from helpful and misinformed me on a couple of situations to do with car bays and room keys. Overall, the hotel was good. The gym needs some attention as the cables were broken on the machines and the coverings on the benches were split. But the location was close to the city and convention center.

This property is in a great location but is very tired and in need of a refurb. Also if you don't get a room with a view of the city then it is a bit ordinary. Food in the restaurant is basic but OK. Mostly Indian and foreign staff but they are generally hapy and keen to assist.

Excellent location close to CBD (blue CAT bus stop outside. Efficient check in. Safe and secure underground allocated car parking. Immaculately presented accommodation. Good facilities including pools, tennis courts and gym. On site restaurant providing simple, honest and well-priced food. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

Completely at home in the spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Only spent one night but was fabulous. Had food ordered to our room as we got in late. Didn't get to see surrounding locations as was a very brief visit but would definitley recommend staying here. Amazing value for money we thought!!!

The apartments were very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the distance from restaurants and cafes. In the evenings it was necessary to take a taxi back to the accommodation.

3名で5泊（2ベッドルーム）しました。以前の口コミの通り、ほぼ全て揃っており、リビングダイニングもかなり広く、ハウスキーパーも毎日入り（朝10時前から3人体制で！）、快適に過ごせました。コーヒーメーカーが無かったのは残念でした。一般のアパートメント区画なので、ホテルへの入り口はすこしわかりづらく、最初レンタカーで入るときに迷いました。市内方面からはすこし先をUターンする必要があります。ただ、パーキングもゲート付き屋内なのでセキュリティーは申し分ありませんでした（無料でした）。King's Parkの近くで徒歩圏内です。近い方は急なつづら折りの階段がありますが、地元の人がトレーニングのためランニングで昇降してました（体力に自信ある方には、良いかもしれません）。繁華街、駅、チャイナタウン、バスタ […] ーミナルなどへはブルーキャット便利ですが、徒歩でも充分行けます（モール街まで15分程度）。総じてコストパフォーマンスの良い、大人数で滞在するにはかなりお勧めのホテルです。 Read more

ホテルの位置がパースを起点に行動するにはうってつけの場所です。ブルーキャットのバスストップには近く、キングスパークへは近くの424段の階段を登っていけばすぐですし。本当にアクセスに便利なホテルです。ホテルのアメニティーも問題ありません。特に部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのが便利でした。旅行の荷物も少なくなるのでよかったです。近くに高速道路が走っていて、結構車が通行していましたが、睡眠を妨害するような騒音ではなかったので、安心しました。また、ホテルの近くに中国人の経営するリカショップ件、コンビニもあります。少々お高いけれど、パンやヨーグルト、お酒類を買うのには近くて便利なので、よく利用しました。全体的に食料品などはパースは高めだと思います。今度パースに来た時は、同じホテルを利用しようと思います。

妻と二人旅にて利用しました　ホテル情報の写真では一部古い物があり心配しましたが実際は改装されおり綺麗でした　スタッフは皆親切ですし室内のキッチンおよび調理器具も充実してお　また洗濯機　乾燥も部屋の中に装備されており快適でした　バス停は歩いて２分くらいの所にあり買い物　観光に便利です

Das uns zugeteilte Groundfloor Appartment Acacia 43 hat praktisch kein Tageslicht, da von einer mind.3 Meter hohen Mauern umgeben. Vor dem Wohnzimmer ist eine Wand mit dem Treppenaufgang zum höher gelegen Pool. Vor den Schlafzimmern geniesst man die Aussicht an die Wand des Notausgangs der Tiefgarage. Ferner wurden die Schlafzimmer-Fenster aussenseits […] schon lange nicht mehr geputzt, da voller Spinnweben. Doch es gab ja auch keinen Grund aus dem Fenster zu schauen. Auf unsere Beschwerden hin hat man uns an der Reception mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht ist und am Wochenende das Vermietungsbüro geschlossen sei. Am letzten Tag wurden wir dann mit einem Gutschein für das Morgenessen entschädigt, für uns ein Eingeständnis, dass etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Doch mit diesem Betrag sind wir jedoch gar nicht zufrieden, denn diese Wohnung entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne Komfort und sollte gar nicht erst zu diesen Konditionen vermietet werden dürfen. Dabei handelt es sich eher um Kellergeschoss als ein Erdgeschoss. Da wir im Abstand von 2 Jahren schon fünfmal mit andern Agenturen im Mounts Bay einen Teil unserer Ferien verbrachten und das immer zu unserer Zufriedenheit, ist das für uns unverständlich. Im allgemeinen sind diese Appartments auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, denn da wurde in den letzten 10 Jahren gar nichts verändert, ausser den massiven Zimmerpreis-Erhöhungen. Read more

今回娘に会いに行くためにパース郊外のこのホテルに宿泊しました。シティからは多少不便であるが、無料バス（ブルーキャット）を利用して買い物、観光等を楽しみました。 ホテルは快適ですので問題はないとおもいます。 強いてあげるとすれば、まな板がキチネット付きなのになかったことぐらいでしょう。
