when we checked in we were sent to a room that was still being cleaned so we waited 20 - 30 minutes while she finished. Once done we were able to leave our luggage. Overall a great place, great price and close to the convention center - we were there for CES. You don't have to walk through the casino to check in which is great.

When we arrived at the hotel a few minutes early, (8 minutes early)the reception told us in a very rude manner "you can't check in until 3:00 PM. We, of course, knew that, but the whole greeting was so rude that it colored the whole stay. It is fortunate we did not see that person again.

The room was a good price, quiet, and somewhat near the convention center but kind of in a dead zone in between large empty parking lots, a strip mall and a couple of nondescript hotels. Too far from activity and transportation. The first afternoon we got there the toilet backed up - not a good sign - but a maintenance man came to fix it immediately. Bathroom really small. No adequate light to read by, one lamp with low level lighting near the bed, and one lamp across room near small table. Carpet had seen better days. The water in shower was not regulated properly and went from very hot to very cold continually until the third day when I tried limiting the amount of water and then it was more stable. Breakfast in the restaurant was just adequate but the canned fruit prompted us to look elsewhere for breakfast the third day. Still we got what we expected, a room at a good rate within walking distance of the convention center, though the 15-20 minute walk would have been uncomfortable if weather had been any hotter.

Carpet was threadbare and dirty. Hair in bathtub. Bedspread was dirty. Thank goodness bed was triple sheeted. Had to call to get a maintenance man to come and turn on the air, as it was still set for heat only, when it was 90 degrees outside. Lobby photos on website made hotel look better than it was. It was the scuzziest place I have stayed in 25 years, and I travel a lot.

This hotel was very nice! It was really clean and had updated furnishing flat pannel TV, etc.. We had some friends stay at a big hotel casino on the strip and they said our room was way better then theirs and for a quarter of the price. The only hicup we had was when we checked in we got to the hotel about an hour before check in time and although they had rooms ready they made us wait until check in time 3:00pm to check in, we trave all the time and never have a problem checking in a little early. Also the wireless internet limits you to 30 mins in a 24 hour period if you log on for 1 min it counts your whole 30 so you cant get internet for 24 hours so if your on business beware.

I went to this hotel based on the reviews so mine will be very candid. First, the good news: This hotel is okay for the money if your expectations are not high. Standard items include an iron, ironing board, small fridge and microwave. Now the bad news, do not be fooled by the name THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE SUITES!! In fact, that is not the real name of the hotel!! One other complaint, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING going on in the room next door and in the hall. But for the most part when you go to Vegas you are not in the room much so again, it was okay for the money.

Service was good, till 9am of morning we were checking out. Housekeeping came by, as they thought we were gone. Then maintence came into room ( while we were in the room), they thought we we gone. Then, when we took a load out to car, room key had already been turned off.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It was about a three or four block walk to the Monorail, so bring your walking shoes or expect to take a cab. You can also walk directly to the strip, but you'll be pretty close to the north end. The street is very quiet, so you'll have no trouble sleeping. The hotel will also check your bags, so if you arrive early or want to see some more sights before leaving, this is a convenient perk.

Fairly large clean room with basic decor. Appreciated the fridge and microwave plus the 30 min free wifi internet. Air conditioner/heater too noisy to use at night. Location half block off the end of the strip. We requested extra pillows which were delivered. Our friend's room did not have faceclothes or bathmat when they checked in. However, these was delivered when requested. Small Cosmos restaurant in lobby very good Italian food and friendly staff.

We stayed here for SEMA and it was priced very well for being in walking distance to the convention center. The lobby was nice but the rooms were just average. The towels were really thin and cheap. The room format could be a little frustrating to business travels because you had to choose between a 2nd bed or a desk - we needed both! The restaurant was very good.
