"Terrified"
My wife and I were awaken at 2:30am during our stay by people in the next room; loud bangings, yelling, aggressive and threatening language. We got also got scared for the individual next door(a woman)and called front desk services 2 times before getting a response; they said security was on break and we had to tell them that we were calling 911 because it was so scary/dangerous. A male individaul then attempted to get into our room from the connecting doors. Up until that point we didn't make a sound. I yelled I was calling Law Enforcement and he began banging on the door and threatening to come over to our room and hurt us. At this point my wife was scared and we requested to be moved. At 4:00am my wife and I were moved to another room and hardly slept that night. After talking to management the next morning, we were moved to another nearby/sister resort as my wife was fearful of staying on the premises. We were terrified!

"Good Anniversary Stay"
The hotel was very nice. It was very clean and the staff was very hospitable. However, the breakfast was very very poor. All that was on it was bananas, oranges, and bagels.

"Relax off strip."
The room was just as I expected having looked at the pictures on-line. Nice facility, well kept. I had the room style with the kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and single queen bed. I will stay here again because I come to Las Vegas for business and I want to get away from the Strip and relax. The room was perfect for making breakfast and lunch and relaxing. Don't forget the heated pool, even in January.

"Great place off the Strip"
We were off the strip and since we did not have a car, we used the hotel shuttle which came around every hour from 9am - 1130pm. It was very convenient. We did not come to gamble but instead saw shows, went to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Our room was right off Tropicana but unless we had the door open to the balcony, we weren't bothered by the traffic noise. We weren't bothered by noisy guests. All in all, it was a nice experience, quiet and relaxing amidst all the excitement of Las Vegas.

We were looking for a basic hotel and basic we found. Not worth the $225+ price per night. The rooms had a yuck BO smell which floated around when you turned on the air. Would not go back when there were so many options.

"Perfect for families with young children"
This place was perfect for us with family and three kids and grandparents! We had two separate bedrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen area. It was perfect in that is was a separate unit from the main three story buildings so kids making noise or crying in the night didn't bother any other people staying there and we were not constantly trying to keep their voices low. There was plenty of room and three TVs with DVD players to keep everyone happy. Swimming pool was small, but the kids loved it and there was plenty of area around the pool to lounge and visit. It was also secluded, offering plenty of shade throughout the day. This facility is just 5 -10 minutes off the main strip on a major road with easy access. Highly recommend for families

"Not a satisfying stay"
Horrible experience...I had to wait almost 30 mins to check-in because something of hotel.com and their system not sync or some sort. My bathroom tub was very dirty of debris. I was awaken by kids slamming hotel doors, running down the hallway, crying and screaming at 7am.

"Would definitely stay there again."
Everything about the room, staff, pool, etc. was very good. The only "complaint" we had was our air conditioning. We couldn't get it to cool the room. We called the front desk and they said they could send someone to check it but it was our last night so we didn't have them come to the room. The room and grounds were clean and well maintained.

The staff was helpful,friendly,and kind.Our rooms,the wall are tissue thin.the ac/heating unit did not work.I misunderstood ad on kitchenette.Thought there would be a stove as well as microwave.I did like the fact a key is needed for everything.My wife felt safe in laundry room and taking stairs.The bath towels were thick and bright white.

"Great room"
The room and the services were top notch. Our only complaint deals with the front desk. We were denied early check in by the male attendant on Sunday March 6th. That was an inconvenience as we had convention sessions scheduled that afternoon. Also the concierge hours were not convenient for us, so we missed out on getting a parking pass for the duration of our stay and had to pick up a parking pass from the front desk each day. We also felt we did not get good service on suggestions for where to eat or show tickets. The shuttle was great. I would stay here again, but would be aware of the limitations for the front desk and make plans prior to our arrival.

"Disappointed."
Advertised included free breakfast was very disappointing. Banana, orange (both would sometimes run out), bagel, coffee/tea each morning barely meets the description of a continental breakfast. Upon check in, we were advised our room would be cleaned every 4 days (wish that was indicated in its advertisement). As it turned out, it was cleaned only once. We had to initiate requests for coffee and even toilet paper. When asked to have the toilet repaired because of weak flushing, there was no improvement (one had to hold the handle down until the total flush completed.) We emptied our trash by leaving it in the hallway, using shopping bags as replacement trash liners. In general however, the hotel staff was friendly and courteous.

"Very nice Vegas option"
My daughter and I stayed here for a cheer competition at the Orleans Arena. Club de Soleil was very close, very convenient, and had a kitchenette which was really nice for us. Starbucks and grocery stores very close as well. The bed was very comfortable (probably about the best hotel bed I've slept on. Staff was helpful and polite. Huge bonus... this is NOT part of a big smokey casino. Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay in Vegas if you want to be very close to all the attractions, but have a clean, comfortable, restful place to stay.

"Good enough"
Hotel staff was friendly and helped prevent my car getting ticketed. Room lights buzzed and carpet was the type you prefer to not walk barefoot on. Toilet had a long thick hair in it. Not sure when the bottom sheet was last changed - there was a smudge mark and a booger stuck to it. Location was good if you want to be close to the strip but not in the thick of it all.

"Lots of space, good for an extended stay"
We had a 2BR unit on the 3rd floor. It was a 1BR w/full kitchen plus an adjoining studio unit, so there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. This appears to be a timeshare property, but there was no hard sell or tours/presentations required. It was surprisingly quiet, given that other reviews indicated that the walls were thin - but I don't think we had anyone next to us on either side and were on the top floor. Breakfast consists of just bagels, bananas, and oranges - not much. However with the full kitchen it's easy to just cook your own. The neighborhood is a little scary. The closest convenience store had a bullet-proof box around the cashier. We were there to rock climb at Red Rock Canyon and had been bumped out of another hotel the night before we arrived. hotels.com did a good job finding us this place, however it was about a 10 min longer drive than where we were supposed to stay. Beware that booking through a reseller puts you at the top of the list for getting bumped if the hotel you have booked has any sort of guaranteed availability for those enrolled in their loyalty program!

"Worst experience ever!"
When we arrived to this hotel they said it was too early so we said ok lets go to the strip and watch a show or something. When we came back there was no more rooms! We had paid for the room in advanced about a week earlier and they had the nerve to say they always do this how can you give the room away if someone else already paid for it! This was ridicoulous we had no where to stay all hotels were booked because it was valentine weekend i will never ever go to this place again! The lady deborah was just rude and didnt even try to help!

"Horrible Service, Horrible Hotel, Bad Business Exp"
Booked hotel through hotels.com confirmation email said "guaranteed booking" but when we got there no rooms were available. Waited 2 hours to see if they could find us another hotel and of course they couldn't so we left. Looked online and found another comparable room within 10 minutes and stayed somewhere else. Worst experience ever in my life. I've booked over 500 hotels and never have I been overbooked and made to wait because it is the process they have to go through. They also charged the room anyway and it took a 30 minute phone call to get the refund. At the hotel they said they wouldn't charge the card but of course they did. Again, worst hotel experience ever. I wont use this site any longer for partnering with a horrible hotel that doesn't guarantee the room when booked on hotels.com website. Hotels.com also made me wait almost an hour an a half to transfer me to a specialist that would try to "relocate" us but I hung up after waiting an hour and a half. At night when you call for service most of the reps are from overseas and you barely can understand them. Probably one of the worst booking from start to finish and they need to fix this issue asap if they want to keep customers using the site.

"Decent for reasonable money."
First, this is not a Motel in the sense most would expect, its a time share doubling as a Motel. So don't expect your room / small studio apartment to get cleaned / refreshed everyday. Had to ask for fresh towels on the third day of my 5 day long stay. When booking the room I had selected a non smoking room, when I checked in very late in the evening I was informed that there was no non smoking rooms available but I could "upgrade" to a non smoking suite for an additional fee ! Was extremely persistent that I had already paid for an non smoking room three weeks ago and therefore wanted a non smoking room at no additional charge. It took about 10 minutes of calm but persistent dialogue with the check-in clerk involving a call to the manager at home to get this arranged.

"Great staff made stay even better"
My first night was or could have been my last because of a heavy footed person in the room above me. Stephanie stepped in when she understood what happened and made sure I was moved to another room. The staff and front desk management saw to transferring my bags and by the time I came back from ces I was in a room that was identical with spacious accommodations and I slept like a baby. Unfortunately, our stay was forgettable; The windows did not lock; the paper-thin walls allowed even the slightest of noise from the other rooms sound as if they were right in our room. The guest in the room above us, sounded like he/she stomped as he/she paced back and forth almost on a nightly basis. The bagels and coffee at breakfast, seemed tired and lacked any presentation - it was as if the breakfast was tossed together; there was nobody there to refresh the breakfast bar as necessary.

"Wedding bells"
Our son got married and we found this hotel as a wonderful place to rest up for all the activities. The shuttle to the strip was a terrific addition, so thank you for everything!
