"They should call it the A...."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
For the price paid this hotel is totally worth the money. Free breakfast and no resort fees! Location right on fremont. Hotel staff were very nice compared to some higher priced hotels. Front desk was friendly at check in. Valet guys were nice. Breakfast was awesome. Room was a little dated and tired but for the rate paid it was clean, quiet and safe.

Did not like that the resort had a apartment complex between it didn't feel to safe with small kids on bottom floor.
no cleaning service unless you stay more than four nights and if you do want it before then they charge. room was clean at check in but did find a couple dead roaches in room a day later. overall stay was nice though. air condition cannot be turned below 70 degrees which if its really hot like during our stay is a bust. If its close to 100 outside, […] 70 doesnt help you inside a closed room. very disappointed about that. Read more
"Quiet time"
I'm a regular guest at this hotel and I love it i know Vegas but I don't like the noise with drunk guests on major hotels... This last time in the front desk where two girls an one was so mean that I don't understand if they hate deal with costumes they work in the front she had an attitude with all of the 4 costumes that we were checking in...
"Quiet part of town"
Pros: Pleasant. Off Strip so it was quiet and no Casino which is what I wanted. Cons: Somewhat misleading as far as being a "Suite" it was just a normal size hotel room with a microwave, refrigerator and a counter w/sink. Table and chairs crammed in a corner and no other furniture. About a 1/2 mile walk to nearest store and restaurant.
We thought we were getting a suite but it was a "studio"; we weren't aware of the amenities charge even though I went back afterward and saw it online. Didn't see it the first time. Didn't realize it was a time share and that they don't change sheets, bring clean towels or anything else. When we asked for them, they did bring them and they refunded […] the amenities charge as a courtesy. Overall, disappointed because of our expectations. If it had been clearer on the site, we probably would not have chosen this one. However, it worked out. Read more

"GREAT SERVICE"
WE WENT FOR SPRING BREAK 2012 AND THEY WERE FULL AND THE FRONT DESK BOY GUAM WAS SO NICE HE GAVE US A FREE UPGRADE! AND HE ACCOMODATED US QUICKLY! BEDS WERE SO COMFY, WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN! WE HAD A ONE BEDROOM SUITE

"comfy beds"
At first, they tried to put us in a room that was not up to par with what I had paid. Luckily, I had my documentation from HOTELS.com and was able to prove what I had paid for. They made it right and were polite. It was clean and the pool was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I'd stay again.
"Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort"
Great layout, super clean and super quite. If it weren't for the air conditioner needing maintenance and the dishwasher being broken, I would have given the place a full set of 5's. Walking distance to restaurants, and groceries.

We were very pleased with the accomodations of our suite. We also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle so we could go to the Vegas Strip easily. The staff made us feel very welcome and the property is very clean and well maintained.

"Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort"
Very Good Value. Room was very comfortable and we had a nice view of the pool from the third floor. Carpets had been cleaned that day and were still wet when we checked in. However, we opened the windows and by bed time, the carpet was fairly dry... Would definetly stay again...
"Second stay at this property ~ will stay again!"
The value of our stay was unbelievable! Resort property is approx 2 miles away from the strip, in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to sleep at night with the window open and not worry about all of the noise from the strip. The resort does offer shuttle service directly to the strip, so we had all of the convenience of the strip, without all of the […] noise. We stayed in a studio suite which included an abbreviated kitchen with dishes, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker along with a king size bed. The resort also offers bagels in the lobby for breakfast at no additional charge. WHAT A DEAL!! Will not hestitate staying at Club De Soleil in the future. Read more
"Twilight Zone"
OK... maybe not that weird but weird enough for me not to return. The "resort" does not have a full time desk person which was "Strike 1." Upon check-in I was told they do not service the room unless asked "Strike 2" and the walls were paper thin "Strike 3... You're Out!" Oh yeah... I forgot to metion the internet service was spotty at best. "Foul […] Ball" Read more

AWESOME! We had a very comfortable visit, having the kitchen available for breakfast and snacks makes it very convenient. Great location, the shuttles to the strip was a nice touch. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

"Too far away during busy times."
So we stayed there during CES, so it was very hard to get a cab to come to the hotel. Hotel was OK, nothing wrong with it, but you need a car if you are staying there.
"Club De soleil All suite resort, Las Vegas"
A most enjoyable stay. Very reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. It is a couple of miles away from the Strip, in a quite neighborhood. Totally satisfied.
"Not a good choice to stay here"
I stay there for 5 nights no cleaning service at all. I try to use bathtub fill the hot water for 20 minutes only first 10 minutes is hot afterward only cold water. T try to boil hot water the first cup is OK but never work again. I need use the other plug outlet in bathroom.
"Great place for the price."

"great family location"
Very nice condo we had 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, w/d, 2 full baths and kitchenette. Could close off one side for early risers. Nice pool and friendly staff. Shuttle every hour to opposite ends of the strip rotating from one to the other. New Orleans hotel on the shuttle route has lots of restaurants, bowling alley and movie theatre. We did take a taxi […] a few times. Read more
"Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort"
We enjoyed our stay, it is conviently located near grocery stores, gas stations and anything else you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful our room was great!! Would recommend to our friends and will book rooms here on our future trips to Las Vegas.
"Club De Soleil Suites- great family vacation"
The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The shuttle was a convenient way to get our family back and forth from the strip. they had plenty of towels in the room and tennis racquets and balls for the tennis courts. The only complaint was we could hear everything our neighbors upstairs were saying and doing and even though we were in a non smoking room, […] we could occasionally smell the smoke coming from next door. Still it was better than the smell of any hotel on the strip. Read more

"Great hotel to stay with family - its your new hom"
Great hotel for the price...they ensured to provide all the utensils ..perfectly maintained......
"Below Average Timeshare"
Check In: It went quick, I did not arrive early so not sure what they would do about that. $5 a night resort fee (what for I have no idea). $100 hold on card Room: Kind of dirty, needs paint badly. Carpet needs cleaning. Internet: $30 for 4 nights, $10 a single night. Balcony is not private, open on each side. Did not really like that much. Was […] there for 6 nights, not once did they come in to clean. Had to use the washer/dryer to wash the towels. There are MUCH better condo/timeshare places out there for the same price. I would recommend you look at those than this place. I stay in Vegas only at these timeshare/condo hotels about 8 times a year. This was the first here, and it will be the last. Trust me, it is not all that great for the money. Read more
this was an awful place to stay costed about 200 in cab fair, the shuttle service was not reliable, had wrong times listed on brochure. Staff was not very friendly, will never stay here again.
"Conveniently located - not too close, not too far"
For a timeshare resort, there was no hassle or pressure from sales person(s). Our check-in was a breeze and so was check-out. A nice place to stay - especially with children. Lots of room to spread out.
"Close to Orleans"
Club De Soleil might be better for older, long term guests. Housekeeping is by phone call during daytime, not automatically. There are two separated locations a block apart, one has a pool, the other a tennis court. While kept up, it is showing age/wear. We were placed near a trash storage area (not preferred). Room was great, bed was great, patio was […] great, shuttles to casinos were ok, they stop at 10pm. I'd give them a "B". Read more
"just like home"
love this place can`t wait to go back off strip so you can relax when you need to
"Good Room ..."
Loved the room, very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Will stay there again..
"Great value!"
If you don't want to be right on the strip, this is a great budget alternative for you. Pool, jacuzzi outside but also in the room. My toilet was not working so well in the room, but we're in Vegas, this was no big deal. I really enjoyed my Vegas Experience at Club de Soleil, would come back anytime!
"Ok, but . . ."
The room was fine, fairly comfortable not a lot of luxury or anything like that. Couple of issues: - paper thin walls, I could hear the conversations in the room next door very easily, even the soft conversations - they don't clean the rooms unless you are staying there for at least 7 days - we had to call for extra towels and toilet paper (to their […] credit they did show up quickly with the requested items) - I hate it when a hotel charges for Internet access (Starbucks is right down the street and we went there daily) Not a bad hotel but, if you are going for business I would probably choose another location. Good service at reception. A good value. No unpleasant surprises.
I really liked the swimming pool- it's so clean and everything like free towels and a hot tub. the part I didn't like though was the only bed. There's no continental breakfast which is my favorite part of a hotel. Well overall, it's a nice place to hang out.
"Can't wait to go back!"
Will definitely be staying here the next time I go back to Vegas! Love this place!
Overall great hotel...the only annoying thing was the 100 dollar hold they put on my card (without telling me) and the fact that they ticket non hotel guests..that would have been nice to know as well.

"Club de Soleil All-Suite Resort"
Resort has 2 properties across the street from each other. Tried to check in at the first and were told to go to the second. Went to the second, checked in and were sent back to the first where are room was located. When I questioned why we couldn't check in at the first location which we were staying the front desk person didn't know why we were turned […] away.--very odd and inconvenient. Room was supposedly in the remodeled property. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was convenient, but water pressure is bad and if you want hot water in the shower the pressure gets worse. Whomever painted the room must have done it in the dark and doesn't believe in masking tape. Paint splatter on baseboards and bath floor. Not very impressive. Pool and spa area nicely designed, convenient and open 24/7. Only a couple of miles from the Las Vegas strip, Super market and convenience stores and gas station nearby. Read more
Hotel needs up-grades, Bed in bad condition and surrounding has nothing. you need a taxi or shuttle The only thing that we enjoy was the pool.
"Ask for a handicapped room"
I stayed at this resort over a busy weekend at Las Vegas. Floyd Mayweather / Ortiz fight and the home show in town made this a viable solution to stay for the weekend. I asked for handicapped room as I am having trouble walking. room was right out front and not 100 yds to the pool and front desk. Jacuzzi was nice; did not see the creepy security guard […] that I heard so much about. Front desk and conceirge were stoic and were not helpful. supermarket a block away and frig/microwave in room made it very convenient to save a couple of bucks and get something quick to eat. traffic was not too bad on Tropicana and took 10 minutes to get to Aria, which is less time than if I stayed at Circus-Circus. resort had buses that ran hourly. Overall, I would stay again, but bring extra towels, soap and incidentals as you can not attain anything at the front desk. Read more
