Great location for CWE, park, zoo, Cards game (jump on Metro Station a short walk away). Hotel is good shape, however the bed was not comfortable at all. Otherwise, good stay for a quick business trip.

The staff is friendly and nice, the rooms are very clean and large, it is easy in and out with self park in a great location, and the warm cookies in the evening are a plus. Loved the location. We had events at SLU & this couldn't have been handier. The hotel is clean & the room was adequate. However, the walls are VERY thin & the neighbors kept us up at night & woke us in the morning with their talking & laughter. The bed is pretty hard & the bottom sheet kept popping off the corners. The pillows are simply awful. Tiny […] square pillows, full of lumps. The hotel needs to invest in new, full-sized pillows ASAP. And the breakfast - couldn't eat it. Eggs resemble crumbled hamburger & the sausages are tasteless. Biscuits & gravy aren't too bad, but all I ate after the first morning was the sweet rolls & cinnamon rolls. Even the coffee is weak. I liked the popcorn in the lobby, coffee & tea available 24/7, and they put out chocolate chip cookies from 5:30 to 7:30 each evening. I would recommend the hotel for the location, but not the food. Pros: Excellent, super nice customer service, great neighborhood, free cookies in the evening and apples all day! Cons: Older and in need of some updates- no WIFI in this day and age seems pretty weird! The gym was also older and a lot of the equipment felt rickety. I would definitely stay here again if it got a few renovations, and wifi!

We loved the convenience. We parked once and didn't have to leave for anything. Applebee's was off the lobby and the hotel served breakfast in the morning. A crosswalk on the 3rd floor connected us to the Siteman Center and Center for Advanced Medicine. Hotel service was awesome with perks like fresh-baked cookies in the evening, popcorn in the afternoons, […] hot tea and coffee all day, plus staff that was friendly and very helpful. The only downside was the size of the bathroom included in our room which was tiny (the bedroom was spacious). We were pleased w/ the free hot breakfast; parking was easy and not expensive. One thing I didn't know when booking is that the free hotel shuttle does not go downtown. Overall a good place to stay to see the various sights in St. Louis.

Loved this place, everyone incredibly helpful. The shuttle service provided got us to the St louis art museum, the science museum and I noticed that they took people to restaurants. The hotel staff was very knowledgable about local restaurants and venues as well. Don't miss the evening cookies :)

Room was clean. Bed was ok at first, but as the night went on either felt like i was going to fall out or roll to the middle. The breakfast was average. Some of the advertised amenities did not exist. Restaurant is attached to hotel, which was nice. First impression of the hotel, however; was not great. Everything was fine and appeared very clean but there was some sort of allergy reaction going on and it was difficult to sleep well. We wondered if it might perhaps be our cat allergies kicking in since pets are allowed. Otherwise this is a great hotel and awesome for the money.

This hotel has a walkway that connects to Barnes Hospital so you don't even have to go outside. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. There's coffees and tea and popcorn in the lobby and a hot breakfast so it's very convenient if you or someone in your family needs to visit Barnes. This hotel is next to Barnes-Jewish Hospital with a enclosed walkway from it to the hospital complex. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a parking garage for the hotel and late check out is avaliable. The breakfast includes with the room was good. We would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel that was in a great location if you are wanting to visit all of the city centers. Plus who doesn't love complementary cookies, popcorn, and snacks! The only downfall was having to pay $5 per day to use their parking garage.

Hotel was great, parking was very reasonable, perks, breakfast, cookies, popcorn. Easy access to major highways. Only drawback, you can seem to hear people coming and going and sirens, since close to a lot of hospitals.
