We needed to find a hotel that would accept pets and was close to the show site. For what we paid to stay in this hotel, it was just "okay." The room's rug was very worn and stained (not our dog!) but it was clean. Quiet location and the front desk staff was fine. Not a place I would detour to stay in; however, if you have pets, the kitchenette and "condo-like" feel are added pluses.

I was happily surprised by the quality and size of the room.

I prefer having some of the amenities of home so I can cook in. The full kitchens in these units are what brings me back to this hotel when I am in the area. The units are small, but the space is used well. Free wireless would be nice. Right now there is a charge for a wired connection to the internet.

I enjoyed this hotel because it is pet friendly and had all the amenities of home. I like to cook in when I am on the road so this works for me and doesn't feel as sterile as a regular hotel room.

Nice suites with lots of room and a full kitchen. Unfortunately the blinds were in disrepair and did not fully block the outdoor lights. We hung a blanket in front of one window to help. Rooms were clean and spacious. Area is quiet with no traffic noise. I'd stay there again, it was comfortable and a good bargain, despite the issue with the blinds.

Very spacious room. Flat screen TV with fireplace in living room area. Full kitchen. Very clean and cozy. Staff was extremely nice and helpfull.

We stayed here one night so we could get up early and participate in the Race for the Cure being held nearby. It was easy to get into and out of before and after this huge event. The room was fine, the breakfast average. Staff were courteous. Looking forward to next year.

I found a half price sale on this hotel suite. The price was unbelievable and when we arrived at the hotel we got an upgrade to a room with more beds than I had ordered. There was a working fireplace in the suite and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding...very extensive and delicious. The woman in charge of the breakfast was extremely friendly and hardworking. The breakfast room/lounge was immaculate. I'd stay there again even if I had to pay the full price.

After being promised some services, when asked about the services the front desk was quick to say there was nothing he could do. After chatting more with him and still getting the same response, I had to recommend he call his manager who promptly provided the service that was promised. Too much hassle for such a little thing.

I am familiar with many hotels in the north Baltimore suburbs but had never heard of this until I saw it a on Hotels.com. The price seemed very reasonable so I thought I'd give it a try. I am glad I did. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. There was a small housekeeping issue that I told the management about - he seemed to take it very seriously. It is out of the way but within a short drive almost enything you need might need.

The room was very nice. There was a full kitchen and a table and chairs to sit down and eat dinner. They even provided the dishes! Nice couch to sit and watch the flat screen t.v mounted to the wall. Only problem was the people in the next room played music very loud at 2 in the morning. After a couple of phone calls to the front desk it was taken care of. Great experience. Very clean.

Room was large and comfortable and the staff during the day was friendly and helpful. Need to add some room darkening curtains on the windows. The vertical blinds do not block the outside lights at night. Also need to stay on top of plumbing maintenance in the shower. Tub did not drain well and the bathroom smelled musty because of it.

Spacious rooms and good price; somewhat out of the way for downtown activities.

This was the nicest room I ever stayed in. The only complaint is that it was expensive.

We stayed for five days at the Chase suites. It truly was a home away from home. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts and other things that the staff did to make our stay more enjoyable.
