Good location, very large room, very good price being in Milano. All the rooms are suites with a kitchen and a small living room. Recommended! Metro stop right in front the hotel, 10 minutes from piazza duomo!

Room was COLD if your on high floors. Service desk couldn't get people out of the rooms on time and had to wait with my child 25 minutes past check-in time with other guests. Metro is the only plus because there is nothing around.

Room looks good at first but unfortunately the bath tub drain was clog and the ceiling shower didn’t work. Is very well located, just a few meters from metro station.

This hotel is more a 3 star hotel than a 4 one. It seems that in general the star system in Italy works different than in other countries. Breakfast was o.k., but not impressive. It is conveniently located (extremely close) to the Turro metro station (red line where the main tourist things are located).

Was on a business trip. Best part of the hotel is that it is right next to a Metro stop on Red Line. Rooms were neat and clean and free WiFi is available. Breakfast could have been better. Overall nice place.

It has to be said we expected more...good points?, its very close to the Metro with easy access to all points of Milan. Bad points... the area where the hotel is situated, is not very nice, the taxi driver who dropped us there expressed his concern. There is no internet access in many of the rooms and the internet is extortionately priced. The breakfast […] is laughable...there is no room service and the breakfast is served in a tiny room, totally inadequate for a hotel this size. The breakfast is from pre-packed foods and you help yourself on plastic plates, plastic cutlery and tiny plastic cups. The staff were far from friendly and I witnessed some less than satisfactory treatment of other guests. Whilst our room was not bad, the hairdryer was broken and we were told that, "sorry but it cannot be replaced", the light didn't work in the bathroom, the pillows were very cheap, hard affairs and the cleaner left her cleaning fluid in the room one day, our cups in the bathroom sink the next, the tea and coffee were never replenished and the hotel kindly asks that if you want to use the kettle you should fill it with natural mineral water, which you have to buy yourself!! There was also a constant drone of the ventilation system all the time we were there. The decor is ok in some parts of the hotel but very tired, even grubby, in most others. I think you have a right to expect certain quality from a 4star hotel and I'm affraid this fell very short. Read more

Nice hotel and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was pretty clean and big, i think that all the rooms had their own kitchen. The sorroundings was nice, good resturants and bars. Delicious gelato, icecream store across the street. Supermarket nearbye. About ten minutes on the metro from the hotel to Duomo. Breakfast was ok, toast, ham, […] cheese, fruit, juice, milk, coffe. Eventually arrived at the hotel, after no hire car companies would accept debit cards! Its a standard 90euro taxi fee from the airport to the hotel. It is a fair distance but nevertheless felt ripped off! Hotel nice, clean, and very close to the undergroud links. To get to the centre of Milan, you have to get on the underground, which is fairly easy […] to work out and relatively cheap. Hotel room provided a small kitchen area with fridge/freezer which was great, but there was no kettle, or tea/coffee making facilities?? Hotel was booked on the basis there was a park close by - as taking young child with us. No park/grassed area to be found. Prachtige kamer, goed verzorgd, ruim en schoon. Ontbijt was prima, gevarieerd, om prettige tijden (8-10.30). Comodissimo in quanto a 20 mt dalla metro linea rossa che porta in duomo in pochi minuti.Area non bellissima ma la struttura è ben tenuta!Nota negativa: al mattino iniziano a fare presto le pulizie sbattendo continuamente porte e facendo rumore infernale!ero al 2 piano ed erano le 8 del mattino di domenica!!!

Stanze molto curate, personale gentile. Ho passato un week end romantico molto bello.Risulta inoltre essere comodo con la fermata della metrò Turro che si trova proprio davanti..Il quartiere circostante non è il massimo come frequentazioni (ma solo di sera) ma è comunque possibile spostarsi comodamente verso il centro.

Hotel molto gradevole , ottimo per la posizione , a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana , Linea Rossa, fermata Turro, gradevole il tutto , anche se dovrebbero curare un poco di più, la colazione a buffet , decente ma ancora migliorabile. Nel complesso raccomando a tutti questo hotel.

Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet, guten Betten, schönes Bad. Nur beim Frühstück wird sehr gespart: Buffet ist in Ordnung, aber es gibt nur Selbstbedienung mit Plasikgeschirr. Wer sich daran nicht stört, kann dieses Hotel für ein, zwei Nächte immer buchen.
