We had a lovely time at the Crowne Pointe Inn. Although we stayed in one of the less expensive rooms on the property, it was clean and charming. It had always been a dream of mine to visit Cape Cod and a dream vacation I had. Charming is the word that first comes to mind when I think of the Crowne Pointe. Staff was friendly and informative. However, the pool was not heated and the hottub was dirty with debris. I felt like the hotel was WAY overpriced for the TINY room! Three star hotel at best!

Very nice. It was clean and pretty and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was well kept with the exception of the dining room rug which needs to be replaced. I would stay there again!

The Crowne Pointe was a perfect location for our trip to Ptown. The location is close to town and a quick drive or bikeride to the beach. Our room was comfortable with updated amenities. We loved the grounds, the hottub, the spa and the wine and cheese happy hour each afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Inn. Room was a bit small but acceptable. The walls however are paper thin and the hallway noise was unbearable. We were awoken each night at 1AM by people coming in from the clubs. The noise went on until 3AM.

Good locale, but not on water. Nice staff. Great food- free breakfast of excellent value. Very nice spa- bit small. Rooms are very nice- sheets could be better. There is a sewage smell out back that should not exist at a luxury hotel. Dog-owners beware. It is NOT really a dog-friendly hotel. The people are indeed dog friendly. Extremely friendly staff, great view and nice ambience. Must check out the Shui spa and pamper yourself with a facial or body massage. The only downside to my stay is that the air-conditioner, when on cool mode, is unbearably loud. Guests visiting in the summer may wanna watch out for that.

Hotel was lovely. People were very helpful and friendly. Big problem(s) was that there was something going on with the heat so that there was a dripping sound which made it very hard to fall asleep. Also the shade on the door to the room was completely ineffective in keeping the light out and there was a bright light on the landing which of course was […] on all night. Linens were old and worn. The 300 tc sheets were "pilly" and thin from wear. One towel had a large hole in it. We asked for, and received, a room with a whirlpool tub and fireplace. The whirlpool tub was clean, large enough for two people and well maintained. The fireplace was a gas, free standing unit. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because the room […] was very small and very warm and there were no heat controls within our room to regulate temperature. We were told only upon checkout that the "front desk" controls our room's heat. Disappointing. The wall to wall carpet, we were told, was recently cleaned but it was "baggy" and appeared matted and worn. The room above ours must have had it's bathroom directly over our bed area because every so often it sounded as if a train was roaring through, We think someone flushed the toilet. The spa facilities appear clean with many offerings. One amenity is a large heated mineral soaking tub. We had just been in the tub a minute or two when we were very nicely asked to leave due to "an issue in the furnace room". By the time we were notified the mineral tub was available for our use, we were at dinner and it was nearly closing time at the spa. Another disappointment. The spa staff is very cordial, accommodating and apologetic. Read more

Quiet area yet a block away from center of town. Rooms have been beautifully updated though small. A wonderful Gas fireplace kept us extra warm on a snowy weekend. Though off season you can tell the grounds must be wonderful in summer. Breakfast included and cooked to order. Staff friendly and efficient.

Every stay at The Crowne Pointe is fantastic. The service, location, and facilities (including the spa!) are great, but the cooked-to-order breakfast and the the daily wine/cheese hour make this a real gem. No hidden costs, either -- parking and wi-fi are included.

The serving staff must have taken pity on our hungry, crestfallen faces though, and served us anyway - a very tasty meal. So I don't know whether this is just an off-season thing, or whether it's just the local custom, but beware if you like eating late! It may also be worth flagging to those traveling to Provincetown off-season - it's very, very quiet. Very quiet. We whispered in the street for fear of disturbing people. Maybe it's livelier at the weekend, but I was there during the week and don't think I've seen a more surreal place than this: all lit up and beautiful with hardly a soul in sight! Read more

Took my husband there for his Birthday on Veteran's Day and we were able to stay for one night which fit our budget. The staff---people there very warm and friendly. We got the special dinner for two certificate and it was a wonderful meal. The spa had a mineral small pool, steam sauna and dry heat sauna for guests' use----they even lent us bathing […] suits. We chose the Crowne Point for our honeymoon after researching many many choices. For the price we paid compared to other hotels/b&b in the area we definately got the best deal. It is located in the center of Provicetown, walking distance for most everything on the tip of the cape. Service was amazing. It is definately worth it to upgrade your room for the whirlpool. We were here in the fall, which means less people and crowds. First let me just say that the facility is very lovely and we left after our three day stay having enjoyed our last two nights. The gourmet breakfasts are unbelievalbe...they are truly gourmet!! The location could not have been more convenient. For the bad, they only have about 5 parking spots out front for the entire facility even though they say they […] have parking on their website. There is a pay lot across the street. And whatever you do...DO NOT book a Pamper Me Once room!!! This is what we originally booked and ended up upgrading to a larger room after the first night. Don't let the website fool you...these rooms are so small you can barely turn around in them and they are in the worst location possible. This room was meant for one guy to stay in...not a couple...especially a woman. The bathroom is so small only one person can be in there at a time and there's a pedestal sink with absolutely nowhere to put toiletries or makeup. There isn't anywhere else in the room to do your makeup either. As for the location, these are the rooms facing the front street, and to get to them you have to drag your luggage across a lawn with a few uneven stepping stones and then up about six stairs directly in front of all the diners. I think room 104 is the worst one in the place. Once we upgraded to a larger room the stay was incredible! The Pamper Me Three room had a huge soaking tub and a fireplace. It was awesome and we felt like we were in our own master bedroom at home. This place is fabulous as long as you don't choose the Pamper Me Once rooms. Read more
