"Great Hotel"

I was only staying in ICN overnight and the hotel was perfect for the short amount of time before my connecting flight. The staff was very helpful. Great pickup and drop off service to ICN airport.

The hotel was perfect for my stay - I was arriving at 730pm and leaving at 12pm the next day. It was close to ICN airport - they have a free shuttle but my friend had a cab waiting for me (however, the cab driver wasn't really familiar with where it was located) It was still only a 10 minute drive to hotel and the shuttle was very prompt on the return. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you need an inexpensive, nice and convenient place to land.

"Nice Hotel"

The employees were very nice. The Hotel was Hard to find even with the address. It is not very close to the airport. Even the cab drivers had a hard time finding it. One took me to the Best Western Airport Hotel.

The hotel is excellent value and has pretty and comfortable rooms. The only problem: all the technical perfect installations are mainly in korean, more english explanations would be fine. A CNN or BBC channel on the channel list would be fine, too.

This hotel is 8 miles from the airport in a commercial area, surrounded by other hotels and businesses. Shuttle runs to airport each hour in the morning. Thought the location was close to airport when booking made. The web site is much more attractive than the hotel. could not figure out how to turn the heat down in room as a result had to open window allowing noise from streets etc. Not good We expected more from the web site.

We stayed one night between flights to and from Incheon airport. The hotel was convenient and price was good. Hotel was clean and service was good. No restaurant in the hotel and you would have to be somewhat familiar with Korean cuisine to dine at a local place.

Very clean, inviting rooms. Nicely decorated. Beds are firm. Staff very attentive and helpful to confused Americans. Lots of amenities in room, including Internet use, but I wonder why they have no wash cloths or hand soap?
