Orbit One Vacation Villas - Kissimmee

Was super happy with Orbit One. Room was very comfortable. The jetted tub in the master bath was the highlight of our stay! Wonderful way to relax after a long day at the parks. This place is a timeshare but there was little to no pressure to take part in any tours, etc. It was offered but not pushed on us. Will absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Orbit One Villas and I highly recommend this place. Rates are reasonable and rooms are great. Only thing I didn't like was we were on third level and no elevators just stairs.

The room was exactly as described in the posting, even down to the pictures. This was my first time using this site to book a room. I was pleasantly surprised. We were close to Disney, which is what we wanted and our room was huge and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We reserved a room requiring a ground floor level. This fact was noted on our paperwork. When we arrived we discovered that our room was on the second floor. We were also told that no one has the ability to reserve any particular room regardless of the floor level. Carlos who we met initially was very apologetic and said he would make some calls and […] see what he could do. Within half and hour we had a room on the ground floor and all was good in the universe. At this point I will mention that we have never used a service like Hotels.com before and because of this incident we are a little nervous about doing it again. This experience could of turned out to be really stressful as it already was for that half an hour. In conclusion I would say that better communication should occur between you and your clients and a phone call could of been made to us far in advance of our trip telling us of this problem. As it was we were told that Orbit does not see the paperwork that you send us stating that we needed a ground floor space. I must add that we had a wonderful trip and will certainly return to this area. Read more

Hotel was more than enough for just the two of us. The great rate we got was better than most hotels have on regular rooms. It is literally right down the street from Animal Kingdom, and takes just minutes to get in the park. Awesome stay, and we would stay again.

I arrived early, hoping for an early check in. The hotel did not have my reservation in their system, but Jackie at the front desk went above and beyond to get it fixed. We checked in early and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and size of the room. It was definitely a nice change from a small cramped hotel room. We only had one issue in […] the room. the toaster didnt work. i called the front desk and within 5 minutes a new one was delivered. Upon checkout, I was advised that the security deposit authorization would take 7-10 days to fall off of my credit card...but yet again, their awesome front desk staff went above and beyond. Jasmine called my credit card company and got all necessary information to fax them a release form. Needless to say, a few hours later, the hold was released. We had a great time there. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed to cook a great meal. Driving time to Disney was 12 minutes or less. Don't expect much out of breakfast though, only danish, donuts and juice and coffee. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the room was freshly cleaned when we arrived. Be aware that there is no maid service here, these are condos with motel accommodations. The property is superb! I did not know that the pools are heated and I wish that I had known because I did not pack our suits! We loved this place. It is in a very convenient location for both Disney and Universal, there are many restaurants and grocery stores in the area, and the condo was fabulous. We went with 2 adults and 2 kids. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. We found the place to be clean and in good repair. If I were to make any changes, they would […] be the following: The rooms have salt and pepper shakers but you have to buy your own salt and pepper. Having packets would be nice and I'm fine with buying disposible salt and pepper shakers, but seems odd to have fancy glass shakers that are empty because not many people would buy a big package of salt and pepper and fill shakers. The coffee maker was VERY slow - mayby 40 minutes to finish brewing a pot, but I think was related to it being on it's last legs. I was fine with no free internet but I heard other folks complaining about it - given that almost all hotels now offer free internet, it would probably be a good idea for Orbit One to offer free internet and charge a bit more. The breakfast is really just sweets (donuts/muffins) and juice and coffee. The kitchen was great for preparing bacon and eggs so of you want a more filling breakfast, it is pretty easy to make one in your room. We could hear some noise from above us (rolling suitcases make a lot of noice on the hard floors from above) but we didn't hear anything else from our neighbors. The pools are great. The location was fantastic, only 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom and approximately 10-15 from all other Disney parks. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pools are beautiful and clean. The hotel was little dated on the outside but the room was updated, clean, spacious and had a good location. It was very nice to have 2 separate bedrooms for our family. The full size kitchen was great and the washer/dryer in the room was A+. Definitely stay there again.

My room was huge. I have had apartments that are smaller. The staff was great, and even the timeshare sales reps were friendly. I booked a timeshare tour (in hopes of getting cheap attraction tickets) and gave a deposit with my promise to take the tour. Since I did not get any attraction tickets from them, they gave it back with no hassles even after […] I decided not to go on the tour and never spoke another word to me.
