This hotel needs some work. There was a sharp, broken metal grate hanging over the sidewalk, stained carpet in the halls, and a discarded tee shirt hanging from a tree outside our window. The staff seems rather indifferent and unwelcoming.

The hotel was very close to the metro station an easy access to the center of Paris. What I did not like was that the hotel had no air conditioning and paying $250.00 a night I was given an electrical fan. Another thing no hair dryer you have to rent it from the front desk at a rate of two (2) Euro a day. Breakfast was not included an additional cost […] of twelve (12) Euro. A little bit far from downtown, but with very easy access through a metro station just 200 m from the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room for 4 people. stayed 3 days 2 nights at this apartment/hotel around the montparnasse area. the room was small but cozy with small kitchen complete with utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. location is very convenient, about 5 minutes walk to metro station and tram is in front of the hotel. 15-20 minutes away from chateau de versailles, eiffel tower, the louvre […] and other point of interests in the city. restaurants, bakeries, convenient store is around the corner and if you walk further down the street about 10 minutes there's a mc donald's which is a plus for me. very far from cdg airport, about 1hr 20 min drive because of the traffic. the hotel offers shuttle service though for less than the price of taxi but make sure to let them know how many luggage you have in your party, you might get charge for extra luggage. over all can't complain. great customer service/great location if you don't mind taking trains and walking, that's what paris is all about. i would stay at this apart/hotel again. A surprising find in Paris. Compared to other tiny little rooms at other hotels, this was more like a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. The room was very well equipped for a family of 4 and in a quiet location. Staff was very polite and helpful. The kitchen came with everything we needed. The teenagers were impressed that the WiFi worked in the room. It is away from all the tourist sites but the metro stop is only a few minutes walk away.

What a great find! Very reasonable price for a very clean and well furnished room. Although near the motorway the hotel itself is enclosed away from the noise and we had no problem sleeping with all the windows open. The outside could do with a lick of paint, but inside its very modern. The area is very quiet and safe at night with great transport links […] nearby. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are about a 5 min walk away, tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower are about 20-25mins away on the metro. Another surprise was the water park 5mins down the road! Brilliant for any ages with its outdoor/indoor pool, beach, slides and jacuzzi baths. Room had a very bad smell. we tried to leave the window at night in order to breathe. No fan in the shower. Water comes out of the shower and stays and don't get dried. not a very good design. Convenable, cependant je déplore le fait que rien n'indique l'entrée de l'hotel sur la route, d'autant plus qu'un autre Adagio est situé et visible 100 mètres plus bas. Ce manque d'indication nous oblige à refaire des km avant de trouver l'hotel. Les couloirs qui mènent aux chambres méritent un peu de fraicheur.

やや郊外にあるため、街中への移動は多少の時間がかかります。ですが、街中から少し離れると街の喧騒はなく部屋は広くて快適でした。近くにスーパーやパン屋さんもあり、パリを暮らすように楽しめました。ネットも問題なく使え、地下にコインランドリーもあり、便利でした。

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour de 10 nuits. Ce n'était pas si près de la tour Eiffel mais on avait accès à 2 lignes de métro et 2 de trams près de l'hôtel. Le personnel est gentil et la chambre propre. Si vous aimez avoir un peu d'espace, prendre l'appartement pour 4 personnes même si vous êtes 2, ce ne sera pas de trop. Seul point négatif: l'accès […] à internet wi-fi est vraiment déplorable. Le serveur est souvent surchargé et le personnel de l'hôtel s'en lave les mains... Situato in una zona molto tranquilla di Parigi, le fermate di autobus e metro distano poco più di 500m e nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati, panifici e diversi ristoranti. Ci è capitata una camera molto spaziosa con 4 posti letto comodi, angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari (frigo, cucina, fornetto microonde, lavastoviglie) […] e un buon bagno. Camera e lenzuola pulite. Per contro la struttura dell'hotel incomincia a risentire del passare degli anni e le moquette e le pareti hanno un odore non sempre gradevole. Prezzo estremamente conveniente rispetto ad altri ma da tener presente che la colazione è un extra (per 10 € / persona è consigliabile fare da se nelle tantissime boulangerie della zona) e che è un extra anche la pulizia della camera se il soggiorno dura meno di una settimana (anche in questo caso è meglio far da se con la scopa elettrica in dotazione alla camera) Read more

Fin lejlighed med OK plads til 4 mennesker. Dejligt roligt kvarter med få minutter til et hyggeligt kvarter i det sydlige Paris – bl.a. med en anbefalelsesværdig restaurant: "Manufacture". Og let adgang til metroen ind til centrum. Manglende kun aircondition.

Ett jättebra lägenhetshotell för oss som reste 2 vuxna och 2 barn, Möjlighet att laga egen mat i eget kök med kyl, frysfack, spis, micro och kaffebryggare. Renligheten kunde varit lite bättre men lite skit i hörnen får man väl räkna med. Från hotellet låg det ett äventyrsbad som var mycket bra, perfekt när barnen tröttnar på det kulturella.

vi har haft en super god uge her. personalet en meget hjælpsomme og høflige og vi følte os velkommen. men hotellet er ikke nyt mere og der kunne godt trænge til at blive "frisket op" vi gjorde hurtigt opmærksom på at lågen på badeværelset kun hang i et hængsel og knagen var revet ud af vægen samt afløbet ikke virket. der kom hurtigt en flink mand og […] fik styr på dette. og når vi nu hade lejet et værelse/lejlighed til fire personer kunne det have været fint hvis der også var fire stole ved spisebordet.
