Exceptionally clean. Garden area an absolute treat to relax in late afternoon. The pool/area is small but this adds to the charm and the seclusion and it was hardly used/never busy. It is also very well maintained. You are 500 yards from the beach and yes, it is a small hill to walk but it's not exactly a 1 in 4! There is a Carrefour Express at the […] bottom of the hill but be warned it is not cheap; rather, you'd be better finding a Casino (Spar) and buying there. I've been to Nice many times over the years; this time we decided to drive again. There is parking at the Residence but if you have a big old convertible like me you will struggle to get in and out (it's underground) so I ended up parking outside the residence in the side street and, whilst I had no problem squeezing just be warned it's not easy! They also charge 8 euros a night for parking underground. The biggest problem overall for our holiday was actuallly finding the residence. It's not on Fabron; rather, it's a side street off and the sign to identify it is so so small that you just keep missing it as you drive up and down Fabron. Finally, there were a few nights when the neighbouring residence played music quite late (bunch of Italians staying there), which grated but within about 10 minutes someone must have had a word and it died down. This is reflective of the fact that you are in a residential area just off the beach and you must respect. Read more

We had a fine time at the (self service; kitchen in apartment) Hotel. The reception worked fine and staff was very capable. It is also located in a fine area and with good communications. The garden and pool area is very nice. It is evident thought that the hotel is from the seventies and needs an update. The has been some renovation and change of equipment […] over the years, but it is also outdated and in need of a total do-over. We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Maeva very much. It's a pleasant place in a good neighbourhood. The rooms are very clean and adequately comfortable. Being able to sit outside our room, in privacy, to eat was a good feature - however, we were on the ground floor near the swimming pool resulting in a rather shadey environment. This could be an advantage […] at the height of summer of course, except perhaps if the pool was noisy, but for us in the middle of September it meant we were less inclined to cook our own meals and ate out more than intended. If we go there again it would only be if we could have a room above the ground floor with a balcony. The cooking facilities were good but there was no kettle causing teamaking to be slightly less convenient than it should've been, especially as there was a teapot supplied. The coffee maker worked well. The staff at Reception were very helpful and all spoke good English. Anne-Charlotte was especially kind and helpful (she was on duty for most of the first part of our stay), spoke excellent English and always had a cheery smile. She gave us excellent advice on how to get about etc. Reception is only staffed at certain times.This was not a problem except in one respect. Arriving on a Saturday, we could not check in until 1700 at the earliest. This is quite inconvenient when you arrive in the morning and have to lug your luggage about with you all day. Das Hotel war Ok. Leider hatten wir in der gesamten Zeit keinen Service dh wir haben keine frischen Handtücher, Klopapier bekommen und geputz wurde leider auch nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war aber Super nett und hilfsbereit.

Kjøkkenutstyret var glitrende. Rommet var lite - kun sovesofa- ikke perfekt. Resepsjonist helt suveren. Bad helt ok. Solrike ettermiddager på verandaen. Bussforbindelser var bra. Beliggende i flott parkområde. Stille område.

Das Hotel liegt günstig an Bushaltestellen, die direkt zur Innenstadt führen, aber auch zu Fuß schnell ans Meer kommen lassen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind kostenlos nahe am Hotel möglich. Die Zimmer sind noch ausstattungsbedürftig im Küchenbereich. Es wäre auch schön, öfter einen Handtuchwechsel vornehmen zu können. Es fehtl eine Steckdose im Bad/WC […] -Bereich. Ruhige Umgebung, allerdings wurde gerade im Gartenbereich gearbeitet, was etwas Lärm verursachte. Ansonsten eine erholsame Woche mitvielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selbst zeigte sich ruhig. Lite i hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen de første dagene. Dette bedret seg da det kom nye i siste del av perioden. Var ikke oppredd på sengene til barna. Måtte ta dette selv etter å ha purret på sengetøy. Stille og rolig område med fin tur vei til promenaden.

Hotelli hiljaisella paikalla hyvien bussi yhteyksien varrella. Auton saa hyvin parkkiin hotellialueelle maksusta. Huoneisto ok, mutta on jo kunnostuksen tarpeessa. Uima-allas ei ole tarkoitettu lapsille (syväys 1,6 m).

Hyggeligt hotel med lejligheder som er velfungerende. God stor altan, dejlig have med petanque bane og bordtennis. Pænt og rent pool område med sol senge. Ligger i roligt pænt område med kort afstand til strand og mulighed for at gå til centrum på 25 min.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Lage und freundliches Personal, doch leider mußten wir im unteren Stockwerk mit einer massiven Ameisenplage kämpfen(über Nacht vorallem im Bad), da wir aber nur 2 Nächte vor Ort waren, haben wir mein Haarspray eingesetzt um das Waschbecken von den Krabbeltierchen wenigstens freizuhalten.Da Freunde von uns ein paar Tage […] später ebenfalls in diesem Hotel eingecheckt haben, allerdings im 3. Stock und dies Ameisenfrei, kann ich das Hotel für die oberen Stockwerke empfehlen. Die Küchenausstattung der Studios sind seht gut. Read more
