This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

Be Careful, this place looks great in the photos, but it is not what it seems...rooms were dirty, walls were stained, odors were rampant, and the staff was not helpful or kind. Stay away if you can.

la proximité de l'hotel des trails, et l'environnement dans lequel elle se trouve la résidence, à cela s'ajoute le problème de propreté (chambres poussiereuses), la manque d'entretien de la partie commune font que la 1ère semaine passée à Cannes du mai 2013 était très désagréable.A noter que l'appartement qui nous a été reservé au début etait pour 4 […] personnes alors que nous avions reservé un pour 5. il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour en avoir un convenable mais très buyant. Veldig slitt rom. Trenger sårt oppussing, resepsjonen er flott. Ok bassengområde, og rommet vi hadde var stort med stor ballkong. Bassengområdet var mye trangere enn vi forventet. Hvordan fungerer det i høysesong? Ville aldri betalt 6 - 7000 i uka, noe jeg tror de forlanger i sommerferien.

아침 식사 비포함해서 7만4천원 수준에 묵었습니다. 값이 싼 편이죠~.호텔이 아니라 레지던스입니다. 한국의 콘도와 비슷합니다. 다른 점이 있다면 한국의 낡은 콘도보다 관리가 제대로 안돼서 값싼 여관 수준으로 느껴집니다. 아침에 발코니에 나와 아침 식사를 하는 외국인들을 몇몇 봤습니다. 직접 음식을 해먹는 경우는 저렴하게 숙박이 가능합니다. 욕실이나 화장실 관리는 청결하고 깨끗한 편입니다. 거실도 나쁘지 않지만 침실은 침대가 낡고 오래돼 불편하다는 생각이 들었습니다.

Hadde 10 fine dager i leiligheten. Kunne se rett ned på markedsplassen fra verandaen. Bussen stoppet rett ved leiligheten. Fin strandprommenade hele veien mellom Cannes og Mandelieu. Fint å jogge der ved soloppgang. Stedet kan anbefales. Rimelig leilighet da jeg bestillte. Fikk mye for pengene. Drar gjerne tilbake.

Hotelli on hiukan nuhjuinen eikä esimerkiksi huoneiden siivous / vuodevaatteiden vaihto kuulu hintaan. Lisämaksusta nuo toki on saatavilla. Uima-altaita on kolme joista yhden suurin syvyys on yli 2metriä, yksi lastenallas ja yksi kahluuallas löytyy myös. Aamiainen oli melko heikkolaatuinen kun sitä kävimme kokeilemassa. Paremman ja halvemman aamiaisen […] sai käymällä läheisissä (n. 1km) supermarketeissa ja ostamalla itse haluamansa tarvikkeet. Hotellissa on oma parkkihalli jossa voi esim. vuokra-autoa säilyttää tarvittaessa, päivämaksu oli noin 10€ tietämillä. Rannalle on erittäin lyhyt matka mutta matkalla joutuu ylittämään ajoittain erittän vilkasliikenteisen tien. Rannan hiekka-alue on pieni ja aallot voivat olla melko suuriakin. Hotellilta on Cannesin keskustaan noin 4km ja matka sujuu parhaiten paikallisilla busseilla(esim. linja 20), matka maksaa euron yhteensuuntaan / henkilö, takseja tuntui olevan melko mahdotonta saada. Les chambres sont belles et nous avions une très belle vue face mer. Mais nous avions également une vue sur les voies ferrés et le train passe souvent et est très bruyant. Pour l'hôtel, les serviettes de toilettes ne sont donnée qu'une fois par semaine et il faut la réutiliser pendant 7 jours ! Les hôtesses a l'accueil ne sont pas toutes sympatiques, […] certaines font la tête et répondent sèchement. Les piscines sont agréables une piscine pour adulte rectangulaire un bain a remou froid et une patogeoire pour enfant. L'hôtel se trouve a Cannes la bocca, trop loin de Cannes pour s'y rendre a pied, heureusement que nous avions la voiture. Séjour malgré tout satisfaisant pour le prix, a savoir qu'il y a un supplément d'environ 100€ pour avoir une chambre vue mer. Sinon ce sont des chambres vue piscine ou rue. De plus contrairement a ce qui est indiqué dans les caractéristiques de l'offre le ménage quotidien n'est pas vrai nous devons le faire nous même et il n'y a pas de baignoire a jet, seulement un jacuzzi sauna et hammam dans l'hôtel payant en supplément. 매년 이용했지만 금년처럼 실망한 적이 없음. 1. 직원들의 불친절 : 안경쓴 남자직원은 최고로 불칠절했음. 2.예약내용과 틀리게 아파트먼트로 예약되었으며 휴지, 수건등도 요청해야 받을수있었으며 룸 크리닝도 1회당 40유로 지급해야 할 수 있었음. 3. 예약에도 없던 텍스 27유로도 요구함. 4. 4~5인용이었지만 실제로 3인이 쓰기에도 비좁은 룸 컨디션이었음. 5. 절대 다시 이용하지 않을것임.

Отель в целом понравился, клопов никаких не было, как былоописано в предыдущих комментариях. Отличный бюджетный вариант, в номере все удобства, единственное расстроило-это отсутствие фена. рядом рынок, до Канн на автобусе ехать 10 мин. не понравилось, что мусор надо было самим выкидывать, первая уборка в отеле на шестой день после приезда!(
