Close to heart of town, but quiet. Balcony with ocean view and nice pool area. Felt lucky to find this little gem of a hotel at an affordable price so near very expensive hotels.

Good hotel, not the easiest to find and had to ask for directions (and drag our bags through narrow cobbled streets for 10 minutes as taxis can't drive there). We had the suite room on the 2nd floor and there was a great balcony outside, with two bathrooms (his and hers!). Bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff were very friendly. We spent two nights at this hotel this september and totally enjoyed it. Beautiful room with sea view, roomy and very comfortable. Very pleasant staff who genuinely are very attentive and helpful. Beautiful garden and only a few steps from the main square in Capri. We highly recommend this hotel.

Ottima ubicazione a pochi metri dalla Piazzetta. Completa disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale ed in particolare della sig.na Francesca che era presente durante il nostro soggiorno. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nell'avere la colazione gluten free !!

Ottima la posizione dell'albergo, centrale ma ubicata in un bel giardino e per questo lontano dal trambusto della strada. Inoltre il garbo e la professionalità del personale rende piacevole il soggiorno.

Quand on part en vacances dans un endroit nouveau, on est toujours excité mais en même temps un petit peu inquiet de ce que l'on trouvera quand on sera sur place. Si on connaissait déjà Capri pour y avoir séjourné 2 fois auparavant, on allait pour la 1ère fois dans ce charmant hôtel 4* très bien situé car tout en étant à 5 min seulement de la "piazzetta" […] (la place principale) de Capri, il est plongé dans un univers de fleurs, arbres et plantes qui est ultrareposant et à l'abri du bruit. Le personnel est fantastique car non seulement il est souriant et aimable comme tout le monde sur cette île paradisiaque, mais il réussit à satisfaire nos demandes et souvent il anticipe nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, nous avions une chambre très agréable avec un balcon spacieux, la propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs est impeccable, la piscine super avec les serviettes de bain à disposition. En fait, à la fin de notre séjour d'une semaine, nous avons cherché quels ont été les contre-temps, problèmes, petites contrariétés qu'on rencontre toujours pendant des vacances loin de chez soi et ... nous n'avons pas été capables d'en lister un seul. Allez à l'hôtel "A Pazziella" les yeux fermés car cette gestion familière vous enchantera comme le fait toute cette magnifique région ! Read more

sehr nettes Hotel, ausgespr. freundlicher Service, insb. Garten sehr schön; zentral in Capri und dennoch ruhig. Einzelzimmer in 2.OG war sehr klein für 4 Sterne, dazu auch extrem hellhörig ('weckservice' durch toilettenspülung in NAchbarzimmer)
