it was ok, the room was clean but smelled very strongly of smoke, called front desk as soon as we got into room. They confirmed that it was a non smoking room. Sent an air purifier into the room for 45 min. we had to leave the room while it ran. When we returned the smell was a little better but still smoky. other than that it was fine. We've visited NOLA a few times and this was our first time staying here. The location was great and the pool on the top floor was fun. Like most reviews said, it's definitely a small pool, but a pool nonetheless. The staff was nice, but the only thing missing was a concierge. Room was muggy. AC temp could not be adjusted. Frig did not work and the shower had no cold water. Room smelled bad. Did not read reviews prior to getting room, as since it is a Hilton, I thought the room would be up to Hilton standards. Not pleased

It was a great stay. Whatever I need it was there before the time I would expect it to be there. If they told me to call vallet 5 to 10 mins before I left. My car was there waiting on me. No sitting around waiting.

Very Comfortable, delicious fresh baked complimentary cookies at the front desk every day. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful. I will stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel. They have a gym and a swimming pool on the roof top.

My best friend and I have never been to New Orleans, and we're very excited about our first trip to the Big Easy. We got to the hotel and immediately the staff was very friendly and and helpful in answering our millions of questions.
