swimming pool has been filled in so that's not available any longer which was a real bonus to this hotel. Guy singing most of the night and someone slamming doors to shut him up in the early hours. But for the price not too bad.

next to freeway. older property that is dated/needs facelift (badly patched plaster, large gaps between heater/ac and wall). very little parking (max 25 spots) they were in process of filling the pool in with dirt on my visit.

needs a serious facelift and repairs. they filled the pool with dirt. the ventilation system does not work appropriately. Not all rooms have all amenities (ie, microwaves or refrigerators) I felt tricked into paying in advance and now unable to change my reservation.

Well first it took me awhile to locate the hotel because the site has W on end of street when it is exactly E. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is very close to the freeway. Easy to get to. Restaurants are nearby and the best coffee shop across the street. The room was tidy and comfy. The large safe, dorm fridge, and microwave were great to have. The neighbourhood is ok but I wouldn't wander around alone at night. Noise is at a very welcome minimum. This may be the quietest place I've stayed in. Cons: The office is extremely disorganized. My check in information was completely messed up (thank-you Hotels.com for getting that straightened out) and then they checked me out a day early. Thank goodness I came back to the room before 9pm. The place was clean, tho it was an older property and could have used a facelift/repair. The door jam looked like it had been kicked in and repaired not replaced. I checked in to the hotel and the woman at the counter said " here is the card, pull up on the handle and it may work" the room was wide open! I reserved a room for 3 nights through hotel.com, the hotel called me the 2nd day and insisted that they would through my things out. I was obligated to give my credit card and they charged me 78.00 for a 53.00 […] room. When I got back after a hard day, the card wouldn't open the door, there were men screaming drunk and the desk person told them I called the police. They started banging on the door and I felt unsafe and quite scared, I asked the to please keep it down, the next morning there was a huge dent in my rental car. AND the hotel staff put all of my belongings on top of the bed, shoes everything. I recommend stay away from this place. I had a terrible experience. Read more

Internet was not working and office was not open until 7am, router needed re setting it was sorted out but I had needed to use it durng the night for international calls and was unabe to do so. Motel was easy to find with GPS and right next to the freeway. Our room was 117 and located at the front of the highway and due to the rooms being located behind the Office bulkiding, the traffic from the freeway was not bothersome. The door to the office is locked fairly early in the evening and you can't get in and there is noone at the desk. We left […] at 5:45 a.m. and the office was locked also. The Motel was convenient, but due to the highway right outside of the entrance it was noisey. The breakfast area was small and not comfortable or inviting. No one was at the desk and so I did not receive a printout of my bill.

It was a great stay. It's minutes off the 580 and 101 so you can zip in and out of the city in no time. Lots of great foods surrounding the area and surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

When I called the front desk I was put on hold and they never came back on the line or called back to let know if was going to be fixed. Left items in the room called to see if they would send to me was advised if I sent them self addressed envelope they would send. The condition of the room was o.k., but floors wavy, and ready for upgrades. Bed was comfy, and it was clean. The staff was not that friendly, and lost one of the reservations in our group, but they were accomodating about that. Forget the "breakfast" and go somewhere to eat.

The price was good and it was clean and close to where we were going. Was told it had a full breadfast with buiscuts and gravy but only had danishes, fruit, bagels and juice not what I call breadkfast. Also was suppose to get microwave in room and had spacifically ask the desk but never got one we were there 4 nights.Desk not very friendly.

It served it purpose but I would not stay there again. we had to get help several times to get the door to open. The sheets were put on wrong...too small for the bed. The neighborhood was a disappointment. We had trouble finding the hotel...not good directions. The pool was nice.

Website I viewed via Expedia said "fitness center". There was NO fitness room or any equipment anywhere. There was an outside, rather small pool. The room we had the first night had a lingering, headache-causing smoke odor. The air conditioner could not run very long before it stopped chilling the air. The refrigerator also would not get cold and our cheese (which survived just fine on the trip from Portland) got bad overnight. The only coldness in the fridge the whole time was when we put already-cold […] drinks in it. We both had sinus problems for the rest of our trip after our first night here. The second night, we got back from a show at Terrapin Crossroads to find there was no parking available in the lot or on the surrounding streets. When we finally got someone to respond to the buzzer and show up at the front-desk window, she was in a bad mood and wouldn't help at all. I understand she can't control on-street parking, but she wouldn't even take a look at the parking lot to see whether the cars parked there were all on the "allowed" list (you are required to provide car make/model/license# at check-in). It was a real bucket of cold water over the head, after a wonderful Furthur show, to have to drive around the surrounding area at 2am looking for a place to park our rental car where it wouldn't be ticketed or towed. The ice machine smelled as funny as the rooms. The only thing this motel has going for it is the proximity to Terrapin Crossroads, and even at the very low rate we paid, in the end it was not worth the hassle, stress, and health problems. The physical room needed a lot of maintenance. Repaired holes were not painted and finished. The bed spread was a typical motel bedspread that was mutedly colored and questionably clean. There were no screens on any of the windows. The windows did open. There was one in the room and one in the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater was excessively noisy […] when in use. It did work.
