Cold room, could not get the heat to work properly. The room next door was up @ 4 am; the light flooded under the adjoining door waking me up. Then... somebody pounded at their door @ 5 am. The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was clean. We didn't have phone service in the room for 3 days. There was lots of drinking and music playing; so don't get a room in the back

I enjoyed my stay; however, the room that I occupied had a broken safety latch. The screws came out of the door frame; therefore, there was no additional security. The room did not have a clock, and there should be more towels provided in each room. Just because you are two people in a room does not mean that only 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels should […] be provided. Some people like to take a bath at night and in the morning. Our first night was pleasant. We left to visit family the fallowing day. Upon returning, yes our bed was made and perhapse floors were vacumed. The coffe pot was not cleaned and neather was the wash basin. It still had coffee I poured out that morning. The towels were not in the neat order they were before and it looked like they just pitched the extra […] coffee packet and condiments on top of the basket. I've stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions. but, this time our sink was backed up and I called the front desk, no one came. then as it started to rain it over flolwed with black stuff all over the carpetand counter. Still no one came. That was very nasty of them to me.

The hotel was okay, nothing more.I stayed for a week while taking classes for work. Room service was not allowed because I booked online through a third party. I set up my credit card so that I could order room service, and they never could figure it out. Every time I wanted something to eat I had to walk to the restaurant to pay....not a huge deal, […] but I would have preferred the room service. The food was pretty bad though. The people in the room next to me were pretty noisy until 10:30-11pm every night. The hotel was okay, but nothing fancy. Just an older hotel, they've remodeled, but still nothing spectacular.
