The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Everything is very new, and extremely clean (and I am really picky). The bath has granite countertops, same as the small counter in the room (has a small sink), small fidge, coffee maker. The bed was absolutely comfortable, pillows fluffy. Special thanks to Bruce for his attention. He accomodated me in a room with a back view because I am very sensitive to the noise of the highway. The address to need to put on your GPS is the BLACKSON street, otherwise, you'll never get there. Call in advance and check. The neighborhood is not the best, but this hotel was close to the places I had to go to in Austin, and is 15 min away from downtown. Breakfast is very good also. Overall, great experience and I'll book it again, if I need to return to Austin.

I loved the pool, the room was clean, the rest of hotel was well kept, wanted to stay one more day because of the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel

We were looking for a hotel near my uncle's house. Most hotels in Round Rock were booked for most of the weekend. We took a chance on this hotel and were very pleased. The Best Western was one of the cleaner hotels that I have stayed at recently in this price range. Every staff that I talked to was helpful and friendly. Would recommend to others.
"Best hotel in a small town"
The staff were very friendly and helpful (I forgot my razor and they gave me a disposable one at the front desk), the room clean, comfortable and well maintained and furnished. The downside is that this is just off the highway which is next to a railroad so there is noise. Our room faced the highway and railroad. There are rooms on the opposite side […] of the hotel which I assume would be less noisy. The rooms are small. Clothes are hung on a small rack (no closet) adjoining the dressing counter. The sink is on the other end of the counter. The toilet and shower/tub are in a separate room. There was just enough space in the room for my wife and me. Any more than 2 people or for extended stays and it would feel claustrophobic. We stayed in a hotel on the north side of town during a prior visit and this was so much better. Read more

The location is right at the south gateway to the city and for me was perfect. The price through hotels.com made for a stress free stay and the best part the service and cleanliness and comfort of my room made for a most enjoyable stay. The family that runs this hotel was so incredibly nice and helpful. Very courteous and sweet, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel room was clean and I slept well.
