It was a good weekend away. The room could use an update. The majority of employees just didnt seem happy. Employees were helpful but just seemed unhappy. We will probably stay again in the future.

We had a great night at diamond jacks. Room was huge, separate shower from jacuzzi tub, 2 tvs if we had needed them. Pool area large and nice. Did not eat or use casino, so can't comment on those. The only downside for some is no fridge in room. Booked room online and got great pricing. Will definitely stay there again.

Lots of fun once we got all the rules down about the players card. Played the tables all morning before anyone told us to use the players card. And that was another player not any of your employees. The tub in the room was awesome. And the staff other than the front desk were exceptionally friendly.

It is an hotel that needs an upgrade, but the staff was friendly, and the room was well priced for what we paid, and what was included. The spa tub was a nice touch

I wad very disappointed in the staff during an issue that occurred out of my control. And would be happy to discuss this further with the proper person un the chain of command. I only had a few dats get away available to my friends and I and was extremely disappointed in the appearance of the room originally put in which was 308...while I was down in […] casino I get called out due to an overflow if the tub at which I lost my deposit and was treated very unfair by rye hotel staff. Luckily we were put in another room that was alot neater kept without blood stains on bed or curtains but then at that this incident and the attitude if the staff at front desk was not helpful not inviting. When I booked the room it showed that it would be a non-smoking room. When I got there the lady at the front desk told me that there was no more non-smoking rooms available. I had just booked it less than an hour prior. The carpeting in the room and hallways was filthy, old paint, and the room reaked of old smoke. We decided to have room service deliver […] our breakfast in the morning, they came an hour late after we had to call them. They said they didnt send it because they werent sure if we still wanted it.... Needless to say, we were very disappointed and will never stay here again... Oh and before I forget, there was 1 person working as a bellhop and the valet parking, it took over 20 minutes to get our car out of valet parking. Read more

We've stayed here many times before, but not in the last several years. We were amazed at the lack of maintenance...dirty carpet, mildew in our shower, broken cabinet doors, no TV where there used to be, need for painting, broken handle on our tub. There was even mildew all over the outside of the building and it needed a good power washing. They've […] taken away the Business Center as it was (free) and made a tiny space with 2 computers right beside the front desk, and now charge for it. the over all hotel stay and pricing was fine.However, the maid staff could probably use a little better supervising because there were some dirty corners and details in the room and bathroom that could have been cleaner if the person doing the cleaning was actually doing a good job.but for the price it was overall ok.

Overall I am pleased with the hotel. I chose this hotel because the rate was acceptable for a one night stay. The shower pressure was bad but the room was huge with a nice garden tub(didn't use it).

If you want a nice hotel try El Dorado or Sam's Town those are the places to stay at. By the look and feel of this place I hope it goes out of business. It was a very unpleasant stay, now I understand why there were so many vacancies for this hotel.

Overall - very nice room to stay in. The spa tub needed to be cleaned better - the water jets, in particular, needed to be flushed and clorine cleaned. As well as the shower stall had not been thouroughly cleaned prior to renting the room.

The bed and sitting area are very comfortable. The Jacuzzi in the bedroom is a nice touch. Housekeeping didn't pickup the dirty wash cloth from the shower and did not put away the fresh towels. The fresh towels were just stacked on the edge of the Jacuzzi. The soap and other supplies were not replenished after we used them the first day.

We enjoyed our stay would come again. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of cig. smoke in the halls, but I do understand why. Bed was a little hard for my liking but still confortable. I just like softer beds. Again, we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou and God bless

After being moved to our 3rd room due to unsatisfactory conditions (and rude front desk personel) we discovered a roach under a towel, huge stain on carpet, missing hair dryer and the tv in the bathroom was broken. This hotel was terrible. The room I stayed in was very hot. It would not cool off at all. Maintenace came up to the room a few times to try and fix the A/C. Then when I sat on the bed I found fleas and ants on it! The floors were stained and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Desperately needed paint in room as well as bathroom. Bathroom had peeling shelves, baseboards and shelving. Shower and sink was poorly cleaned. Not many choices to eat except over priced buffet. Others didnt open till 5:00. No bar out of casino. Bathrooms in casino shut down for entire day running people every where.
