We stayed here and the room itself was okay. I called John at the front desk as there wasn't any shampoo bottle left in the room. He said they were out, no apology or anything. "Nice place to stay"

"Great price, close to six flags"
We loved our room it was less than 10 mins from six flags. The only thing that was a bummer no pool but we stayed at six flags till 11 and any pool would have been closed so no big deal. We stayed here because we were going to Six Flags. It was close and convenient to that location. The room was a decent size and worked for our needs. "Couldn't Get Out Fast Enough"

"Never ever again"
Shower leaked all night. Had to take cold shower. Previous guest hair on shower wall and all over bathroom ceiling. Hall stunk. Breakfast was coffee and a box of oranges, basket of granola bars and a couple of packets of oatmeal in the lobby completely occupied by biker gang and I was with my two teenage dayghters. "The only on that had a restroom was our dog"
I was very frustrated staying at this location! 1. The moment we checked into our room the toilet was clogged, the maintenance crew was off and our entire stay the toilet stayed clogged and there was no public bathroom to be used. We had our 5 year old with us and had to find places for her to go to the bathroom 2. The room was "pet friendly" and it […] showed, stains throughout and there was even a hole in the carpet. 3. The shower faucet dripped the entire stay. 3. The entrance to the hotel from the "pet area" was open to Pico Canyon and the restaurant next door and you did not need a key to enter, anyone could have just walked in **Security Issue**. They did not have any other available room for us so we were forced to stay the two nights and there were no other "pet friendly" hotels available in the area. I would NEVER stay here again! "Nice location, Terrible hotel!"
I booked a non-smoking room for my family, but as soon as I opened the door, I was welcomed with a strong, disgusting smell of cigarette smoke. I have 2 children and am expecting a third, so was very upset about this. When I complained to the staff, the man at the front desk said he would meet me in the room with some air freshener. So instead of offering […] us another room, he came in and sprayed some chemicals all over the room, including ONTO the furniture, which I then had to wipe off so that my little one wouldn't touch whatever he sprayed. The spray did nothing for the smell of cigarette smoke, of course. We slept uncomfortably with the fans on high and the windows open, but I still woke up with the taste of cigarette in my mouth. We had a room reserved already for Thursday but decided to come a night early. The hotel was booked except one room but the lady working Auriel was great! She was so polite and helpful. When we arrived there were a bunch of people checking in and she was very professional in the way she managed all the people. They were very friendly and accommodating! Anything we asked for they had or knew where we could get it. Check in line was long but they were going as fast as they could to make sure everyone was taken care of. They made sure we had all we needed a thousand times. "quick stop in Valencia/Stevens Ranch"
This facility is smack dab in the middle of whatever you need while traveling in that you have within walking distance food-drink-clothes and especially a Wal -Mart. The hotel is clean and updated and for the cost the beds are excellent. First the room I reserved was not available. Nothing was in the room in the way of toiletries...I had to go downstairs to get shampoo and a blow dryer. The iron had something melted on it and when I asked for another one I again had to go downstairs to get it. "Highly Disappointed - Find another hotel"
I wondered if staff was ever trained in "customer service". I was asked to wait while the front desk clerk counted the cash in the drawer. Walls were paper-thin. With windows closed, people outside talking at normal volume sounded as thought they were in the room with me. Floor in room was so dirty, my shoes were sticking to it. Shower/bath faucet was […] super-difficult to turn on and off and wouldn't stop leaking once it was turned off. Pillows had feathers that poked through the pillowcase (the pointed end of feather) and stuck me. They obviously allow pets in this hotel as there was what sounded to be a large, vicious dog barking from inside one room when I walked past and I wondered if it was going to crash through the door to attack me.
